Work Smarter, Not Harder – Part 5
WOW – we’re completing the first month and a great fifth week of the program.
I thought yesterday’s Hot Seat Zoom session was great – I hope it was valuable for you too.
Thank you for playing full on… and if you didn’t yet… CLICK HERE to do it NOW.
We have a couple of participants that didn’t join the action, and if YOUR buddy is one of them – I expect you – as their accountability buddy – to remind them to stay in line.
Before we’re going into the celebration part of the week, please take a moment to answer a couple of feedback questions. Remember – you’re our Beta Tester and we depend on your feedback to keep improving the program.
If, however, you prefer NOT to fill in the feedback form, we will send you a link to pay the €700 you got as a discount for being a Beta Tester… this is up to you…
And now it’s…
Time to celebrate
Remember – acknowledging, celebrating and “bragging” about our successes and milestones achieved is motivating for us and inspiring for others, and cheering others for their successes and progress is all about spreading love and kindness all around.
So today (like every Friday) – you get the opportunity to share your success or progress, brag about it while inspiring others.
This week is about the plan you came up with – your Creating Time plan – and how you are going to implement it. Let us know, commit, and inspire all of us to go for greatness…

Added working on my business as a daily activity in my journal.
3. What were the biggest insights you got during the Hot Seat session?
The way of reading a book 🙂

From this day, summer holiday with my daughters starts. Such a big celebration for me.

1. What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
What I get from every week. It is so inspirational to work ON your business. Asking yourself questions. Being 'forced' to think about what you are doing and why you are doing it. Thinking about ways to be more fruitful, work more structured, automate things and work more efficiently. It is really rewarding!
2. What is the Creating Time plan you commit to implement?
Most important for me is making a list that is not overloaded. Normally I make a list and put down too much to do. I do have a lot to do. More than I can chew. But by adding more and more to the list I only get really tired and the mountain gets higher and higher. So my plan is to make a realistic list of max 3 things and stick to it. That will save me a lot of time because if it is doable, I won't procrastinate. Even making lists I used for procrastination. If the mountain is to big, I will stay put at the foot of the mountain. Now I cannot wait to take it, because it is doable.
3. What were the biggest insights you got during the Hot Seat session?
Write the book that you want to read. GREAT INSIGHT.
Read only one page of a book, the one that gives you the solution to your problem.
4. How are you going to celebrate your completion of the fifth WOMB week?
With a big bowl of icecream. I am so happy because I can really feel that I am working ON my webshop!

Some weeks ago I start with 2 new employees. Now they can do already a lot of tasks by themselves. They both took their resposibility. I am so happy with them. That makes it that I can go on and be succesfull with WOMB .
So, I have done the programm and implementation for almost 50% now. More delegate more and more every week.
That is my celebration till now.

CREATING TIME
THIS IS WHAT I GOT OUT OF THIS WEEK ASSIGNMENT
I made a clear commitment to implementing by blocking focus time for W.O.M.B. on a daily and weekly basis
THIS IS THE CREATING TIME PLAN I'M COMMITTED TO IMPLEMENT
Time blocked in my agenda until and including the month December: 10-15 minutes DAILY. 2 hours WEEKLY
STOP
4) Stop procrastinating - DONE!
LESS
5) Use time on social media not supportive to my goals
4) Spending time on activities / people which do not bring me closer to my business goal
12) Adding too many tasks on my own name instead of delegating
MORE
5) Own up to my dream by formalizing my burning WHY
6) Get my manifest on paper (explicit) and out of my head (implicit)
1) Complete on the business plan for my Happy Villages project
NEW
8) Work on my business on a daily basis - WORK IN PROGRESS
1) Write blogs on Happy Villages / B&B
THIS IS THE BIGGEST INSIGH I GOT DURING THE HOT SEAT SESSION
1) Write a book which I would love to read myself on how I develop my business
2) Understand how to ask the right questions (don't waste anybodies time by asking questions which can be found on internet and take your self serious by asking questions which will make the expert sweat).
3) The power of asking the right questions
4) Work only with the customers that bring me joy
5) 30-40 well paying customers who are 100% committed are worth more than > 1000 who you need to push or carry through
6) Say goodbye to customers who are not participating.
7) Busy is the new stupid - the power of an empty agenda
8) The power of sustainable partnership - Nisandeh wants us all to become succesful so we can work together for the following 5-7 years to come
9) How to get the right price for your training
THIS IS HOW I'VE CELEBRATED THE COMPLETION OF THE FIFTH W.O.M.B. WEEK
I've started on the training on how to make the BEST ONLINE TRAINING
I've bought a book for Manny and Nanda on HOW TO EARN WHAT YOU ARE WORTH
I've used my morning getting up to speed with the W.O.M.B. Program
I've participated in the first Brainstorm session hosted by Paul van Aarle
I'm off to Denmark in a few hours to celebrate the summer with my friends and family.

