Automate Something New – Celebration

Work Smarter, Not Harder – Part 3

What a great third week of the program.

Almost everyone put a fantastic effort in using the multi-step Idea Generator to come up with new ideas for each step… I’ve learned a lot from you – reading all the comments and interactions…

Thank you for playing full on… and if you didn’t yet… CLICK HERE to do it NOW.

We have a couple of participants that didn’t join the action, and if YOUR buddy is one of them – I expect you – as their accountability buddy – to remind them to stay in line.

If you missed the Wednesday Q&As – yet… CLICK HERE to check it NOW
It became my favorite day of the week – such a value exchange… DO NOT MISS IT!

And now it’s…

Time to celebrate

Remember – acknowledging, celebrating and “bragging” about our successes and milestones achieved is motivating for us and inspiring for others, and cheering others for their successes and progress is all about spreading love and kindness all around.

So today (like every Friday) – you get the opportunity to share your success or progress, brag about it while inspiring others.

This week is about the plan you came up with – to automate something new – and how you are going to implement it. Let us know, commit, and inspire all of us to go for greatness…

  1. Day 5
    WHY, WHAT, WHO, HOW, WHEN…

WHY: to grow and expand, to systemize and be consistent, and to create passive income.
WHAT: First thing: Sales. Next thing: trainings.
    WHO: Sales: Niels.
HOW: To make a clear plan for both warm and cold contacting.

I didn’t celebrate:( Niels decided he didn't take my offer- he got an offer to play soccer paid (the level under pro)- and decided to take that one. I udnerstand, when you're 20.

There IS something to celebrate- I finished writing my book. And I celebrated with ice cream!

    1. CONGRATULATIONS!! Gerdy for finishing your book... That's a HUGE reason to celebrate... I'm sure with your creativity you can find way more COOL ways to celebrate this landmark event... you deserve it!!!

  2. 1. I've found out I've already automated a lot. With a lot of thanks to Nisandeh for the Tenerife sessions in 2016. They gave so much clarity about delegating, automating and eliminating tasks in my business.
    2. This weeks automation plan:
    WHY: Expand customer experience
WHAT Create new follow up mail sequence for buyers of online courses, using ActiveCampaign
HOW: Do some research about follow up email sequences (eg. Russel Brunson)
Write a trigger based email sequence with at least 5 emails and one offer.
    WHEN: Next week
    3. It brought much value to rethink these processes again. What else can be automated, or what automations can be improved?
    4. This weekend my kids are with me, that's one big celebration to me!

  3. I was quite content that I was able implement my automation idea immediately this week, and celebrated on Friday by going out for dinner with my girlfriend. I had big plans for the weekend, catching up on stuff that needed to be finished, work on the projects I'm working on these weeks, but unfortunately my dog saw a bird, pulled me unexpectedly in a direction I wasn't planning on going in and I sprained my back so badly, that I've spent the majority of the weekend in bed. Today is already better, but it'll take a few days until I'm able to work a whole day again.

  4. What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
    - Some parts that can be automated. As these also have an influence on other parts, more work is needed.
    Why:
    - Clarity and efficiency
    Learned:
    - Gathering insight about what is happening and the paths and processes information and actions follow.
    Celebrating:
    - Holiday within a few days.

  5. What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
    - At this point there is no need to automate a lot, so I didn't play full out is week
What is the automation plan (WHY, WHAT x2, HOW and WHEN) you commit to implement?
    - I am not going to automate anything yet, at this point.
What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
    - That I thought I was someone who would play full out, but this week I did not.
How are you going to celebrate your completion of the third WOMB week?
    - I am not going to celebrate, however, I am going on a Holiday to Schotland with my 2 sons, so I won't be participating in the comming 2 weeks.Hope to see you all in 2 weeks!

    Gisterenavond: zelf koken voor lieve dierbare familie. De boodschappen kwamen automatisch, het koken heb ik met liefde zelf gedaan;

    Fijn weekend allemaal!

