Hi Marie-Louise, yes I’ll keep you posted. Succes with your actions.

November 14, 2022 Optimize What Kinda Works

Let me say up front that I am happy to stay in the program until the end because I am curious and eager to learn. Looking back at the assignments of the past 2 weeks, in all honesty, I don’t know what I can do with them anymore. With wonder and admiration I read the posts of my fellow students, who at this stage of the course can still create new lists. Lists about impr… Read More

I’ve been thinking about how to respond to this. I have entered a phase in my life where I am well on track with matters such as relationships and finances. But whoever seeks will find and whoever continues to seek will find and find again. In that sense, there is always room for improvement and I am alert to that. Day 1: Eliminate what doesn’t work or support: people, strategies, products/services. Already done before. So my list is short. The only one left is me. What I mean by this is that I linger too long in the process of coming up with solutions or developing new ideas. I don’t start implementation until I’m pretty sure it will result in success. It’s paralyzing, but it’s a… Read More

Day 5. This is the biggest, if not the only real, business issue I have. Throughout my career, my business success has always been the result of direct customer contact: (cold) calling -> making an appointment -> sit at the table. It’s not much of a list. Most results in sales is with direct contact with client or prospect. Pick up the telephone and make appointment. In terms of product it is coaching / consulting.

My insight was the preparation assignment. My complaint: no time to prepare, didn’t know what question to choose, to much pressure on it (always the same with Nisandeh), my camera stand wasn’t fixt yet….. I am absolutely convinced that without completing the preparation assignment, I would not have gotten further than an intention to record videos.
