This weeks q&a was a gold mine. Thank you.

What did I get out of it? Delegation plan + i delegate a lot. What is the delegation plan? I’ve done enough delegation for now, going to settle in that new situation first. What did this weeks proces learn me? I need an empty scheduel. Delegating takes a lot of time in the beginning. How am I going to celebrate? I had an ice cream.

In my experience, they not only don’t work on results they can’t even show results. And so if you ask to see roas in real live accounts, they will claim confidentiality. Or claim that roas is not relevent, only CPV numbers. A lot of bs imo. I can’t offer result commitments. But I do show result numbers and more when asked for them. Most people don’t know industry stand… Read More

Who wins if you do a good job? And how can you help them to promote you? Exemple: architects might do a better job getting a building permit if they have a low budget solution for professional looking environmental data. If you sell such data, they will refer their clients to you, because it is in their best interest. Who is that partner in your case? What would they n… Read More

No logo, no site, no business cards. It’s counterproductive when pivoting. And it costs time and money, initialky and during each pivot, that can better be spend on what does make a difference. I’ve not hired more often because of bad sites than because there was no site.

Very helpful list.

Ok, this is probably just me overthinking things… I do follow the MGSPI steps, one a day. The instructions follow a different sequence? How I would do it with an exemple: delegate for expertise (why), look for dev expert to do X (what), via codeable for it houses wp coding experts and nothing else (strategic how), make a clear list of requirements + scope and ask for… Read More

I vould use some clarification on the how question. Is it about where to find them, how to manage the delegation team, is it about how to get right people, how to get myself to commit to delegation, a specific plan with dates and names, …? And what is the difference with Friday planday? 🙂

Can you make an animation that is generic for all dream clients? If so, how would that work if they wanted to buy it? Can you offer a non exclusive licence?

What did you get out of this week’s assignment? It does not take much time, no need for a week when doing it mindmap style. Will need to make a conscious effort to do this when being stuck. What idea(s) do you commit to implement (and when)? About 70%. Will need an integration and planning day. What did you learn from doing the Idea Generator process? I know… Read More

For exemple: what will show and proof to me that I am an expert, that I added real value, that i’m understanding 1 specific client struggle,… i’m not sure what applies to you. I sopped doing most of my computer work. It draines me. 3 hrs from a job student and a Remarkable was all i needed. Before, i would spend hrs fighting myself to start working, as i hate computer vibes. Now i just write it by hand. 60 euro a week and i got my life back. Maybe a job student can also solve your resistance to follow through? No need to do it all alone.