I posted on the wrong week. Short version: automating-more less was not the same as time-more less. Thinking about it made some big stuff come up about the future of my biz. Mailed my coach to discuss it later this werk. It will impact everything. Need some guided thinking and outside perspective before deciding.
Celebrated with a sky bar evening.

Creating time… here is my biggest issue. I’m doing too many different things and therefor not doing them well.
I stopped this week with my patreon and will stop another part too.
I found that it’s a structural thing. I need to find a way to make my life easier. At the moment I’m in a space that everything I add makes my life more complicated I can’t even manage to do the things I’m supposed to do. And it’s costing me.
I celebrate that I have this insight. And I will work on it now.
I also celebrate we had a great buddy session together last week. It was the first time we actually connected and it was valuable for all of us-
It took us time. And that’s ok. And now we can thrive.

My insight from the hot seat: what is my WHY?

Het Gerdy,
We don't know each other but what I read, heard and see- you seem very courageous and trying a lot of things and succeeding at a lot of things. That is an example and inspiration to me. That you stop certain things at the moment is as well. I am not sure it makes sense to you what I write, but just wanted to let you know. Thanks.

1. Wat did you get from this week? I learned that getting more time for strategic actions is essential, although it sometimes is difficult.
2. The creating time plan: I am going to plan 15 to 20 min time every day to work on my business, and 2 hours on Saturday.
3. Biggest insight during the Hot seat session: a) look for the page with the solution in a book, or the sections with the sub-solutions in each chapter. b) Experiment more in your business and reserve an "experiment budget" for that.
4. How will you celebrate? I'll take some time this weekend to sit in my garden and enjoy the sunny weather.

What did I get out of this week's assignment?
It was really good to have an implementation week! I have completed 1 email sequence that will now be sent out automatically after someone downloads this specific leadmagnet. I spent quite some time on it but now I have a plan/structure how to create other sequences as well. This will save me a lot of time in the coming months! It was good to focus on just 1 thing this week.
What is my Creating Time plan
Adding the 15 minutes to my morning routine and Monday morning, after our weekly 'buddy call' I will work on my business.
I create the time by:
Automating my email sequences (still working on it, thus creating more time in coming months)
Getting rid of my TV!
My biggest insight from the Hot Seat session
Write the book you want to read! Document your experiments😊
Celebrating week 5
In 1 hour I will leave for a week retreat in Castricum!! Meditation, yoga, dancing and walks to the beach, I can not think of a better way.
note: I will be back next weekend and catch up!

WHAT DID I GET OUT OF THIS WEEK'S ASSIGNMENT?
Along with the insights from the past weeks, it got me thinking a lot about where my priorities are.
As time is the most precious resource:
* do I still have a compelling enough WHY to continue working IN and ON he business I currently have....or do I do it mostly because of the great income?
* should I start sharing the amazing, life-changing personal / spiritual development program I've been working with for the past years? The call for this gets bigger and bigger and the most recent week-long retreat (which I did completlely alone) caused a big shift in that. The impact I can make is enormous and I feel the why on all levels in my system.
The biggest question is then: am I going to invest a lot of time in improving my current business or am I going to start a / the new one and invest my time in that?
The answer is not straightforward. I don't feel it's the proper time to say goodbye to what I'm currently doing yet. And I feel it's too early to start sharing the path I walked. I feel I need to walk the walk further first ánd get 100% clear on if my sharing doesn't come mainly from a desire of the past, like it did earlier in my life.
I'm stuck in the the middle.
Which is also a great song from the '70s that makes me very happy to listen to at this exact moment in time:)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ln7Vn_WKkWU
Continuing to think about this doesn't help me. So I'm going to stop that, let it go for a while and see what insights the moment brings on this.
It's great that the Friday gently forces me to write down things and make an effort because I'm sharing it. It makes things conscious and clear and that is super helpful.
WHAT IS THE CREATING TIME PLAN YOU COMMIT TO IMPLEMENT?
Daily 15 mins before working IN the business start.
2-3 hours in the evenings.
I've noticed that adding the 2-3 hours to the Friday is not going to work as I planned to. I've promised myself to take off the Fridays after 6 months of working 5+ days a week. Breaking that promise is something I cannot do....as it will damage the good relationship I have with myself.
I'm feeling resistance for the first time and I'm not sure how this will turn out. But I'm willing to see what happens when I schedule the time in the evenings. If that doesn't work, I will schedule it on the Saturday morning.
BIGGEST HOT SEAT INSIGHTS
- Reasons to choose for ideal clients over non-ideal
- You only have to know the first step...stop wasting your time thinking too much about the next ones
- Idea generator - don't try to implement everything, choose 2-3
- Don't start creating a product until you've sold it to enough people
HOW TO CELEBRATE?
* No required things or wake-up alarm this weekend, just nice meetings, a BBQ and relaxing
* Get myself a *daily* help for helping me with the housekeeping to free up time and save the daily frustration
* Go out for diner with a friend

