  1. I'm implementing this one as part of the marketing for the new product. Great to see how it is all coming together.

  2. Although I didn't actively participated this week, I did get a lot of insights from reading the comments.
I Will use this strategy when pre-launching my new online program. And will use their questions for enrichment of the program and also to use their questions as inspiration for the salespage. And, of course to promote the program with an early bird discount to them.

  3. This week I created raw video material for two videos of my first Q&A series and a label I'll apply on each video to distinguish them from other video's.
    Next week another one ;-).

  4. Day 5

Another thing from what I said about yesterday is that I already do. And that often think that it has to be bigger. When it comes to that, I find it very scary.

For now it's just going well and all steps are energy and movement and then something happens. Material to get on with.

Celebrating is to be aware of that because it does bring an intense feeling of happiness and certainly to see what has happened.

It's almost full moon again and do another liver / gallbladder cleanse this weekend and a high colonic flush on Monday. I can let go of things again.

Grateful for pad with this training that is in sync with my process in what I need and what the next step should be.

  5. Hey there,

This week I learned new ways of doing Q&As in here. Thank you so much!
I have one and since I am working on lots of new ideas, like the book, I did not want new tasks on my list.
I celebrated this week with a meeting with my former businessbuddy.
She helps me finding a new VA! Who I really need.

Aaaand: I will have a coaching session with Vered!
Thanks again for this generous gift 💝

Aaaand: I called a business partner and thanked her for having me in her program. I asked her how I can help her and made her close to cry.
Her reaction showed me that this simple question is not usual. It should be asked more and I will.

Happy Weekend to all of you!

  6. 1. What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
    Some actions are nearby.
    I do a A&Q
    I started a collaboration

    2. What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
    some actions are nearby.
    keep it simple
do what they ask (that's the language to start with)

    3. How are you going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
    A movie-night with my daughter

    1. I did a Q&A
      what I learned from that:
      1. Clients are happy to ask their questions. Lover Q&A
      2. I was glad to hear them ask the questions in their words
      3. clients want to talk around the questions (better collect them)
      4. stay in the lead (clients associate, from one subject to another, a lot)
      5. clients want a solution for their problem, the want to work on another person (child) rather then on them selves)
      6. give them what they ask

  7. What I got?
Commitment from another entrepreneur to work and develop together.
3 dedicated participants to a pilot workshop.

Thanks to the automation part of WOMB , the vat administration
And I have started gathering reviews on Google.

And a date and plan for a q&a

    What I learned?
I can achieve so much in so little time.
Having a partner helps me to speed up my process and to focus.

    Celebrate!
I think we're investing in ourselves by buying a new mattress this weekend.

  8. Day 5 Celebration
    1. What did you get out
Q&A is a great idea. It’s a low profile event for our clients in which we can demonstrate our expertise.

    2. Learn from the process
That I can give a commitment when I make a list of possibilities. Besides that the idea generator keeps on working and we now also use it in our trainings and workshops.

    3. Celebrate
I not really know how to celebrate this week. But tomorrow we are going to the Military of Boekelo with our daughters. That’s a big treat for them and just having a nice day will be a good celebration.

  9. What did this week bring me and what did I learn. In the 7th week of Discover what they want, I rewarded the customers with a coaching conversation. Last week I had two free coaching calls that were much appreciated, which gave me two friends.

What do I learn from this: that a stranger becomes a friend when they have experienced me. By letting others experience what I do best, I earn friends when they are referred by friends. Those new friends have indicated that they refer me to strangers.

Everything I've done so far contributes to publicity and not directly to making friends with strangers.

These are important lessons for me that I will reflect on in the near future.

How am I going to celebrate: My ideal customer has paid again and I spoiled my wife and me with the purchase of an authentic gramophone with today's technology. It will be delivered tomorrow and we are both very much looking forward to it. An eye-catcher for the living room on which we will play vinyl. Yes, a warm sense of authenticity through nostalgia!

  10. 1. What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
Q&A is the heart of the matter! From their i can design all kind of communication around my product and shape my product in a way that will attract more clients.

    2. What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
Taking action, implement: keep it simple: one event and take it from there.....
Don t make it too complicated.....

    3. How are you going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
This afternoon my family and I will have fun blowkarting on the beach.

  11. Wrap-up

    1. What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
The (good) suggestion that live Q&A’s can be valuable for many reasons.

    2. What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
That thinking about possible names forces you to drill down really concisely 1) which topic(s) can be discussed, 2) what the value of the session is, 3) who is addressed.

    3. How are you going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
Seeing my sister (who lives far abroad and I don’t get to see often)

  12. A very clean and simple way to tak about context rather than content, to build trust. Which is also easy and fun to do.

I plugged the idea of Q+A in several situations. Evaluating it now, I might need to plan is better- as was the assignment. So in the coming weeks, towards the end of the year I will redo this and make, plan and market a series of Q+A's.

Between now and then, I hope to see Q+A sessions with different management teams. I think 2 will happen soon (within 2 weeks).

Further- the manuscript is done! Yeah. The publisher is very positive- which is great. 10 people are reading it now, to give their comments. It is a range of people with no knowledge about the subject to very skilled people. For me it is a milestone.
To celebrate I am building my lego set I bought for this occasion and to have just the weekend completely off and do weekend things.

    1. Oh and thanks buddies for a great session this morning looking for titles for our books. Still braining in my head!

And thanks Nisandeh for the workshop about writing an expert book- I changed, among other things, all the chapters into questions- which works great!
Due to the workshop/ hot seat before that I was able to write the book within days instead of weeks. Very thankful!

      1. Second oh, I am very inspired to work out the chapters into small video's!

And Henny and I probably sold, no signed contracts yet but we got a yes, on a beta version of a hole program. This will give us the funds to develop and shoot the whole thing. crazy!
