I think most of us like and love what we do. And administration is necessary to pay and get paid. I forget, I have to look things up and I just don’t like to do it. I think this will be the case with a lot of entrepeneurs.

The bookkeeping, most important one, setting up customer databases, outsource problem solving and glitches in CRM, filling in the contracts, making the weekly reports, making monthly reports, making the quotes, thinking of social media content, doing the weekly “call a round”, do the visuals in presentations. The book keeping will be the one I will delegate.
