I put this one in the comments yesterday, but it is a question also.
I wanted to register a new web domain. Then this company offered me a deal. I normally don't look at these, because it was not what I came for.
Now, thinking to delegate and do things within 2 hours a week I have it a second look.
There offer was a year free webshop and website and seo and creating a small website and webshop for 125 euros. Now this is very cheap and i don't know the quality. I lack a bit of trust in that this could be something. On the other hand it could be a nice experiment.
Suddenly I fall into fear and feeling insecure- which i did not anticipated on. I literally do not know what to do, afraid of making a mistake. It is a very small example, but I think this, in small, is what is withholding me to grow in my business on a larger scale.
Not to make a decision as such, but how can I break this cycle (of indecisiveniess, of being afraid to make mistakes)?

We discussed several tools to do great stuff for business and for personal life. My question how do we merge or separate business and personal stuff. I can free up time from either, as well as delegate and automate, but how do to balance. Curious about what Nisandeh's advice.

Hi Nisandeh,
In my business (installing solar panels) (for me) it is very tempting to work from one project to the next project. Like a chain of projects. And I started the WOMB project to go from working in to working on my business... but somehow I became so busy in my business, I was more and more excited to finish all projects, and in my mind and body so many things are happening, but it is so hard to maintain overview, make a plan and stick to it, get all the work done and start with a clean sheet. Sometimes the way I behave feels like escaping. I don'n succeed to do the things I want to do. Bad habits die hard, what to do about this contra-productive attitude? Is it fear? Is it chaos? Or both? Is there a way to get back to the core now and then, on a timely basis?

20-07-22 Day 3
I introduce my question to Nisandeh with a number of crucial insights for me. Implementing therefore works for me because someone (in this case Nisandeh) looks over my shoulders (Nisandeh indicates that he reads every comment) and that I can see how others go about it (I also read as many comments as possible). I have learned the best ideas are created by not going for the first solution. This is a fantastic experience because I get a lot of energy from the best ideas that came to me. Now my question: I implement and follow Nisandeh's system and my strategy is getting sharper and clearer for me (I share my confession to the group on Friday: my biggest block has become visible to me) what would Nisandeh do to translate this into more turnover?
My added value for board and management: They discover their own dominant core, develop an internal compass and really know how to connect with their employees.
My ideal client: loyal managers who have been coached by me and who keep bringing in new employees from their team because they care so much for their employees. They enjoy what their employees have achieved every time and their team runs perfectly as a result.
How can I translate this into more sales?
323 comments

Great question. Can I add:
How can we first have sales, then create the product/ finish the creation of a product.
What is the following order. Because (I assume), there needs to be some basic idea. So when is this essential idea big enough to do the sell- but not too big that it costs too much time and energy?

Thanks Nisandeh,
for the valuable answers and the instructive session yesterday. You indicated that my question was not clear enough. Here's a clarification. How do I ensure that I get more ideal customers or in other words how do I reach more other organizations?
Cold acquisition does not work, my ideal customers as ambassadors rarely bring in new customers and despite the good references this does not yield anything.
I thought yours was a great example of how you got in on the mailing list of a CEO who recommended you to so many other CEO's. That was really impressively cleverly done.

You’re asking, Marcel, “How do I ensure that I get more ideal customers?”
The coming 4 weeks are all about ideal clients…
I think you’ll get your answer in this block of the program.
Success…

Dear Nisandeh,
I am struggling with thinking strategically and choosing the right actions/activities that will have a true impact (result) in building a new business from scratch.
Your project Zero to Million came to my mind. I actually don’t know how it ended up. Can you please share your main insights from it?
For instance:
1. What would Nisandeh do different with the knowledge that you have now?
2. How does Nisandeh knows/decides the first step (and chronological next steps) to take? Entrepreneurial compass 🧭💪
3. How does Nisandeh deals with (self)doubt and uncertainty in the entrepreneurial journey?
Have million questions but these are the most important. Thanks 🙏

Hi Nisandeh,
In terms of response, what do you have the best experience with when it comes to sending messages/invitations? Spoken word like monologue lik, spoken word, dialogue like podcast, video monologue or dialogue and written text like blog.
For example, how long should a podcast last? Can you say anything about the listener's attention span? And can you share your experience about the structure of a podcast or video?