  7. What did I get this week?
    Many more ideas
Some very clear steps on how to automate the bookkeeping

    My implementation plan:
Automate a big part of the bookkeeping
Schedule a day for post planning (see the monday page for all)

    What did I learn?
The realisation that I can improve the quality by automating

    Celebration!!!
Week 3 and no break in the chain yet. Still in line 😀

I already spent the evening with my brother and my father playing games. And tomorrow we will have the second session of our Dungeons and Dragons finale. Really looking forward to a big day of being with friends and roleplaying the climax to 2 years of story.

      1. Hello Leo.

        I will:
        - Check my reports in moneybird.
        - Everything that is either in turnover or unspecified costs, I will check and make a list of where it should go.
        - Create rules for the bookkeeping to automatically put payments in the bookkeeping categories
        - Test it for the month of june
        - Ask my bookkeeper to log in and if she sees other things

  8. What did I get out of this week’s assignment?
That I already automate a lot of things I can be proud odd

How am I going to celebrate my completion of the third WOMB week?
Be in spain with my love and take it easy.

What did I learn from doing this week’s process?
there is a lot to automate, but one step at the time will make the difference.
I choose to work on the community and send birthday cards with Kaartje2go.
I will automate this where possible and I will call old students to ivest their needs right now. I came up with that during this week.
    I need to schedule it:)

  9. What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
    So many ways to automatization.
(many many things I don't even know of or need right now.)

What is the automation plan (WHY, WHAT x2, HOW and WHEN) you commit to implement?
make a landing/pay page for the online training and workbook.

What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
I missed out a few days(the writing- not the thinking)
Because of not writing I turned in circles .
Because of not writing I thought bad about myself.
To do this assignment I will get out of bed a bit earlier. When the day starts running I lose my thinking time

How are you going to celebrate your completion of the third WOMB week?
I'm going to Vlissingen tomorrow for a boat ride with my sons.

  10. What did I get out of this week’s assignment?
That there are so many possibilities to automate and why it is good to do this.

How am I going to celebrate my completion of the third WOMB week?
Going to the movies with my family.

What did I learn from doing this week’s process?
There is a whole new world to discover in online automation, free and paid versions. It is very handy to make good choices in this. and learn from others who use certain tools!

  11. 1. If I do what I ‘am good at I will go very far. Spent a lot of time this week on how and why to automate. And to do this not only for the good of myself but also for my client.
    2.
    * WHY to Automate
To get better customer experience through be able to customize reports to use for existing and new online programs.
    * WHAT to Automate
Make the BluePrint Reports of the Core System more like small building blocks, so it is easier to customize with the (new) online programs.
    * WHAT Automation Tools could you use
Job Scheduler with upgraded scripts of Core Systems to create building blocks and interfaces
    * HOW to Automate
    1. Select Operating System (UBuntu or Debian) for the beste Job Scheduler.
    2. Select Job Scheduler of shortlist.
    3. Setup and configure security measures (VPN, SSL sertificates, etc.) with new firewalls.
    4. Install Operating system and configure it with the principle less is more.
    5. Install selected Job Scheduler software.
    6. Configure Job Scheduler software based on the technical design.
    7. Create the required interfaces with the Core Systems.
    8. Integrate the core system of the BlueScan / BluePrint into with the Job-Scheduler.
    9. Design a disaster recovery plan. Test the disaster recovery plan.
    10. Create a backup plan and configure, test, and implement the backup plan.
    11. Create High Availability System Firewalls and test several scenarios with this part.
    12. Test what time it takes to do a bare metal restore.
    13. Functional Testing of the whole system
    * WHEN to Automate
    1. 11-15 July
    2. 11-15 July
    3. 3-15 August
    4. 28-29 July
    5. 19 August
    6. 20-24 August
    7. 26-27 August
    8. 1-2 September
    9. 15-31 August
    10. 15-31 August
    11. 3-15 August
    12. 31 August
    13. 5 -9 September

    3. The deeper I go into the matter, the clearer I have to become in knowing what I want.

    4. today i sat alone for an hour on a very quiet beach and recharged in this way and enjoyed the nature around me

    1. I don't have a clue what this is all about, but it looks like an AMAZING plan, Nanda! Super!
And just LOVE your hour of me-time at the beach connecting with life.

