    They start with a backlog and leave often as the lead in their class.
    I am fast, cristal clear in the problems and cristal clear in the goals, in what I want to achieve in three month

    1. As a holistic health expert I have focused on recovery, because coming back from illness and other misery is a lonely and confrontational road, which is most underestimated.

    2. Giving recovery more attention means that you go deeper into your process of becoming healthy. By working on the different levels of recovery, you gain more insight into yourself, in the sense of being ill. It is very important that you recognize the lessons that your setback is showing you so that you know what you can change. I also want to make you aware that the body is your antenna, by consciously working on this you quickly discover signals.
    I am the founder of The month of recovery #maandvanherstel that I created for the first time this year (15 March - 15 April) I want to expand this completely in the coming years. And if you want to contribute to making this a huge success in the coming years let me know.

    I help parents with children who have a learning challenge with Brain Gym, a method with lots of movement which improves receiving, processing and reproduction of information.
    The difference I can make is that children can fulfill their potential without the struggle they experience at this moment mostly in schools. The parents have more quality time with their kids instead of having to exercise with their kids with reading and the like. So, more relaxed, happy people which will lift up the world. And Brain Gym is not only for kids, but works for everyone. Living is learning and learning is living.

    I help women between 30-55 to get rid of their complaints in their intestines and/ or help them to lose weight. I do this by giving them the best food advice combined with a specific diet (FODMAP) and supplements, so they eat better which makes them feel better and more self confident.

    Many people (10-15% of the world population) have belly problems, experience bowel issues and are overweight. If I would be known in my area of expertise, these people would feel so much better finally, which will help them go on holiday more often, go out for dinner or to social events. This will not only have an economic impact, but there will be more "Happy people" in the world. And the more happy people, the more beautiful the world.