I saw this week that the beginning of the day making time to overlook your business is the most effective time to do it!

Celebrationtime:
* difference between saving time and planning
* dare to be different
* chosing and stick with it
* almost to the finish of my Translated book
* beautiful conversations with clients, 5 new ones this week
* still had time:)
* improved and worked on my LinkedIn profile
* working on my plan for the theater
* shared my new ideas with clients. Love the responses
* time now to finish the Pieterpad with my love.
Happy weekend!

Proceeds from this week's assignment
Truly stopping activities feels like a huge relief. I chose to focus on LinkedIn. All other socials I will remove or limit to the absolute minimum.
My plan for creating time
Every weekday from 10:00 AM to 10:15 AM: Implement a STOP or LESS action that really makes a difference in creating time
Every weekday from 10:15 AM to 10:30 AM: Going through everything I've posted to see what else makes sense to implement, as well as any comments from the other participants. + planning the implementation of relevant actions in the coming weeks.
Every Saturday between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM: my 2-3 hours Working On My Business
Biggest Insights Hot Seat Session
- I want and have to think about what I really want and WHY. Who do I WANT to work with in the next 10 years instead of 'who can pay a lot for what I do'?
- If you want to be successful, you have to choose.
- A different approach to my first sales pitch: overdeliver, quote my real price, ask for lots of personal recommendations in return.
How will you celebrate your completion of the fifth WOMB week?
- I already did that by having today off.

It was chaos this week.
There is so much to clean up that I needed to make a planning per half an hour to keep the overview on tasks that I want to automate, tasks that needed to be finished, ...
I booked progress and finished some tasks that were open for months. So that is positive. But still a long way to go.
Today I spend a full day on upgrading my systems.

I think it's very couragous of you, Guy, to take this on. Even if it's a chaos to you. One step at the time.

What did you get out of this week's assignment? What is the time making plan you want to implement?
* put time blocks in my agenda;
* I just added the LESS and STOP goals to my calendar so that I see them regularly every morning and during the day;
* Every day writing down what I have stopped & reduced, so that the line of is more visible to me.
What were the biggest insights you gained during the Hot Seat session? * choose one or two actions and focus on that, adjust later if necessary. Don't get lost in too many choices.
How will you celebrate your completion of the fifth WOMB week?
* I feel I allready have been partying during the week: attended a very exciting seminar on colors and personal strength and signed up for the training to be able to work with that method. The two female developers happen to be "experienced students" of Nisandeh and Vered. They are certainly examples of overdelivering. I'm very excited;
* Today we partied for a few hours because we had to pick up two grandchildren from the daycare due to illness. But they happened to be very healthy and happy with us;
* I decided to do the work with Chamber of Commerce to officially register my company and let my boss know after August 1;
* I have also received very good legal advice to walk the path in my 'normal' work; So I feel a lot of space and energy;
* this weekend how do I continue to celebrate:
* start reading & feeling & embracing colors in the book 'Krijg toch allemaal de kleuren.' by developer Jannie and Pauline, http://www.persoonlijkekracht.nl;
* studying the Bulgarian kaval and looking forward to Monday lessons from one of the best and most dedicated kaval players in the world, http://www.arifamusic.com;
* be invited tomorrow night for dinner at our lovely new (Greek and Slovakian) neighbors Theoni and Matûs, one of the best synergies ever with neighbors. Have a nice weekend everyone!!!

