Work Smarter, Not Harder – Part 1
What a great start of the program.
Almost everyone put a fantastic effort in coming up with DAILY 10 new ideas… Just by reading all the comments and interactions – I’ve learned a lot… for my own business.
Thank you for playing full on… and if you didn’t yet… CLICK HERE to do it NOW.
We have a couple of participants that didn’t join the action, and if YOUR buddy is one of them – I expect you – as their accountability buddy – to remind them to get in line.
If you missed the Wednesday Q&As – yet… CLICK HERE to check it NOW – tons of valuable stuff in there…
And now it’s…
Time to celebrate
As entrepreneurs we don’t do that enough… we don’t celebrate our own small successes and milestones achieved, and we don’t cheer others for their successes and progress.
So today (like every Friday) – you get the opportunity to share your success or progress, brag about it while inspiring others.
This week is all about the best idea(s) you came up with, and how you are going to implement it – let us know, commit, and inspire all of us to go for greatness…

What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
It was really confronting to think about my biggest problem(s) this week. I also discovered that to solve that problem I need to solve another one.
What idea(s) do you commit to implement (and when)?
I put an ad in my newsletter (the first baby step)
What did you learn from doing the Idea Generator process?
It is good to confront yourself with your procrastination. It is also good to force yourself to tackle the problem instead of acting like an ostrich, saying I am just too busy to start...
How are you going to celebrate your completion of the first WOMB week?
It was my birthday so it was a festive weekend. I really liked the first WOMB week. I really like my accountability buddies and the way we inspire eachother. All in all it was a good week!

I liked the assignment, to asks questions and find out that I need to decide what will give me space and clarity on my path.
I commit to myself that I will make it simple, make a list and do one little task a day.
And to really clean my desk and stop saving everything.
The Idea Generator helps me with other things like promoting my book. learned a lot from others.
I celebrate it with a little dance on: "you're simply the best - Tina Turner" makes me always happy. lol.

1. What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
I liked the way that generating ideas is actually a skill which you learn by doing. Even if they seem no good at the time it gets the process going. It is a way to open up your mind.
2. What idea(s) do you commit to implement (and when)?
I will commit to implement to a freelance VA service. I will have this up and running in september.
3. What did you learn from doing the Idea Generator process?
That it opens up your mind, that I need to keep doing this a regular basis to make sure my idea muscles get much stronger, I love this idea.
4. How are you going to celebrate your completion of the first WOMB week?
My father has done euthanesia this week, so I am not so much in a celebrating mood as yet. It will come again!

My implementation plan that I still had to make based on the ideas of myself and others.
Ideas for book promotion
While recurring customers would be my biggest challenge, it’s not my ACUTE challenge - and I really want to focus on what I need to do NOW.
My book - I want to launch it end of sept, and then it means that I need to finish it in 2 weeks and do all the redaction.
And it needs to be solved.
So for this week, I’m going to put my thoughts only on coming up with 5x 10 ideas to sell my book and get it at as many people as possible to read it.
Here are my 10 ideas.
1. Start a LinkedIn campaign with every day a different post, during the whole summer.
2. Find a great place for a book launch, and someone to give it to, who is inspiring to others
3. Contact my network and tell them about the book
4. Send everyone in my network who might be interested a request for help on title, cover, etc, to get them engaged
5. Come up with an irresistible deal for buying more than 1 book (get a free training if you buy 40 books)
6. Ask for referrals and give them a great deal for it (buy one book get one book for free)
6. Bring the books to the university where I help entrepreneurs and give the graduates (if it’s for them) a book as a gift
7. Find a nice JV partner who can give the book away as a gift - but need to think of how this can help me
8. Go to networking events and bring the book
9. Find connections with places where you can do online/ hybrid meetings and see if we can work something out together
10. Make sure the media knows about the book - contact the journalists I know
Ideas day 2 - how can I get my book to as many people as possible (paid or not paid)
1. Find someone exciting to give the first book to (I already made a list of 3 people. They’re hot shots so I don’t know if it will work but at least I can give it a try)
2. Find someone “famous” to write a recommendation for the book
3. Listen to the WYB again for more ideas
4. Find a location IN a company (saves so much money also, and gives them exposure especially if there is media involved)
5. Organise a signing session in the big bookstore in Rotterdam where I always went to
6. Send personal messages to people to get them involved
7. Plan two weeks in October where I travel through Holland and give all the mayors of the towns that I pass a book
8. Do something local! Why not write to the local newspaper that I am publishing the book? And I live in two municipalities ey:) action for today to share it with Zoetermeer. Not sure if I can do this for Nieuwegein without getting in trouble (living kind of illegally in someone else’s house here)
9. Connect it to green and deliver it to every company who wants to become more sustainable in a similar way
10. Go around by bike and visit all the companies in Nieuwegein, Vianen well, within 20 km and deliver them a book as well
Day 3.
1. Start a crowdfunding campaign (too late, but idea for next time)
2. Read pieces from the book daily on YouTube
3. Contact local bookstores to tell about my book?
4. Make a fantastic description with keywords so it’s also found on bol.com
5. GET TESTIMONIALS
6. Give a webinar about the content of the book
7. Offer something special to everyone who was interviewed on the book
8. Find people to work together to refer each other with similar TA (Adrian)
9. Get quotes from the book and post them on LinkedIn
10. Find out where my readers gather and find a way to show them the book there (fairs?)
For the next days:
Come up with 10 ideas to get influencers to recommend your book to their followers
2. Come up with 10 ideas to get people to order multiple books (think 10, 25, 50 books)
3. Come up with 10 ideas to get book reviews on Amazon (there are tons of book review websites out there, as well as hundreds of thousands of reviewers on Amazon itself)
4. Come up with 10 ideas to get a book review/author interview in online and offline media (they'll happily share the Amazon link with their "readers/listeners/viewers")
5. Come up with 10 ideas to partner up with another author(s) and promote each other's books on Amazon...
I’m talking with a company to maybe do my book launch there, and give the first book to their CEO. It’s not concrete yet but they are interested, and I think I might be able to find a company like this- win win win: much cheaper to do a launch like this, its an interesting environment and for sure the company will be interested and probably buy more books from me (I hope) hopefully combined with a training.
1. Put my book on amazon and do an action for 24 hours for free (or 99 cents) and then tell everyone where they can find it and ask for reviews
2. Give them a reward in exchange for a review
3. Ask my proof readers for a review
4. Find a group of managers on facebook or linkedin and ask them to read it and review it
5. Send an extract to management magazines with a good example
6. Magazines: Binnenlands bestuur, IT management, management scope, managementboek magazine, M&O, management support, bizz magazine, management team, management scope, Sprout, zakenblad.nl
7. Find ways to connect with sustainable magazines/ websites/ podcasts: duurzaam-ondernemen.nl, change.inc, ow.magazine, milieu-magazine
8. Ask all the proofreaders what magazines they read and what they would suggest me for whom the book would be interesting.
9. If you take 10 books: You’ll get a 500e discount on me facilitating a meeting for you (within a year)
10. If you take 50 books: I’ll give a high impact meeting on how to do high impact meetings online
Day 5: 10 ideas to get my book sold/ given to many more people
1. Bring the book to each company that I give a training to sell it
2. 2. Bring a book to each company that I give a training in to give it to the CEO
3. 3. We might get more lockdowns again. Make creative actions on how to do online meetings better because we have to
4. Do a webinar and give participants the digital version if they show up
5. Yesterday I had someone saying he wanted the book, why didn’t I send him to the sales page for pre-order? It would be great to have my first book sold already!! 6. Ask loyal customers what would it need to get my book sold in their company and who I should contact for it
6. Start doing the warm calls again with LinkedIn contacts with interviews- but now with 5 tips on how to do their online meetings better
7. Get invited to a podcast on management or productivity (make a list for this)
8. Find companies (1uur.nu and moeielooswerken) who might be interested to give the book to their customers as a gift (that’s brilliant, this will be my implementation step)
9. 10. Go over all the past tips and find the golden nuggets for me and make a list with dates when to implement
10. Create a test that they can fill in what would fit them as a company?
IMPLEMENTING:
1. Send Richard the link to the book, and put it in EVERY SINGLE POST (and in my linkedin Profile) ✅
2. LinkedIn Campaign: Started last Monday. Works ✅