    2. That is a very impreessive plan of automation Nanda. In this manner you will not only create a better customer experience but also ensure a secure environment and AVG compliancy. Good for you.
I love the way you've celebrated your week. Sounds wonderful.

  12. Since I keep forgetting to send birthday cards, I’m going to use Kaartje2go.nl to do this ‘stupid’ repeatable work for me so my students feel more special. Especially these days, when no one sends physical birthday cards anymore.

I already uploaded my student's birthdays to my account. Now I need to make a card. It all should be operational before the start of next season (September). Uploading their birthdays will be part of the (manual) registration process.

Very happy I finally did this. Should have done this ages ago. Going to celebrate with a beer and online gaming.

  13. I am not bad in automation - yay!
I still have to read more comments to find new ideas, but I am happy anyway - at least one topic there is no work needed 🙂
I started enjoying finding ideas by braingoogling and use it also with other problems.
I will have a nice bath to celebrate

  14. This week I understood that before automating (schedule posts and emails) I need to systemize, to organize myself to create the social media posts and write emails in advance.
I celebrate with a home made virgin piña colada!

  15. What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
That there are so many possibilities to automate and why it is good to do this.
What is the automation plan (WHY, WHAT x2, HOW and WHEN) you commit to implement?
I want to automate to save time and use someone elses intelligence and time. I will involve myself in the AI of writing blogs. I will be using the blog tool copy.ai to do this. I will research the tool indepth, writing along the way. I will start over the summer.
How are you going to celebrate your completion of the third WOMB week?
Have a nice glass of white wine in the garden!
What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
There is a whole new world to discover.

  16. Dear all
Yesterday I missed out because of travelling.
The topic automate is not naturaly present in my life and business. I can see the benefit of it though thanks to the flow of comments of you all.
I take a few beginners steps: Optimize what I have. We Fact and Basecone.
The most important thing is still to make a new website in wich I want to include some automate possibilities. Like a planning system.of bookings and apointmants and a connection between Social media and my website with blogs.
I will need to delegatie here and there. And do research how others do it.
It is certainly more on the foreground
The celebration will be the training that I am going to give in Itally for more then a week to an international group of trainers and coaches on the topic Voice Dialogue and the Psychology of Selves.
I just arrived on the beautiful location.

  17. Step 1 describe the process.
Step 2 together with those who help me choose the right tools for this process.
Step 3 Implement the tools on my website.
    Step 4 testing
    Step 5 Place a call

You can read my complete approach on day 5.

How am I going to finish this assignment? I'm quitting work earlier today and that's a definite change. Before I started the WOMB I had plenty of time and now I have to keep an overview of all my assignments via Omnifocus. There was a thick layer of digital dust on Omnifocus, but that dust has disappeared.

I'm now preparing a document for a new coach customer and then I'm going to have a nice drink outside with my sweetheart. Lchaim!

  18. This is confusing to me right now. I completed day five on the page delegating something new. Am I supposed to copy that text and put it on this page?

  19. Thank you Nisandeh, Vered and WOMB community for another awesome week!

    1. From this week’s assignments I got:
    • The knowledge of pretty cool automation tools I didn't even know they existed
    • The activation of my automation mindset and the opening of a new world of possibilities
    • The perspective of the infinite amount of possibilities out there
    • The reassurance that even if I have not an IT background, I can still make use of great automation tools
    • The clarity, motivation and first action plan to work on my business through the creation of automated FEBE funnel

    2. Since my automation plan became very long, here I will just post the summary of it. To read the full plan please go the Implementation Assignment page (Assignment #3):