Hi Lucie!
I recently was at a workshop with the 2 ladies from 'persoonlijkekracht' so I recognized immediately them in the first sentences! I also love these 2 and what you say, they are over delivering.
Are you planning to do an education by them? Are you also an color-expert? What is it what you do exactly?

What did I get out of this week's assignment?
A good reminder to choose ROI over convenience.
Some good steps in leaving the business for paternity leave in the coming weeks.
What is my Creating Time plan
15 minutes at the start of the day and 3 hours on wednesday to work on my business
Always having a list ready with possible actions.
I created the time by:
focusing instead of floating
asking for help
losing some distracting games
My biggest insight from the Hot Seat session
Choose!
Celebrating week 5
The whole weekend is free. I will spend it with my wife preparing the house for the baby.
And we bought one of our favorite things to eat for tomorrow (burrata)
See you next week!

1. What I got out of this week’s assignment
I'm much more conscious about how I spend my time. Yes I still get distracted but I realize much faster and can correct it. Also I started looking into more opportunities for systemizing and delegating. I will be writing some SOP documentation this Saturday because I already found a virtual assistant and I want to start assigning her some tasks asap!
2. The Creating Time plan I commit to implement
Every morning I dedicate 15 min to work on the program and every Saturday morning 2 hours for strategic thinking (I have some KPI that I monitor once a month, I was already doing that).
3. The biggest insights I got during the Hot Seat session
The SUPER approach for creating remarkable products, and also the steps for selling a product before it is fully developed - I think both combined are amazing!
4. How I am you going to celebrate my completion of the fifth WOMB week
Hamburguers are being cooked as I write this…

Most of all I celebrate the steps I take with my website. The process helps me to embrace my excellence and qualities and get clear about them. And this sense of freedom.
Thanks to the program and most of all to my buddy Arjen.
How I celebrate that? By working on it more and more.

1. From this week’s assignment I understood that creating time is much more than planning, organizing and managing tasks and activities. It is about earning time which means taking strategic choices and stopping all what is not making a big difference in business and in life.
2. The Creating time I commit to implement these weeks are:
a) Empower my daughter to play independently for at least 15 min a day (detailed plan to achieve this is on the Assignment page)
b) STOP a weekly activity that, although very enjoyable, was not bringing me closer to my goals.
3. The biggest insight for me yesterday at the Hot Session is:
”Write the Book that you want to read”
Since I am a book lover and it is so hard for me to find great literature, this advice opened a new world of inspiration for me! I felt so empowered to search myself for the answers and give them to the world my way. Nisandeh did it again! Such a mind blowing advice! 🙏💪
4. I will celebrate the completion of this week by going on Holiday, having a gorgeous dinner and a glass of great red wine! 🥳 I am writing this assignment on the way to the my holiday venue.
Thank you Nisandeh, Vered and WOMB community for another great week!!! 🙏🍾🥂

More and more ideas come to fruition. Just 5 weeks into this program. Thinks I hade in my mind for years but didn't do. I already decided to implement one thing I'm really scared of which is doing video stuff. Big step for me. (@Nisandeh, You said something about a 10 part youtube, youtube instruction or something during the Hot Seat Sesion. If you would be willing to share it with me to, that would be great!
Also committed to start 1 sport program which doesn't exists yet and I wait until people write up for it before development.
1. What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
That I really need to plan more. Use my agenda more. Made a whole planning for this week until our holiday and I gives a lot of mind space. Needed to create some time now and then so planned shorter time and worked more effective and did a whole less Social Media surfing.
Most painful revelation is that I needed this exercise a month or two earlier. The season after, I have more ideal clients or at least one group less.
2. What is the Creating Time plan you commit to implement?
I already have 1 hour booked each day. Want to commit but during the school holiday, it isn't going the way it was planned. Will get on track when school starts again. For the 3 hours, I will decide starting next part of this course. Just checking out how assignments go from here and where I can use the 3 hours best.
3. What were the biggest insights you got during the Hot Seat session?
- I have been thinking for too long on a subject for my first book. Nisandeh just gave it in the Hot Seat Session. So, just need to carefully plan when to actually start on this (business card). Have too many projects in the air right now.
- Being too lazy or scared to really choose the best changes and how to choose them better. Needed the insight.
- Making a lot of mistakes as fast as possible.
4. How are you going to celebrate your completion of the fifth WOMB week?
Relaxing 5 days in Aqua Mundo. Monday we leave for Center Parcs. I'm not sure how involved I can be. I expect not at all, sadly. Or my wife might kill me. But will read the exercises in secret. Once back I will pick it up as soon as I can. Can't wait for the next part of WOMB !