5. Bring the books to the university where I help entrepreneurs and give the graduates (if it’s for them) a book as a gift – SEPT (when the book is launched)
6. Find a nice JV partner who can give the book away as a gift

1 What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
I am a creative thinker. In about 2 hours I had 50 ideas for my biggest struggle in my business. I felt empowered by myself. It gave me selfesteem. It gave me a feeling of belief in my potential. The mind is a perfect answeringmachine.
2.What idea(s) do you commit to implement (and when)?
- In the next 3 months I will implement the following:
* make a leaflet with irresistable offer aiming on my ideal clients to put in watingrooms and certain cafe s
* Introduce myself in the nextdoor app as a stress expert in my neighbourhood
* Contact psychologists and jobsearch coaches in my hometown to help out their clients with stress issues
* Search for psycholgists and coaches to collaborate with and share clients.
* talk to my familydoctor to send me clients who have stressproblems
* After networking: visit the workingplaces where there is a lot of stress and talking to HR about my stressreductionprogram.
* interview succesful collegues about their client strategies
3.What did you learn from doing the Idea Generator process?
When I feel stuck in (working on) my business I can do a Idea generatorprocess and I can trust that the process will give me new possibilites in taking action. The next thing is that I will choose my actions. If needed I will first talk to my buddies about it.
4.How are you going to celebrate your completion of the first WOMB week?
A nice dinner with my family enjoying a sing-a- long with popsongs.

THIS IS HAT I GOT OUT OF THIS WEEK'S ASSIGNMENT
This week has been an amazing and wonderful week. Not only because of the birth of a new leave on our family three but because of the amazing energy in this group and the very lovely and healing energy of my buddy group with Manny and Nanda. It was like "coming home". You've done an amazing job Vered in putting us together. We believe we've identified the common grounds based on which you've matched us and that alone had an enormous impact on all of us.
An amazing breakthrough for me personally was the insight that all the limitations in our minds are made by ourselves. Only we can limit ourselves.
So every time I would think "but I can not achieve such an amount" or "I can never purchase a piece of land or house or...." I immediately said to myself: "I can create and attract anything I wish for. I'll find ways to break through barriers. My life is a mirrow of my believes". So I've changed my believe system: from a trapped mindset to a growth mindset.
THESE ARE THE IDEA"S I COMMIT TO IMPLEMENT
Airbnb
85% of the ideas shared related to my B&B have been implemented this week as we went along. I've promised myself that I would stop prograstinating and implement immediately which I've done. The last 15 % will be implemented before the end of July 2022.
People(change)manager
This week I've implemented 5% of my idea's. All ideas will be implemented during the coming 6 month reaching the full 100% implementation.
New business project HappyHomes
I've came up with a number of ideas on how to free up time in my daily life to work on my new dream project.
Two major ones will be implemented by July 1: I've resigned from 2 network groups which have taking up a lot of my time for the last many years. Thanks to W.O.M.B. I'm forced to stop procrastinating and make the choise necessary to succeed. Knowing this, made me look at the emotional part of letting go in a different manner knowing it would be replaced by much more valuable connections and co-operation. Like the buddy groups and this W.O.M.B. community.
THIS IS WHAT I"VE LEARNED FROM DOING THE IDEA GENERATOR PROCESS?
That fact that I'm working with the Idea Generator daily gives me an agility in coming up with new ideas and just start implementing. That alone has put me at a different level in my personal growth. I'll use it everytime I have a challenge to overcome.
I AM CELEBRATING THE COMPLETION OF MY FIRS WOMB WEEK with
The purchase of a number of beautiful summerdresses
A working day of only 4 hours.
I've purchased all the fruit, vegestables, fish and meet which my childres loves for a beautiful family weekend.
A wonderful meditation session

