A very clean and simple way to tak about context rather than content, to build trust. Which is also easy and fun to do. I plugged the idea of Q+A in several situations. I have one main reason for this: I am trying to hard to deliver value with content that I forget (their) context. Also ‘what if I could do this by removing stuff, instead of adding’- I wanted to make it as easy and valuable as possible. Further, I asked a couple of weeks ag… Read More

Question 3 The publisher thinks that the book will sell at least 2000 copies. In a way it makes me happy to think that these numbers could be possible- Would you have a (marketing) strategy to make this 5 fold? And to start selling the book now already? I don’t get your way of thinking Marcel. Why can you not grow when you only serve ideal clients?

In replay to Gerdy Heek

In the book “get different” from Mike Michalowocz- there was a short story about a accountant for sigarshops. He send books (that inspire him, not even his own) to prospects, and he puts cards in the book with: this page might interest you, because… or read this,… etc… Reading your question I needed to think of this segment in the book.

In replay to Paul van Aarle

I hear you. This has been on my mind as well. It makes me wonder if you see ideal clients as a luxury?

“I’d like to work with clients just like you… who do you have in your network that you would vouch for…?” Goes on the NEW/MORE. Thank You. Sin, great questions- you think very differently/ deeper on some things than I do- It is a pleasure to look at things through your lense! Very broadening my view.

In replay to Nisandeh Neta

Thanks Rens for bringing this up. As it is inspiring, it is very helpful as a tough process as well. Thank you Nisandeh also, by not answering the question, but by adding more. I noticed that my ideal clients all asked me to help them. Instead of me offering it to them. This dialogue made me real… Read More

Hi! A couple of contributions/ answers on the ideal-client question were set as “companies or organizations”. Which made me wonder, can an ideal client be an abstraction like that, or does it need to be a person. In the sense that, even in organizations in the end it are persons that are doing th… Read More

Yeah I think it is kinda spiritual, now you mention it! I didn’t think of it that way, but indeed!

Oh Vered, that is a deepening of the question… I notice that I feel a sense of fear and enthusiasm to say 100%. Now the last years I optimized profits/ income by taking up work that now may have costed me everything/ a lot… I guess in the rest of the program we will focus on how to create programs for Business Bootcamp). Het Gerdy, We don’t know each other but what I read, heard and see- you seem very courageous and trying a lot of things and succeeding at a lot of things. That is an example and inspiration to me. That you stop certain things at the moment is as well. I am not sure it makes sense to you what I write, but just wanted to let you know. Thanks.

In replay to Vered Neta

Thanks Vered. I am going to do this right now! I think it can help me organizing and choosing from all the insights and actions that are in my head, by linking them to a small, medium and big celebration.

I forgot the scan for the 1 page with the solution. and it reminded me of : every chapter has one part of the solution (to write the book). I am going to scan that what I am writing myself through that sense even more than I do now! thanks for reminding!

1. Think time- although it was “just” creating time. It felt as a little pause, so i could have some time to contemplate about the last weeks insights and actions. 2. The plan is simple. I have time ‘left’ in an existing project. So monday, tuesday and thursday between 9.10 and 9.30, will be my 15 minutes WOMB , which I will also continue on wednesdays and fridays. … Read More

Great question. Can I add: How can we first have sales, then create the product/ finish the creation of a product. What is the following order. Because (I assume), there needs to be some basic idea. So when is this essential idea big enough to do the sell- but not too big that it costs too much time and energy?

July 21, 2022 Creating Time – Q&As

I put this one in the comments yesterday, but it is a question also. I wanted to register a new web domain. Then this company offered me a deal. I normally don’t look at these, because it was not what I came for. Now, thinking to delegate and do things within 2 hours a week I have it a second look. There offer was a year free webshop and website and seo and creating a sma… Read More

Then, One of my “MORE” was to get more people working via the method, so to get more succes stories. Another, I notice that my mind likes “MORE” better. The topics I write in “LESS” are easily converted into a MORE, but I would not write them down in the MORE list.