Hi Nisandeh,
First of all I love to be part of this program :-).
My questions:
I struggle with my ideal customer. Because I know that most of the customers who visit my website (for ibs and fodmap diet) and buy my stuff are the ones with IBS. But honestly, I don't want to work with most of them (they often are complainers). My best profit comes from providing training to healthcare professionals. But not all of these healthcare professionals are my ideal clients. I think I work best with healthcare professionals who are just like me: they know a lot about health, find nutrition important, like to work hard, see more opportunities, etc. So my thought is: can I just focus on this small group of customers? And for example, create a VIP program or something? I notice that my bad habits are to do a lot for my clients who wants everything cheap (and I still make offers for them) and that I spend less time to the health care professionals while I can earn more from them.. I don't know why I am doing that. For example I commited during this WOMB I make a summerdeal. So I thought about it, and I want to make a special deal with trainings on demand and ebooks specially for the health care professionals, but I keep putting it off (and I don't know why).
And another similar question: I know that in my network marketing business I want to work with people like me. These people could be my ideal customers. But that's not my core business right now. Do I have to choose?
My second very different question is: what is the difference between working in and working on my business? I think I work a lot of hours on my business, but I'm not sure if that's the case. So my actual question is, what defines working on my business and what doesn't? For example, can working on my business also be creating and writing new content? And making trainings? Or following trainings about business, social media, money mindset?
Thanks in advance!

Ho Sigrid, I'm also curious about Nisande's reaction. This, for what it's worth, is my idea. From your message I gather that there is a market for cheap(er) products. Can you organize this part of your business in such a way that you can still serve a market with little investment (time, money, energy). That way you can also consider that market as ideal customers.

Awesome questions Sigrid! 🙏💪🔥

I spend less time to the health care professionals while I can earn more from them: Hi Sigrid, it looks to me as if you missing something.
268 comments

Eh Marcel something to think about indeed. I don't know if I am missing something, I think till now I choose for the easiest way because I was used to do so in my years with 2 other companies. Maybe it is time for a change...

Hi Nisandeh,
Due to my introverted personality, I sometimes get overwhelmed by all the messages. How do you choose what to read and what not to read (assuming you, Vered and your team share the reading task)? It would be important for me to know as there are other environments where this is the case for me as well, including and not least LinkedIn. And if it's too sensitive to answer, you may want to limit my question to LinkedIn. That would help me too.
Secondly, at the end of September I have an appointment with a healthcare organization. They want to know more about Millennials and how to interact with them. It is an hour-long conversation in small company, including the director and a former colleague of mine (from my previous career). They want to pay €200 for it. Now I think that's too little for what I can and know, but it's my first conversation like this with an organization and I see it as an opportunity to learn from. How would you get everything out of it without giving too much away?
And, something else:
- what are the three books you really recommend me to read as soon as possible?
- what is the one lesson you wish you had learned at 18?
Thanks so much. See you tomorrow.
Have a lovely day, everyone!

Manny maybe you can ask for a higher fee and if they want to continue working with you in whatever way, training, workshop, guiduance you can take the amount they paid off?
The questions about the books I love them.

Now I think that's too little for what I can and know, but it's my first conversation: Hi Manny, think about how you can offer more value in a kind of follow up product.

Dear Nisandeh,
I am absolutely guilty on your observation.
I even caught myself having a feeling of cheating. I knew that I was not going for the best ideas as I saw, how much extra work that would be. I already was at my limits - this was for sure a reason why I got that sick.
I think it is a mindset issue, my wanting to finish quick, especially when I know that next monday there will be new tasks. 😆😅
So my questions are:
What can I do about that? What would you do? Go for it, no matter what it takes? Any mindset hack in place?

Wonderful question Cornelia! Thank you, cannot wait to read the answer

I’m sorry, Leo…
I did receive your question and planned to answer it tomorrow, as you’re not the only one that is struggling with the Dutch.
But yes… you’re right.
This is an international community, where the official language is English.
Vered and I don’t speak Dutch and so are a few of the participants.
We normally only allow English in the conversations, but we made an exception this time, which I am not sure was a good idea.
But, in any case, if you want to get our answers to your questions - simply copy-paste your Dutch questions into Google Translate and post the English version - so we can read and respond to.
I understand the inconvenience, but it is what it is.
About the profile you got as a gift for 25 comments, it’s in the process…
It’s a manual process, and we’re a little behind.
It will be online this week.
Thank you for your patience.