Day5
1. I just love new more less stop this is one of the things that really helps me to put the things that I do in perspective and also gives me a great way to reflect an order
2. The creating time plan I commit to implement is first I spend every day 10to 15minutes on working on my business then I also put aside about three hours on Wednesday to think and work on my business another thing I want to do is delegate the right things to the right people so I don’t struggle so much with doing things that I’m not good at
3. The biggest inside I got during the hot seat was Bas his question about do I make the whole program or do I tweak while I go along and then the answer of Nisandeh how he did it I now copy all the email consurning this subject the whole structure of how he does it I also looked at again at the quantum leap email so I got my target audience clear enough again so that for me was a big inside
4. I am going to celebrate by emptying out my calendar for the weekend so there is nothing I have to do but this weekend is all about the things that I can do when I feel like it.

I just gave the feedback that the pages are so clear for me... I just wrote what I learned from last week and yesterday the Q&A ...and I can't find it anymore 🙂
learned from the planning and implementation how stubborn it was this week. I deed what `I wanted to do but never on the time I planned. Something didn't work (yet)
I planned to improve content and I did.
I tested it in a group and got feedback
Celebration: I'm going to meet some friends this evening.
learned from yesterday /insights
* SUPER model and how to combine positioning and experience
* The importance (for me) to find helping habits, routines and tools
* shortcut is different from work smarter
* less is more
* aks for new leads-ask more-let them come ofter-do all three
* use the matrix for more Maria's in life
a good weekend to you all
See you next Monday

1. What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
-- That even while you already have time, it is still interesting to think how you can earn the time back that a certain time commitment (to newly make) requires.
-- That even while you’re already spending your time in relevant areas only, it is worthwhile to confront yourself that this doesn’t equal “good use of time”.
2. What is the Creating Time plan you commit to implement?
In this case it was threefold: helping others less and be less pro-active in offering it, research less, and revisit stuff less.
3. What were the biggest insights you got during the Hot Seat session?
That your definition of “ideal client” (which you have to materialize for yourself) can impact many aspects of your business, like elaboration of your customer relationship management, marketing, and intensity + direction of product development.
4. How are you going to celebrate your completion of the fifth WOMB week?
Having a nice session tonight with a friend who I rarely get to see (among with some others, and a BBQ).

Hey Machiel,
Your analysis of the urgent and important set me to think about this as well. I can relate to your insights that even if I have time left over, it is good to think how to spend the exiting-spend-time even better!
Thanks for sharing this thought proces of yours!

1. Think time- although it was "just" creating time. It felt as a little pause, so i could have some time to contemplate about the last weeks insights and actions.
2. The plan is simple. I have time 'left' in an existing project. So monday, tuesday and thursday between 9.10 and 9.30, will be my 15 minutes WOMB , which I will also continue on wednesdays and fridays.
Then, I need, to have more successtories with the method. I am creating possibilities right now within this existing project. that will take a little time, but it also saves times in the sense I am already doing this time. (Projects actually feel like 'doing time'... 😀 )
Also, I want to train myself in "What would I do if I only have 4 (instead of 2) hours per week" and "What if I could solve this problem by removing stuff". On wednesdays I will therefor work only in the morning on implementing- yet expecting full results. By setting this limit I expect to push myself to think and act differently than what I previously have done.
I will 'eat' my weekend a little, so on (friday and) saturdays I will finish the book I am writing.
I will also simply say no to everything that I don't think is YEAH.
3. The answer to my question: make as many mistakes as fast as possible. The funny thing is, this I say to others myself, but I needed it being said to myself. Ego is a funny thing. The addition of: Do something new and you either succeed and created something new, or you learned something new and linking it to my education budget instead of marketing budget, was another great insight.
4. I feel for cooking something on (saturday for) sunday a bit more elaborately for my partner ( I want to cook this Indonesian dish for ages)- which I enjoy but often don't take the time for to do.

