Unsubscribe of many newsletters. I started it right away on Monday. And I work in my mailbox now, offline.

The ONE NEW product/service that makes a big impact is our new Owner product, a service product of total package of rental management, incl new website.
We have started already to prepare.

Sometimes we can add a new Sales channel, that is not easy. We have to deal with our software supplier, what they can offer to connect.

Day 1. During the COVID period, my colleague and I cleaned up the entire company. We had already removed many malfunctioning parts. Last year we also started new projects.
What we can scale up is more products, that is by far the best we can do. That brings us a higher turnover.

At the end of December I send an e-mail, very kind words, that it is wise to stop with the cooperation.
And ask if they have a suggestion for upgrading the house or something else.

Less or No result:
• Posts on Facebook, only the adds have result.
• Some extra sale-channels we use. But we have no costs.
• A few houses we offer. Some of them are for the portfolio. But that is a matter of time in a few months we have more new houses and than we delete the houses that don’t rent.

Make a difference (small) for our clients and make them happy.