Great question. How should we interpret “silence” during this program?
Does it mean: all good GO ON? Then we trust that you will intervene when you see something very wrong happening?
I understand it is so challenging (nearly impossible) to answer/comment to every single post. On the other hand it is so reassuring to have Nisandeh’s and Vered’s feedback!
Looking forward to read Nisandeh’s answer to Leo’s question to manage expectations from both sides properly.

Dear Nisandeh and all co-participants of WOMB ,
Max suggested the following question to our accountability group:
How do we get the most out of the cooperation within the buddy groups?
*What are we already doing?*
* Meet online at a fixed time at the beginning of the week, Tuesday morning from 8:30 am to 9:00 am;
* Created WhatsApp group to exchange the necessary in between weekly meeting;
* keep each other going;
* showing interest in each other and each other's challenges;
* ask each other about the weekly assignments and how we carry them out;
* Share what our weekly plan is and what has been successful;
* philosophizing about the structure of the training;
*What else can we come up with ourselves?*
* What is your question of the week to the two accountability buddies?
* Formulate a few action points at the end of each weekly meeting;
* Keeping them in a row so that we see a line, this may raise new questions or ideas;
* let eachother know that we have posted in the large group;
* submit a question on Monday to discuss with each other on Tuesday;
* always respond to each other with applause and possibly a question on the site;
* Also good to see how much time we want to spend on it;
* Share weekly or monthly results. How many sales/customers etc.
* Sharing the efficiency of our buddy group in the large group (summarize briefly and then consensus of all three for placement).
*What ideas could you, all participants, add?*
*And what would Nisandeh do?*
Warm regards from Max, Logan and Lucie

What is the best way to keep using the WOMB program? I notice that it is getting so addictive!. I experience Fomo (fear of missing out) and I want to read all the comments 🙈 But it is simply not feasible.
And what are your suggestions to implement the insights and strategies obtained in this program into our businesses? I need now to move from thinking into doing.
Thanks again! 🙏

WOW , what a commitment. And I imagine it's really valuable to read it all.
Maybe we can setup something of a teamwork system where there are a few people reading a lot and we share insights or summaries?

Great Logan! I believe our subconscious mind will pick up the best and most relevant parts for us! Only I wish we can find/create a strategic system to implement all the wisdom going on here!

Nice idea! Would it be then possible to have a separate “insight/ summary” page linked to the assignment page? And I wonder if one can add labels or tags?

Dear Nisandeh and Vered,
Concerning your observation of this week, about scoring average on difficult decision making and commitment:
1. could you please provide some examples to illustrate the problem?
2. How can we notice that we are falling into that bad habit and finally “kill” it?
3. How can we know for sure we are picking an action/activity that will make a big difference? (Is there a system/method for it)?
Thanks in advance for your reply,

Hi Nisandeh and Vered, I have started hosting mastermind groups for fellow entrepreneurs, it is something that I love and I enjoy greatly. I act as the facilitator and coordinator of the meetings, the group meets weekly for a minimum of 3 months to ensure continuity. We do the basics, hot seat and accountability. I would like my mastermind meetings to be more original and to offer even more value, any idea of what else I could offer/include? In other words... "What would Nisandeh do" to offer the best mastermind in the world?

Oh I love that Question, Lola! I am sure a lot of people could make good use of Nisandehs answer on this!

That is a great question.
I would love to hear the answer to this- also in regard of what business case (e.g. free, subscription, monthly fee, half year program) would be viable/ best. And where this would fit in a funnel.
So Lola, I would like to expand your question with this and also love hear your answer. 😀

hi Bas, great points!!! I would love to hear from Nisandeh about how he sees the business case and where to fit in a funnel. What I am currently doing is that I launch every 3 months and assemble the groups to stay together until the next launch, so 4 times a year. I charge a fee for the 3 months. This is the only thing I am selling at the moment, in the future would like to go back to events and group travel.