    WHY AUTOMATE?
    • To grow the business into a well thought, sustainable self-learning and self-growing system
    • To build a fantastic and very profitable FEBE funnel
    • To become a great automation strategist
WHAT TO AUTOMATE? My FEBE FUNNEL
    WHAT TOOL? ConvertKit
HOW? By studying again the most important courses of Business University, creating a FEBE funnel, the first remarkable products, learning how to use Convertkit, setting clear goals, asking the right support, implementing, measuring the results and improving.
    WHEN?
July 11 - start Tactic automation (newsletter subscription form, first newsletter, blogs).
Begin September - Start strategic automation (fist front ends, paid online products)
End October 2022 - MVFB (Minimal Viable FEBBE Funnel):

    3. From doing this week’s process I learned:
    • How to deal with external and internal setbacks
    • To better differentiate tactic from strategic actions
    • Plenty of useful automation tools and tips

    4. Tonight I am going to celebrate by creating a movie night at home with my husband 🙂

Wishing you all a great weekend!

      1. Hi Marcel,
Yes thank you I replied. I think is a great project only the hashtag is not representative of me. I do not identify myself with the word “Hate”. Also reading your program and constructive vision (managers learning from it), I think it is nicer to use a different hashtag. Maybe something like #managingmyboss #ifIwasmyboss or #lessonsformyboss

        1. Thanks Maru,

For your feedback. I already informed you in my e-mail that I am going to change the title. Instead of #Ikhaatmijnbaas, I suggest the following title #Helpmijnbaasbegrijptmeniet. With this I choose a title that covers the load and meets the wishes of my guests for this podcast. I keep the titles in Dutch because I focus on the Dutch speakers. Nevertheless, thank you very much for thinking along in the English titles.

  20. 1. What did I get out of this week’s assignment?
I can do what I want and it is me who needs to take dessicions about delegating, automatising and that I have to think from a stratigic level.
So sit, think more stratigc and then eather do it self, delegate and automation will bring more free time

    2. What is the automation plan (WHY, WHAT x2, HOW and WHEN) I commit to implement?
    Automation plan: payments and mail
Why: automating saves time and therefore stress
What: automate payments and the mailbox
How: Go over the payments by myself to see what can be automated whether it is a mont or a once a year payment.
When: plan moment with PA in the third week of august to sit and think about what we can automate so she can do more in less ours.

    3. What did I learn from doing this week’s process?
There is actualy much more I can automate that will make my live easier and there for I will be more happy

    4. How am I going to celebrate your completion of the third WOMB week?
Preparing this weekend and taking time next week and let it happen what needs to happen in the vision week.
My one on one with Nissandeh realy helped me with tasking off the pressuare and just go with the moment.

  21. I loved this week's hands on assignment!

    1. The assignment was of course about implementing a new automation tool, but the side effect was it made me look at my activities differently. Yess, the automation mindset. I have a colleague who tries to automate everything that doesn't need her attention or expertise. Her business goes like crazy (of course automation is not the only reason). Very inspiring. I'll adopt and maintain this mindset from now on.

I'm very happy I found a scheduling tool for my social media, it will be a great help, I'm sure. I had this plan for a year or so. Never did it. Thanks to the assignment, the Idea Generator and just doing it I found one and made a solid plan/strategy.

    2. WHY automate.

    1. do my social media regularly
    2. work around the obstacles that make me procrastinate
    3. smoothen my processes

    WHAT to automate.
    Scheduling posts on Instagram/LinkedIn

    WHAT tool:
I'll use 'Later' for scheduling my social media posts

    HOW:
    - Get familiar with the program coming Sunday
    - Schedule my first posts (3 Insta/2 LinkedIn)
    - Every Sunday I'll do my posts for the next week
    - Every day, I'll spend 30/45 minutes on Social Media
    - Check other inspiring people (how they do it), search for new possible followers
    - Learn from Debra (instagram expert). Read her newsletters, e-books, listen to her podcasts.
    - Check analytics every week
    - Add a webshop to Instagram, add Later's biolinkin feature
    - Grow my audience

WHEN (don't know if this is too ambitious, but we'll see):
    - Every Sunday 14:00 - 17:00 Social Media time, starting coming Sunday
    - Daily on Social Media 30/45 min.
    - Adding webshop in week of July 18th
    - Pinterest by the end of July
    - Instagram webshop ready on August 1st
    - 1000+ followers Monumentalista 500+ followers Jizo World 1st of August

    3. It doesn't necessarily take a lot of time to find out what you need. You just need to plan it in your agenda, sit down, switch off you devices and concentrate.