1. I have found that I can generate ideas for the biggest struggle of my new program and for growing my business much more easily than I thought. I also noticed that I have already subconsciously picked up/implemented 1 idea: ask 5 contacts from the secondment network to propose 2 potential ideal customers to participate in the program. I pitched it casually to 1 account manager and agreed with her to work out this idea for her secondment agency in August. It is super educational and inspiring to read the thoughts and insights on their struggle.
2. I'm not quite sure yet which ideas I'm going to implement. This weekend I will list all 50 ideas in a prioritized order and then in an annual plan. I will work out 1 idea every week for the coming period.
3. I have learned how easy it is to schedule creative sessions with yourself of 10-15 minutes (usually in the morning) and that I can imagine that I can easily do this with other questions I have. And that the 10x brainstorm, learned in Open Circles Academy , still works. Or even better now that I define the question more sharply.
4. Enjoy the results achieved this week with a glass of rosé tonight!

What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
I know this tool and it surprises me over and over again. The more concrete I make it (and in a way harder to come up with solutions, at least I thought) - the better the solutions are. While I was overwhelmed with everything that I thought I had to do and no idea where to begin, I now have some great ideas where to start and what to do later.
What idea(s) do you commit to implement (and when)?
Because of this, I will not answer this question now, but tomorrow. I didn’t have time this week to go over everyone else’s ideas and I want to- and pick the nuggets. And I’ll plan them too. I’m super happy and grateful for all the ideas!
What did you learn from doing the Idea Generator process?
That it’s possible to come up with good ideas day after day. That the ideas get better. That I’m so much more creative than I thought. That I’m able to make it very tangible.
There’s another thing that I’m super grateful for: I love the buddy group. I got myself a buddy who’s pushing me already (within a week!) and I Love it (although I also tried to squeeze my way out of it at first😅)
How are you going to celebrate your completion of the first WOMB week?
Reading a book! It’s a book that is not in my subscription but I would really love to read it so I’m gonna buy it for myself 🤗

1. Wat heb je uit de opdracht van deze week gehaald?
Ik vond de opdracht sowieso heel verhelderend om te doen;Bijzonder krachtig om de oefening te doen in de wetenschap dat ongeveer veertig (?) anderen er ook mee bezig zijn;en idem dat we ingedeeld zijn in buddy-groepjes en dat dat ook motiverend werkt;dat iedereen in staat is om een heleboel ideeën te genereren en dat er prachtige ideeën bijzitten;dat het goed is om de oefeningen in te plannen in de agenda. Dat het mede daardoor is dat ik het gewoon doe;Dat het krachtig is dat Nisandeh de regels en verantwoordelijkheden bij aanvang heel duidelijk gesteld heeftDat ik de woensdagQ&A echt steengoed vond en dan met name ook de snelheid en scherpte waarmee Nisandeh antwoorden geeft;
2. Welke ideeën ga je uitvoeren en wanneer?
In de afgelopen maanden heb ik een training doorlopen waar ik een gespreks&geleide meditatie-oefening 'LichtkrachtHealing' heb geleerd toe te passen.Ook vanuit die training oefenen we met medecursisten en gebeurde er iets bijzonders. Mijn oefenmaatje kwam afgelopen woensdag tijdens die oefening in zo'n staat van rust, duurde dagenlang en misschien nu nog.Los daarvan (?) had ik de dag erna een ervaring dat ik hoog in de lucht zweefde als een adelaar, heel vrij en rustig gevoel.Voor mij zegt dat dat dit iets ogenschijnlijk kleins is met grote impact.Wat ga ik concreet doen:Komende week:* ik vraag meer medecursisten uit die training om met elkaar te oefenen en plan dat in (er staan al twee afspraken gepland voor komende week);* ik volg komende week een serie webinars over het vergroten van je socialmediabereik&inzet online community; aan de hand daarvan maak ik een Facebookpagina over LichtkrachtHealing;* ik ga tekst schrijven waarin ik deze gespreksvorm aanbiedt en ga overleggen met Annemarie Sips, de trainer, of ze akkoord is met de manier waarop ik het neer wil zetten;* ik ga door met ideeën genereren en elke vrijdag kiezen of en wat ik ga gebruiken om uit te breiden;Weken daarna:* ik ga leren om met WordPress een eenvoudige site te maken, volg ik een workshop voor;* en ga deze inrichten volgens de funnelgedachte, daar heb ik een training voor gekocht;* ik ga een kvk-nr aanvragen;ik ga uitzoeken of en wat ik tegen mn werkgever daarover dien te zeggen (nakijken wat in CAO staat);
3. Wat heb je geleerd van het ideeën-generator-proces?
Dat het een heel nuttig proces is om te doen, ook al voelt het soms als ideeën uit m'n hersens wringen;Dat dit een goede oefening is om regelmatig toe te passen;Dat een groot deel van de ideeën pulp is, en slechts een klein deel datgene waar je echt mee gaat werken;en dat dat normaal is;dat ik zonder deze oefening geen keuze gemaakt zou hebben; dan zag ik door de bomen het bos niet; nu kwam dit idee in de loop van de dagen bovendrijven als mijn eerste stapje;