Friday July 22
What did you get out of this week's assignment?
Learning to plan through the lens of proactiveness. This is a big difference from planning things that come your way. If you want to change something in the future, this means that you make a plan that anticipates the future.
What is the Creating Time plan you want to implement?
Scheduling the division of time of work for my company and on my company. The time I wasted now uses fixed moments to work on my company. I'm on vacation now and that means that I will start concretely after my vacation. Every day I will reserve from 11:30 am to 12:00 pm for the works on my company.
What were the biggest insights you gained during the Hot Seat session?
SUPER was super 😉
Let the customer come up with the product himself more by using it in the training courses I give.
Comparing ideas to arrive at the best approach
Surprised that making mistakes is the success behind Open Circles
Stop slacking and keep going 100 percent with the why as a big stick behind the door.
That new things always lead to win-win. Enjoy making mistakes 😉
How will you celebrate your completion of the fifth WOMB week?
I'm on vacation and that's a party in itself.

Time is relative and scarce. I'm responsible for my own time. Schedule and commit that is is WOMB and WOMPH (Working On My Personal Happiness (free time).
Creating a Time Plan and putting activities is confronting but very useful, so it is in my calendar, now make sure the commitment for using this time. I have here the question if this time is for the WOMB for the coming months or it comes extra ;-).
Biggest insights of the Hot Seat Session for me are: Do not come cheap, add value as much as possible but only where it makes sense and I am responsible for my own happiness in work and life so do not think lightly about is. Time lost is time lost forever.
This afternoon I will stop at 15.00 have a drink and celebrate not only this weeks completion but life in general.

hi Marcel
I agree with you. Time is scarce and we all know that but some how when somebody else like Nisandeh says, it looks like it's coming in more.
Of reading your insights I realize more that we not only have to celebrate to completion of the task of last week, but celebrate that we are in this group, that we have a great community and we have Nisandeh and Vered as great trainers! So lets cheers on this assignment, this program and on our lives. Cheers!

1. What did I get out of this week’s assignment?
That think about delegating and automatising is not only good for my business but also good for my private life and personal health.
Structure and commiting is the key for me to do this and it gives a good feeling once a task is completed.
I had a meeting this morning with my PA and we looked at her ours and what we can automate so her work will be more easy and she will have time to do other things for me.
2. What is the Creating Time plan I am commit to implement?
For me it depends on the taks, some I implemented already and some are big projects wich I want to start right after the end of the holliday season and aim to finish by the end of this year.
Having them listed in the New, More, Less and Stop list makes it vissable and I started to plan tasks on specific days of the week.
3. What were the biggest insights I got during the Hot Seat session?
That I can scan a book for the one page that has the solution 🙂
4. How am I going to celebrate your completion of the fifth WOMB week?
Planning 1 saturday each motnh free time/me time, get out on a dinner with my son and found a VA.

I forgot the scan for the 1 page with the solution.
and it reminded me of : every chapter has one part of the solution (to write the book). I am going to scan that what I am writing myself through that sense even more than I do now!
thanks for reminding!

Bas, thank you for reminding me about every chapter!
I forgot about that and I will think about how to implement that in a training.

What I get out of this week is that I planned and can plan time for WOMB but my weak spots were that I let other things come in the way. Because of this, I often prosponed my WOMB -planned time or did not do it at all. I did other things first like meeting with people, reading mails, Google etc.
I now realize how important thinking about my business is. I am good at doing things, do my 'to do task' list, but strategic thinking... not so much.
So I will everyday 15-30 minutes do WOMB .
My biggest insight from the hot seat session is that I have to choose and focus! And when I have questions, does not matter for who, I must make them specific.
How I will celebrate? I still think this is hard for me, celebrating..... I will celebrate it online by posting about it.
Have a nice weekend!

Yes Sigrid, celebrating isn't always easy. Celebrating small steps might feel stupid. So it sometimes needs a little push. Just like lots of other things we need in life. From my personal experience: celebrating encourages new actions. Celebrate small if it's hard, but celebrate!