    4. I'll go to the beach on Sunday morning to walk with the dog and have a nice lunch

      Gezonde Groet Leo

  22. 1. What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
[a] The joy of attempts to help others (partly succeeded, partly not).
[b] An interesting list of what might be automated

    2. What is the automation plan (WHY, WHAT x2, HOW and WHEN) you commit to implement?
--- Automate collections of subscriptions to webinars and following-up on that
--- As to get a bigger market reach and (so) make more income
--- By way of ActiveCampaign and either Bloom or a different web form
--- While setting goals for various important metrics, and improve engagement and conversion from there
--- To be rolled out per September

    3. What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
There are two processes in scope:
[a] the process of participating in this program
[b] the process of working on the business

Regarding the first, I found out that active involvement in group engagement and support is a challenge for various reasons, among which:
--- the number of people and sheer mass of daily inputs to keep track of (or even merely browse)
--- the great variety in progress levels and needs or interests
--- the seemingly perceived lesser relevance of an assignment like the one of this week in relation to one’s own current focal points (an uncomfortable one-size-fits-all approach: you háve to automate something, strategically, starting with that this week, whether you feel that that is relevant at this moment or not).

I would be interested to hear what Nisandeh and Vered are learning from what they are seeing and the weekly feedback rounds (perhaps a bit too early in the process).

Regarding the second, I found that it is good to already think a couple of steps ahead for what is coming nearer.

    4. How are you going to celebrate your completion of the third WOMB week?
Tonight I have a friend over who lives abroad. I have invited a number of other friends to have an enjoyable evening at “Paradiso Garden”.

    1. Thanks Machiel, for sharing your observation.
This is just the first module (Work Smarter Not Harder) out of 6 modules.

Remember - the program is about working ON your business.
And increasing your ROI from the investment you already made in your business.

Of course, each business/entrepreneur is in a different stage/place/needs and wants.
But we did pick up ONLY strategies that EVERY entrepreneur/business need to become good at.

So, for example, it really doesn’t matter in what phase you are in your business when it come to automation.
In any phase, part of your weekly attention needs to be dedicated to it.
If you haven’t automated anything, start with setting up reminders on the phone (for example).
If you’ve automated “everything”, force yourself to come up with something new (maybe a process that didnt exist - like I do - every 2 weeks), OR to review your existing automations and improve one…

We also try to get you into the habit of thinking “correctly” - working from a purpose (WHY) and go through the “right” stages…

You can look at the first 4 weeks as “practice” of strategic thinking - so when we get to the next modules (expert position, ideal clients, online presence, etc…) you’re already comfortable thinking this way (and using the right tools) to get you… again… the best ROI for whatever it is that you did so far…

      I hope that makes sense…
      (There’s a method to the madness 😅)

      1. I'm still with you Nisandeh, and thanks for your extensive response - therewith mostly discussing the second process I mentioned under question 3. And when you put it like that, it does make sense to revise and improve *current* automations (which is certainly possible in my case), plus in line with that to simply give the phenomenon of automations some attention on a regular basis (for indeed, once in place, you may never look back at it again, or you wouldn't actively search for "what else"). Good point, point taken.

Other than that, I was also/mostly reflecting on the first process I mentioned (the process of participating in this program, in which active group involvement is solicited), especially where it comes to this active involvement in group engagement and support. But perhaps that focal point just shouldn't become a goal in itself.

        1. I must say, Machiel, that I’ve been doing this work for 3 decades now, with tens of thousands of students.

And, for the first time, in many, many, many years - I learn something NEW (practical and applicable to my business) EVERY week (some weeks more than once).

I read every single comment, and I copy/paste the best ideas for me/my business into a document with a WHEN/HOW to implement.

I should have been paying all of you - for all the valuable input.