1. What did you get out of this week's assignment?
I found the assignment very enlightening to do anyway; Very powerful to do the exercise in the knowledge that about forty (?) others are also working on it; and the same that we are divided into buddy groups and that that also has a motivating effect ;that everyone is able to generate a lot of ideas and that there are beautiful ideas;that it is good to plan the exercises in the agenda. That it is partly because of that that I just do it; That it is powerful that Nisandeh made the rules and responsibilities very clear at the start That I really liked the Wednesday Q&A and in particular the speed and sharpness with which Nisandeh gives answers;
2. What ideas are you going to implement and when?
In recent months I have completed a training where I learned to apply a conversation & guided meditation exercise 'Light Power Healing'. Also from that training we practice with fellow students and something special happened. My practice buddy came into such a state of tranquility during that exercise last Wednesday, it lasted for days and maybe even now. Apart from that (?) the next day I had an experience that I was soaring high in the sky like an eagle, very free and calm feeling. To me that says that this is something apparently small with a big impact. What am I going to do concretely: Next week: * I ask more fellow students from that training to practice with each other and plan that (two appointments are already planned for next week);* I'll be following a series of webinars next week about increasing your social media reach & commitment to the online community; on the basis of this I make a Facebook page about LichtkrachtHealing;* I am going to write a text in which I offer this form of conversation and I am going to discuss with Annemarie Sips, the trainer, whether she agrees with the way I want to present it;* I continue with generate ideas and choose every Friday whether and what I will use to expand; Weeks after that:* I will learn to make a simple site with WordPress, I will follow a workshop for;* and will organize it according to the funnel idea, there I have bought a training course;* I am going to apply for a Chamber of Commerce number; I am going to find out whether and what I should say to my employer about this (check what is stated in the collective labor agreement);
3. What have you learned from the idea generator process?
That it's a very useful process to do, even if it sometimes feels like wringing ideas out of my brain; That this is a good exercise to practice on a regular basis; That a lot of the ideas are pulp, and just a small part that you will actually work with; and that that's normal; that without this exercise I wouldn't have made a choice; then I couldn't see the forest for the trees; now this idea surfaced over the days as my first step;
Max's question about the strategic question! I sometimes consult the I Ching and the better the question, the better the answer. I ask my questions very carefully and in my opinion they are mainly strategic questions.
4. How will you celebrate the completion of your first week of WOMB ? Our beautiful piano was tuned today and sounds great. I'm going to practice tomorrow (beginner); And I'm going to play kaval and then be well prepared for the lesson I have on Sunday; and cuddle and play with two divine grandchildren when they are at home; and walking outside; and cheering a son on at the Kennedy march and reading and cheering all the Friday plans of all fellow travel companions!

1. What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
My biggest achievement is simply the fact that I did my 'homework' and have been in contact with my buddies. I had a tough week preparing for a fair and finishing a new product collection for next weekend.
2. What idea(s) do you commit to implement (and when)?
Work out 'My Ideal Social Media Strategy' and implement it the week after next week (after the fair).
3. What did you learn from doing the Idea Generator process?
You can boost your creativity independently from your mood.
4. How are you going to celebrate your completion of the first WOMB week?
Appointment at my favorite not really cheap hairdresser.

3. What did you learn from doing the Idea Generator process?
It's not very hard to come up with a list of ideas, but it's a challenge to prioritize and not start doing everything at the same time. Focus is still a 'thing'...
4. How are you going to celebrate your completion of the first WOMB week?
I treated myself with a Thai massage and Sushi today😀

I love how my ideas evolved over the last days!
Some of the selfcare-ideas I implemented immediately.
And by next week I meet a SEO specialist. I hope she is a great fit and can free me from a lot of tasks.
I even uncovered an upper limit problem which I can now solve by increasing my abundance container.
I celebrated with my metime-buddy and we went to the Ai Wei Wei exhibition today. 🥳
I keep on doing the Generator as I still want a VA. 🤩