Hi Sigrid,
I love your honesty and contribution and admitting that celebrating your successes is hard for you (you're not the only one...)
Here is an idea... why not use the Idea Generator and come up with 10 (or more) Ideas for what can you DO/HAVE that would be a celebration for you. Think what makes you HAPPY, what brings you JOY, what allows you to feel free...
Then read them and decide which of them is a celebration for a "small" success (like finishing the week's assignment) which is for a "medium" (like doing more than you needed to, or reaching a milestone) and which is for a "big" success (like finishing a project).
Now you have a list of things and you can decide what to celebrate according to what you think is your achievement for that week...
Just a thought...

Thanks Vered. I am going to do this right now!
I think it can help me organizing and choosing from all the insights and actions that are in my head, by linking them to a small, medium and big celebration.

Thansk Vered!
Yes, celebrating for me is not that easy. I know other people have the same. And every week ask myself 'How do I celebrate?'.
So because of your tips I did the Idea Generator and now I have a list of what makes me happy, brings me joy and allows me to feel free. And one thing is 'do nothing' hahaha I think that is a challenge for itself.
So yesterday I was eating out with my husband, and I think that is for me a way of celebrating this kind of assesments.
Thanks again

What I got out of last weeks assignment is simple. I work with structure, fun and get things done. I'm on the right track again.
Creating Time plan is imbedded in my structured way of working. I get the big profit from the "doing Less and Stop"
Looking for new success, I have a habit of looking back at past successes and letting that approach guide future successes. But times change and it won't always work anymore. An insight I got from yesterdays zoom meeting is that we grow (and grow, that's why I am in this program) only from doing new things. Of course I already knew this and there is a good chance that throughout my careerI have advised others on this... Yesterday the true meaning dawned on me. Ahh, a new way of looking at the (business) future.
And then celebrating. Tomorrow I go with wife and daughter for 3+ weeks on holidays. What better way to celebrate success? Of course I will continue with the program next week. Don't expect lengthy essays. My posts will be staccato, as good as it goes with the expected bad internet at sea. Lots of fun for everyone who goes on holiday. And for those who stay at home at least as much fun.

Have a nice holiday!
By reading your post I also realize that our success does not always depends on what we did but what we are going to do. And indeed we are growing and learning by doing and by doing new things.
I also realize that what Nisandeh says: doing new things and write about it, you have experience and you can help people with it.
So on to new things, new possibilities and new successes!

And I'm very happy and happy from an evening like yeast what an imput in 1.5 hours. What information.
Nisandeh goes a bit fast that I just don't hear the question and then I leave for a while when he gives the answer and from the answer I come back to the question that was asked.
Switching so quickly with examples (which help me a lot)
I myself have written a book about the process of myself using bicycle anectoses and sayings. "switch" If someone is interested in reading.
Anyway, after yesterday maybe no one will read a book anymore 🙂
So from this one still grateful to you all (because you asked the questions) and Nisandeh in particular. You are an inspiring example. Many of your stories can maximize my life with, among other things, also described in my book.
Aware of gratitude also throws a party. And it's nice that I'm more and more aware of it. By participating in the game we call life. And I want to play an active role in it and get the most out of it.

The best part of this week's assignment was having to go back through my answers of the past four weeks to see what I was going to do when. These past four weeks have already made a big difference in the way I am approaching my business and my clients and have resulted in a couple of new assignments, two people that are willing to work for me, a number of new reviews and a plan for going forward.
Especially the new/more/less/stop-week helped me to see that I'm often spending time on things that do not contribute to my business at all. I'm now weighing all my actions against those lists. A small success: last night I got an email from a customer that wanted me to make a 'few' changes to his book. Four weeks ago I would simply have done this for free (I have the policy that I don't charge for minor changes), but now I spent 10 minutes to craft an email response that the amount of work is simply too much to do for free (= stop giving away my time for free). I did offer him a discount on my hourly rate if he promised to leave me an honest review (learned that last night) and I saved the nice email for reuse (automation), since this happens a lot.
The biggest insights of the session yesterday evening for me where the steps to a remarkable product, how to position a product and why to write a book.
As to the celebration: since I'm still feverish with Covid, I cannot go out this weekend. Instead I'll treat myself to a nice glass of wine, some treats and good fiction book.

That is bold of you! How dit it feel to send this mail?
What was his response? curious to know.

It was necessary. It was only a small step, but it felt like a huge victory over myself. I got a response this afternoon that the client completely understands and fully agrees with my proposal. A great end of the week.