I think these posts with all your comments would become an invaluable resource for knowledge, wisdom and inspiration for all of us - for a long time…

THANK YOU for being a contributing member of this group.

          1. Haha, you make us all blush with this (sincere) flattery. Double point taken, I'll keep on watching out for possible contributions from my end.

          2. Indeed. It calls for a lot of time to go through it all, but if you use the program to learn as well as do, it is the best money I invested in years.
It isn't an intensity I would be able to do for 6 months, but pick you progress. Even at 10' a day the harvest of week 1 was big.
I made a notion map to keep it all in one place. To avoid being in monkey mind, doing one thing and then leap to the next. I want to build layer upon layer. So still do 10' thinking while automati g etc.
Must say, as feedback, I could do with an integration week. With integration tasks. To avoid overkill frustration.

          3. Good idea, Sin…
The integration week at the end of each block…
I’ll think how to make something happen.
            Thank you for thinking aloud.

          4. I want to thank you too, Nisandeh. How you approach this and managed to reduce the distance. Of course it was great of you and Vered to fill your training sessions so massively, but I missed the personal involvement. Now I feel your involvement and I clearly see the difference that it takes to implement. At least for me. For me it has become clear to implement you need that push that gives you support. By transferring knowledge and methods you understand how it works, but that does not mean that you do it.

This is a famous phrase that I use in my training: If you've learned it before, do you apply it? If not, you haven't learned it.

You need that guidance when implementing. That is also why coaching is so much more valuable and effective than training for participants.

I notice that implementing is difficult for me, such as delegating and automating. The success is not yet visible, but it does bring me closer to the core with which I can make a difference. By implementing the assignments I discover what I still miss in my business operations. The weak spots become painfully visible. So much more happens to me than just executing and implementing assignments. In this way, the distance between the value I offer becomes smaller and smaller for the one who is looking for this value.

Isn't this beautiful how the open circle gets closed because the distance with you has become smaller, the distance also becomes smaller with the attraction of my customers.

Well, and if you want to pay us for what you unleashed, that is of course possible😜

Thank you, thank you, thank you, Nisandeh and Vered!!!

  23. CELEBRATING? HELL YEAH!

    WHAT DID I GET?
I'm getting that I am capable of doing more than I thought. Just by impementing. It's a muscle I am training. I have actually a plan now and I am executing it. This is a great feeling.

MY PLAN 4 AUTOMATION (the very first) 🙂

WHY: I can spend my time on something that makes money
WHAT: the publishing of my articles on LinkedIn
    TOOL: Hootsuite
    HOW & WHEN

    1. discover how Hootsuite works and create an account - YESTERDAY
    2. make a plan for the content - YESTERDAY
    3. put a reminder in my calendar: writing articles in July - DONE
    4. write 5 articles - TODAY
    5. find 5 photographs to complement the articles - TODAY
    6. plan the articles in Hootsuit - TODAY
    7. monitor the reactions on LinkedIn (views etcetera) - Weekly starting MONDAY 1 aug ’22
    8. tell my buddies about this - next TUESDAY
    9. write 6 additional articles - OKTOBER 2022
    10. make a content plan for 2023 and schedule the actions - NOVEMBER 2022

    WHAT DID I LEARN?
I felt so much resistance towards automation. I told myself the story that it is impossible to automate a creative process (writing articles / blogs and publishing them). So I didn't. But now I accepted the challenge. And guess what? I am having FUN. Because I FEEL now it saves time. In that time I can be as creative as I want to be and I can focus on other aspects of my business. Thanks for this weeks assignment, Nisandeh and Vered.

    CELEBRATE!
YEAH! On my way to being great at automation.
I will celebrate by having a massage when I'm on vacation 🙂

    1. WOW Manny how lovely to read about all your achievemennts this week. Good for you athat you've overcome your resistance against automating. Now you can accelerate your business. I look very much forward to reading your articles and to learn about your experience with HOOTSUITE.