It has been a wonderful week!! The idea-generation worked fantastic.
1. I got 50+ ideas, I gave my mind time to have fun creating ideas.., also I realized that this consciousness worked very positive for the bigger picture of solving struggles and realizing progress, it helps consistently getting somewhere.
3. I learned that repetitive thinking like this can be a productive source of energy and focus on possibilities. Also I realized that I have been thinking about the solutions already a lot and that the process of getting clarity is really important to get started somewhere.
4. I celebrated the WOMB attitude of this week by attending a knowledge-sharing event/dinner in the solar branche which helps me get to a strategic level of thinking and gain insights of how other companies are doing. I am on my way home now (I actually stopped the car at a gas station to write this celebration), when I come home I drink a little nice mint tea and then go to bed fairly early.
2. Ideas I want to implement (next week): make sure I will sleep 8 hours per night, starting tonight (5/7 nights). I want next week work at least 1 full day on a solid new template for the quotations + easy to use questionnaire and standard accompanying letters. Also I want to send at least 5 new quotations by the end of the week. I want to go over the list of the ideas two times next Wednesday and plan 10 more actions. I will buy a whiteboard + cable for the monitor and get info for an airco.
These were all the ideas:
1. Go to bed early, before 23 5 days per week
2. Buy an airco
3. Buy an adapter for a big screen + trackpad
4. Get myself an office
5. Plan everyday time in the morning or evening before to work on the sales
6. Validate/evaluate on quality of clients (ideal or not)
7. Ask for referral/recommandations
8. Buy a drone
9. Use social media to show our work/gain expert position
10. Raise prices.
1. Add a valuation + evaluation of each client (in terms of ideal or not)
2. Hire an office and plan office days
3. Buy an adapter so it is possible to use big screen + mouse and trackpad
4. Install airco
5. Go to bed early
6. Plan the important tasks regarding clients in the morning or evening before
7. Ask for recommandations/referrals/testimonials
8. Stop giving reduction on the offer, charge more/raise prices
9. Use social media to connect with clients/build network
10. Buy a drone
1. Make promises realistically with some time extra and overdeliver
2. Communicate when it changes
3. Don't take every client
4. Take an expert-position in my market, charge for it and make sure to deliver
5. Set up the marketing, so that it attracts also new colleages
6. Buy this whiteboard asap!
7. Let somebody else get materials (saves time) and/or check if everything is packed or let it deliver specific timing.
8. Make also a list of stock and keep updating with every project
9. Use a photo-upload/make up for every project to make sure every project is filled with the right materials and background info.
10. Get more ideal-clients/focus on ideal clients.
1. Make a list of all templates that need to be updated
2. Plan to update each of them, make time for it
3. Remove all double questions in the deal-page (details of project)
4. Make multiple templates for multiple offerings/types of clients instead of customization of 1 model
5. Make a sequence/document of what should be done and make it as good that somebody else can do (part of) it.
6. Download all clients and all client-info/project -info and see where we can simplify this data
7. Make multiple data-entries possible named after different options/proposals
8. identify keystone-habits that should change for healthy and balanced living: sleep, food, sport, relaxe-time, quality-time with friends and family, fun, education, nurture + education of kids, art, gardening.
9. sleep 8+ hours per night (for 1 month or longer) 5/7 nights per week + evaluate
10. Do a 1 hour walk every day (for 1 month or longer) 5/7 days per week + evaluate
11. Meditate each day/start work with meditation
12. Plan time to work on implementation of ideas/working ON my business
13. Priorities ideas
14. make a template/dashboard for everyday-list of clients that are waiting for something from me + first action to be taken.
1. Write down details together with client
2. Make a Google answering list
3. Integrate website questions with crm
4. Make a standard answer/proposal/example quotation.
5. Make complete offers with some + options and bring them in on the spot
6. Make somebody responsible for customer contact + sales offers
7. Use a solar CRM including purchase of materials
8. Just make 1 offer a day but make sure to make the offer immediately after you visited the client
9. Book time in agenda to do appointment including sales offer (right in the car after visit)
10. Make a list of general agreements/concept with info in separate document, so the offer itself can be really simple en short
How can I (re-)gain complete insight and overview of my (potential-) projects including promises made and expectations raised?
1. Use CRM-software Teamleader more consistently
2. Let somebody else do it
3. Begin with being complete with the names
4. Make the format more simple
5. Get a whiteboard, and write all projects out, until they are updated in the CRM system
6. Contract less projects/become subcontracter/apply for a normal dayjob and quit my own business
7. Use a different CRM software
8. Hire somebody to do the complete sales process.
9. Do it immediately/on the spot
10. Make the process more phased

Normally brainstorming is not so action driven. Normally I am satisfied with 3-7 ideas. I learned that pushing is gave some good ideas that would otherwise no show up. I’ll use this technique for sure more often. The following idea: 48. Look for companies that offer sort-like services look what they do for whom and see if I would do the same or how and in what why I differ from them. I’ll plan doing in July and August. It will give me a better positioning idea in my market and what make me (hopefully) unique. I’ll drink a glass of red wine with a big smile.

Woohoo. What a spectaculair week!
1. What did I get out of this week's assignment?
60+ ideas!
A new assignment for next week "What is the right question to ask?"
3 new clients (not directly from the exercise, but I do believe the energy did something)
2 new leads for bigger companies
Many good insights into what fellow entrepreneurs (you all!) are doing and thinking.
2. I commit to implement:
Keep on doing a daily brainstorm for the next 4 days on "What is the right question to ask?"
This weekend, call my friend S and talk about coaching and his approach.
On monday and tuesday, I will offer a front end product and a back end product to my most recent workshop group.
On monday, I will reach to my friend and ask her to introduce me to Noorderlink and UWV.
By friday I will have looked up 2 network meetings in Zuidhorn or Groningen and sign up for them.
And by friday, I will have refreshed my website to make sure it reflects my company's current state and aspirations.
And on the 7th of July I will offer a new back end product of a "support strippenkaart".
3. What did I learn?
That there are many more ideas when I give it some time.
That it is great to have so many to choose from. I could pick a few "low effort" and one or two that will take more work.
4. How will I celebrate?
By taking a bath and reading many of the answers below 🙂
I will add all the fancy bath stuff 😀

Let me immediately come to the most important conclusion and which I will carry out on Monday: Making a weekly planning has now become an absolute necessity for me. From now on I will make a division every Monday with tasks in which I will implement or cross out my ideas per week. It is now clear to me that without this planning it is impossible. I will exchange my laziness for a planning. That is a nice result.
What I have already implemented from my ideas are the book list of the top 10 processed in a document. In this document I now record all the interests and frustrations of managers. The idea that has fascinated me most this week is starting a podcast about employees who complain about their previous job. I expect that listeners recognize themselves in this and that it is also interesting for managers to hear. Of course everything anonymous because this is possible via podcast. I'm really excited to do that. Come up with a nice name for the podcast this weekend and then an attractive format. This is all on my schedule.
What I really thought was great to experience is continuing with 10 ideas every day with Nisandeh's explanation here. That's a really mind blowing insight.
Thank you Nisandeh and Vered for this journey!

Looks like you had a great week! Have fun with the planning on Monday 😀
When you continue with the ten ideas, will you use the same question or switch to a new one?

Thank you Max for your response. Just to be clear, I'm not going to continue with the ideas, but make a schedule to implement them on a weekly basis. Also, a few ideas are lost. For me this should lead to a useful sweet spot with my target group. I want to increase my attractiveness by sharing things that are interesting to them.
I will mainly focus on the idea of the podcast in which employees tell their story about the bad experiences they had with their previous employer. That idea only surfaced after day 3. I see this as a way for them to feel heard and interesting for employers to do business. This fits in seamlessly with how I coach and train managers to connect more with their employees, which makes leadership a lot more enjoyable. You empathize with your employees in what they find important and what they need.

Celebrate my success
Today I spent the whole day with my team inviting myself to share with them what for me was my biggest challenge in our company, and the ten solutions I had to give every day. Since my team is very critical, this was quite a challenge. Because my goal was to make the people in my team so inspired that they wanted to take part of the solutions for their account out of their own enthusiasm. I told them to ask me super critical questions so that they could take their share of responsibility for that to be implemented.
we just finished that, and all the solutions have found a place with one of the team members. The biggest eureca moment was, that we were able to choose a definitive Target Audience together: to create an on-line space where ICT departments in large companies can improve themselves, their interaction with the environment, and their results.

1. What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
It was hard coming up with the first 10 ideas to work smarter. And since I was so excited about some of the ideas I came up with, I didn't even look further and starting implementing a few of them. Working on that, I got a couple of other ideas that I immediately implemented as well.
2. What idea(s) do you commit to implement (and when)?
I started work on two ideas immediately: increase my visibility and differentiate my offer.
Visibility: I identified three sites that would help me get visibility: fiverr, upwork and toptal. I registered for upwork and toptal. Setting up a profile and portfolio is a lot of work and I spent a lot of time doing hat (still working on it). The good news is that even though my profile on upwork is barely complete, it already delivered me my first lead. For toptal (top talent freelance site) I have an interview scheduled (apparently they don't accept everyone). I will complete the profiles for upwork and fiverr this weekend.
Differentiate my offer: I have drafted a document that explains my pricing structure to clients. Fixed lower price for specific work (like formatting fiction novels), higher price or even hourly based work for more complex tasks. I also included a list of what I expect from them and what they can expect from me. It's a work in progress, but when finished, will save me a lot of time, both in the beginning of a project and during execution.
3. What did you learn from doing the Idea Generator process?
It helps to sit down and think about what the heck you're doing. If you hadn't asked me to do this, I would probably never have thought of easy ways to increase my visibility and think about how I want my clients to see me and how I want my clients to work with me. That's a big win.
4. How are you going to celebrate your completion of the first WOMB week?
I almost forgot to put this in here, since I'm taking the night off and will take a rest-and-relaxation day tomorrow, walking a long stretch with my dog with a stop for a nice lunch.

What did get out of this first week ´s assignement?
Most important is to be part of this group learning. And in it take my own responseabilities.
I got glimpses of the potentional and beauty of this programm. As far as I know now it is very smart in how it is constructed, based on a long time experience. This gives an important boost to my confidence.
And I can see and feel the commitment from manny. Also from Nisandeh and Vered and their team. I feel gratefull and realize that I want to treat this opportunity with care and involvement.
Besides that I got a flow of idea´s. From my own and from all of you. An overflow almost. I like the process. It adresses far more then only the strugle that I choosed to begin with this week.
What ideas do you commit to implement and when:
1) Having somenone to help me out with computerstuff. I started that this week for most urgent questions on a regular base of once a week.
2) Prepare for computer work as I would do for the content of my work. I started that this week and it helps a lot.
3) See computer work and soacial media as an important part of my business. I have to remind myself this time and time again.
$) I do not need to do it all by myself but structure in a better and more beneficial way some experts and help. This month I will have a serious talk wit my websitebuilder based on my analyses of what is not working well and make a report of that before I start our talk.
6) I need a fresh look at my website and I am going to ask for feedback. I am going to do research om websites of others. Starting next week. This is also a preparation for number 5
7) I am going to upload important foto´s to put on my website. At least 9. Next week
8) I become member of a senior helpdesk for computer stuff this month. I start the resaerch for a good one next week.
What did I learn from doing the Idea generator process?
Maybe most important is that I became participant again since quite a long time. And allowing myself to be in that position.
How am I going to celebrate?
I am going to have leisure time this weekend with my husband. Enjoying with him what we accomplished this week.