  24. What I get out of this week assignment?
That it is a good idea to think about all the processes in my business (a lot!). I noticed I already have automatic a lot but not all that I wanted and not everything goes great. I see that there are a few things I can improve in my business.
For example new welcome mail voor my leads. And a new welcome message to my new followers on instagram where I can also send a link to my give away.
And I notice I already everyday get new leads in my funnel by Facebook ads, now at this moment I realize that I can increase my budget so more leads will come into my funnel.
What I still want to do is to separate my leads in my funnel in which stage they are. That is something I will do in july.
I like the tool 'last pass' I installed this week, thanks Gerdy!

Celebrate? Maybe after I improved my funnel and after I installed convertbox. Then I will give a party 🙂

    Have a great weekend!

  25. dag 4 week 3

  26. Automation. Got an excellent suggestion + search key word from Michiel. Again, thank you for pointing me in the right direction. Also excellent suggestion by Jeroen for the available slots a month via woocommerce.

Plan. Woocommerce: I added it to the to do list for the site construction. Woocomm is already implemented. It's just adding it as product category. Will delegate it to my job student.
Dynamic graphs: i'll do a short search on Sunday to see what is out there. Will let the job student do the first pass research. The suggested tool is a nice one, will start using it for deep thinking.

Learned: i think in nodes all the time. Node qualities. That was a surprise. It is a great relief to see a system that can capture it and that does more then traffic nodes.
Learned: the FAME automation is a deep answer to 84 why's that are important to me. Must respect the timeline so it gets ready soon.

I feel like there isn't anything to celebrate on, as it isn't implemented. Checking out and deciding on dynamic graph systems sure feels like a guilty pleasure.

    2. Hi Sin, I know something you can celebrate…: Being Nr. 1 commentator during the last 30 days! 🥇🥳 Thank you for your valuable comments and hard work. You definitely earned a celebration! 🥂

    3. I totally agree with Leo Sin... This program os about working ON you business not IN your business. The part of implementation of your plans is working IN your business and is not part of this program!!! We ask you to CELEBRATE what you DID not what is still needs to be done.

As Nisandeh wrote at the top of this page, entrepreneurs are so BAD at celebrating their own successes. You just demonstrated the Mindset of why it is...

Entrepreneurs think that they can only call something a success and celebrate it when they reached their desired outcome. But in this way we are always end up "victims" of the process as so many factors are not in our hands. What we need to train ourselves is to CELEBRATE each step we took, not only the outcome. This would energize us and give us the confidence and energy to face the tough times. That's why celebrating is so important and crucial in our ability to move forward.

I do hope you'll find a way to celebrate your hard work you have put this week, whether in thinking on your business, or coming up with more than 20 ideas each day or even contributing your wisdom and knowledge to this community and helping others.

You deserve to celebrate your work and the energy you have put in Sin... Curious to know how you would do it...

      1. Thank you for sharing your view on what to celebrate. And for telling me that I should feel like a victim if I don't feel like effort on its own is cause for feeling successfull. For pointing out to me that I am not able to move forward currently because I am not you when it comes to a feeling of success and breakthrough nor when to celebrate.

I examined your position carefully, and can not agree to implement such a position. I am not a victim when I don't feel succesfull on a given goal yet. Nor has it stopped me from moving forward. Au contraire...

I am 100% ok with needing a closed loop, even if it is just planning things while taking step 1 for each of them, to feel successfull and to see it as cause for celebration. I'm sorry to read such an experience is not ok in this group.

I feel a victim when people expect me to feel and act in a particular way that is not me. In such cases, I feel unseen, unheared, and reduced to "does not fit my world view so can be told how to beheave and feel". Just so you know. I do not expect this to be taken into account.

Thank you for giving me that clarity. I will celebrate that today with my favorite action: mid day chilling at a bar.

        1. Dear Sin,
Thank you for your in depth sharing on the way you see what celebration is.
If this is what you took from what I have written I'm deeply sorry as it was not my intention at all.

I do hope you will continue with your fantastic input, wisdom and sharing in this group. The last thing I would want is that someone would feel "out-of-place" in the group.

I wish you success, JOY and HAPPINESS in what you do and how you choose to live your life.