1. What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
I started with a different problem to which I actually already knew the answer to but wasn’t willing to deal with. Writing it actually down on the page made it more real somehow. Now I need to act on that.
For the new problem, I had a different experience. I’m a bit of a “lazy genius” (As Nisandeh calls it) and if I do push myself I can come up with new ideas. I can’t say better, yet, but I feel that there is a lot I can improve on in the future if I keep pushing my brain to get some really GREAT ideas. For the purpose of training, I did give my everything on this assignment but I really couldn’t come up with something (even my accountability group gave suggestions on how to get them) that wasn’t the same but in different words. So, after 45 minutes, I’m “tapping out” on going for another 10 on this specific question.
2. What idea(s) do you commit to implement (and when)?
For my first "problem" (getting a martial arts master) I actually knew what I had to do (get my old master back somehow) so now I started to contact some people I know to check the waters for how my old master is at the moment to see how to approach him. So, implementation has started.
The second "problem", I’m starting a new program in September in which I will implement the Zero-Tolerance rule. Now I have a clear idea of what I want to do and what I don’t want. So implementation starts the first lesson in September.
3. What did you learn from doing the Idea Generator process?
That I should be careful of not getting lazy just because a good idea’s come quickly. I might forget to strive for GREAT ideas.
Also, I’ll be using the Idea Generator for the next step in my first problem. How to make my old master clear that getting me back is a Win-Win-Win (Him, Me, The martial arts itself) situation.
4. How are you going to celebrate your completion of the first WOMB week?
I was planning on playing a round of Fortnite instead of starting something on my business I can’t complete today anyway. But after fixing a diaper and bottle I had to get my four-year-old from school (wife had traffic problems) and now have to do the dogs, make dinner and then get to prepare for giving training this evening. So, Saturday afternoon (after training) is the earliest I can actually get to playing/celebrating if nothing comes up in between. Proud of my work anyway!

What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
It does not take much time, no need for a week when doing it mindmap style. Will need to make a conscious effort to do this when being stuck.
What idea(s) do you commit to implement (and when)?
About 70%. Will need an integration and planning day.
What did you learn from doing the Idea Generator process?
I know and use it for many years since my first bootcamp. Never went to 100 though. The quality does improve after the first 20. I need to start working with the "layered" version. Generate 10, then 10x10.
I can think about making 1 product out of this skill.
Think + write is the golden combo.
How are you going to celebrate your completion of the first WOMB week?
I will read a book at a nice bar. In meubeuge.

1. What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
- A brilliant idea from Nisandeh on how to get more assignments from dream clients.
- The experience that if you just ask a brilliant business mind for an idea, you might get an answer.
- That it is actually pretty easy to generate 50+ ideas for answers for a question.
- That stating a problem I experience as a question is a crucial step in overcoming the problem.
- That I now have an answering-machine-tool at my disposal that I can use for live.
2. What idea(s) do you commit to implement (and when)?
- Advertising (already started)
- Making a list of 100 dream clients (already started, will finish it before the 1st of july).
- Start making an animation without assignment for 1 dream client. (starting on July 4th, IF I have no new paid assignment by then.)
3. What did you learn from doing the Idea Generator process?
- See point 1
4. How are you going to celebrate your completion of the first WOMB week?
- By going for a kitesurf session at the 1st possible day (when the wind is right).
ps. I think this celebrating is a big thing for me. I never celebrate. And I feel I should do it way more. Raise the energy!

LOVE your input and insights Paul. Thanks for sharing it with us.
I love your way of celebrating your success... but here's a thought... if you realize that celebrating your successes is important and as you say raise the energy (which they do) why make your celebration limited on an outside factor (wind)... If all is good and the "Gods of the Winds" are with you - GO FOR IT... have FUN... but if not, HOW would you celebrate it in another way?

Can you make an animation that is generic for all dream clients? If so, how would that work if they wanted to buy it? Can you offer a non exclusive licence?

Love your answers to #1 and the manner in which you are going to celebrate. Not until Vered told me to come up with my successes during a personal life coach session with her did I think about my successes. I just went about doing my business as a machine on an automated pilot. When she asked me to come up with ideas on how to actually celebrate I didn't get any further at first than buying a book. After 11 sessions I now know how to celebrate and it blows your mind. It really does something to the acceleration of your business.
So good for you that you've shared your successes with us today. And some great ways you've found to celebrate. Have fun!!

Hey Paul,
What I found out is that yes, Nisandeh’s ideas are brilliant, but... the more you practice this, the better your own ideas get. Nobody knows your business better than you do! 🙂 It's a matter of thinking in different directions, and it absolutely helps to ask someone else.
Just saying this because I wouldn't want you to think that you're helpless again after you finish this program:D

Great to read your insights and actions George from this week's assignment...
Just curious to know - is your way of celebrating this week's success different from other nights? does it make you special, do you feel that by doing it you're really appreciating your hard work and dedication for the process? remember the idea of celebrating a success is that it needs to make us special and worthy of this treat...

Hi Vered,
I don't drink every night a beer, and I've tried to create af feeling of celebration.
But It did not make me feel special.
Maybe it's because by writing down the ideas I also feel that I have to do more, or can do more.
next week I try again.

Hi George,
Good plan to generate new leads. And it is wise to outsource the production work. BUT DON'T START WITH OUTSOURCING! I have done this myself before and what has really helped me in preparation for outsourcing is doing it myself first. The first hundred. How did I do this?
Started with the paid LinkedIn version. This allowed me to make a precise selection of my target group. Next I made a connection request in which I clearly stated:
- this is what I stand for / this is my working area
- this is my plan and this is my next step [for you George, for example, your digital flyer]
- when interested? , then I would like to get in touch with you.
The result was a score of 30%.
Why this approach?
1. You generate qualitative LinkedIn leads; people have expressed an interest in your topic and they know what to expect from you.
2. you can start today: don't wait until September, enthusiasm may have faded a bit
3. You're on top of the process and I'm sure you start to know people a little bit because you immerse yourself in them
4. You can pass on your experience to the person to whom you outsource a follow-up. You also maintain control over the entire process
5. every new LinkedIn contact gives a kick.
I hope it is of some use for you. This strategy has given me “nice trading”. Making an appointment turned out to be quite easy.

Thanks, that strategy would be useful for me as well.

great tips Rudolph. Work for me as well! As an addition: you can't outsourse a process that you didn't test first yourself- outsourcing is for scaling. Meaning the process needs to work first and only then give it to someone else. This was a hard and expensive lesson for me last year...

1. What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
I did notice that commitemens comes from the inside and not from the outside pressuare or reward.
I have to do it because I want it.
2. What idea(s) do you commit to implement (and when)?
I will take all the ideas with me on my vision week.
3. What did you learn from doing the Idea Generator process?
I learned that if I sit down and take time I can come up with solutions.
It is my brain who is blocking anny thinking because of the daily stuff that clotters the mind. Sit doen, take time and use my brain.
4. How are you going to celebrate your completion of the first WOMB week?
I will spend a whole week by my self in a hotel with a lot of roomspace and take the time to do and open minded search based on the 50 ideas, and other things from the Consious Entrepeneur. There will be no need for a solution it will be based on the 20/80 ROI in different parts of my live concerning my businesses.

1. I get it that to move on I need to do more consistent - everyday work on ideas.
2. The first step this week was listing small steps and block time for it on thursday. I need to do that to make progress. So I planned at least 4 hours of working on my business next week.
3. To produce ideas helps me out of the comfortlines of thinking.
4. I celebrate the good feeling that i made the first steps.

Peter it's wonderful to read your insights and what you got, thanks for sharing it with us.
I'm really curious to know HOW or WHAT are you going to do to celebrate your success in completing this week and having all these great ideas and action to take... aren't you taking yourself for granted when you're not truly making a point of CELEBRATING your efforts ad energy that you have put into this week?

Did you get an idea out of the 50 you generated that you're gonna implement in the coming weeks? Curious!

Hi Gerdy, thank you for your words. I really benefit last week from making time free for my business by making my business priority. Following that I now have first to succeed the procedure to get certified to take the next step so I can start to sell to my guests.

WHAT I GOT OUT OF THIS ASSIGNMENT
- LOTS OF GREAT IDEAS to create more value and income and have more fun
- MOTIVATION: Great to SHARE and LEARN from others in the process
- Increased TRUST in my business for the future
- Great INPUT FROM MY BUDDIES
WHAT IDEAS DO YOU COMMIT TO IMPLEMENT
* Systemize the heck out of my business, both the actual work as well as the processes
* Stop working in a client's infrastructure and wasting time
* Be open to hire others, although there are quite some blockages on that internally still
* Increase my expert position
This basically means drastically changing the way I work, how I sell my work and present my business.
And this needs a lot of preparation.
ETA: Start with small steps already, go full-on from March 2023.
More detailed steps and ETAs to follow...
WHAT DID I LEARN?
- AWESOME to spend 10-15 min a day on something...creates so much traction, is easy to plan
- I have SO MUCH MORE POSSIBILITIES than I saw before...
- HOW THE QUESTION IS ASKED is super important...I was recycling ideas and got stuck, then rephrased to 10 **NEW** IDEAS half-way and there they came ... 10 NEW ideas...!
* Lots of INSPIRATION from others
HOW AM I CELEBRATING?
* Taking a full day off today, going swimming and relaxing in the sauna!

Love it. I get the outsource thing. What would make you feel different about it? What would it take? What is it you might be losing when outsourcing? How to prevent/fix?

As to what I might be losing....
- (Feeling of) freedom
- Responsibility for just myself...and switching that to be responsible for a team
- Sense of security....I'm doing well now financially....the financial world situation leaves much to be desired at the moment....what if my income reduces and employee-costs stay?
What would make me feel different and how to fix?
- Feeling less responsible for employees (100% in my control --> did some work on that already this weekend)
(this can also be overcome by outsourcing the work to another company with it's own employees)
- Having a healthy and sound financial world situation (out of my control, but I can protect myself by hedging against inflation etc.)
- Having a very well though and felt through business model (100% in my control)
It's very insightful to answer these questions.
Thanks Sin!

Brilliant results Rens! Question... Can you be more specific on WHEN you are starting to implement WHAT? Just write down for yourself the first steps, so you can actually plot them on a specific day...
It helps to keep yourself accountable (and for us too:))

Thanks Gerdy!
* Systemize the heck out of my business, both the actual work as well as the processes
>>> Systemize my work processes from september onward.
* Stop working in a client's infrastructure and wasting time
>>> Same
* Be open to hire others, although there are quite some blockages on that internally still
>>>> When I'm confident enough about my new way of working to explain it to others
* Increase my expert position
>>>> A.s.a.p., I'll see what comes up in the program for that.
Thanks for keeping me sharp!

WOW , what a week this was. The start was a bit hesitant but now I'm in.
What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
I'm an insecure person and don't think I can do great things. For example I always say I can not generate a lot of ideas, I'm not good at it.
So when I read this weeks assignment I was very doubtful. BUT..... I committed to the proces and came up with 5x 10 ideas this week! For me this was a nice success.
What idea(s) do you commit to implement (and when)?
1. Up to date information on website - today
2. Ask clients to introduce us in their network – next week
3. Send a LinkedIn Inmail for the PO Summerschool 2022 – next week
4. Create a marketing internship - september
5. create new free giveaway – third week of Juli
6. Publish Managementboek.nl bookchat on our social media – next week
7. start PO Community - september
What did you learn from doing the Idea Generator process?
I can generate a lot of ideas! I have to take time and peace of mind about the process.
How are you going to celebrate your completion of the first WOMB week?
I will get myself a nice lunch and buy my girls an icecream this evening.
