  1. Day 3 – answer the question from yesterday using the template you created in a short social media format (up to 100-120 words + an attention grabbing, appropriate image);
Are you looking for ways to influence your prospect and develop a good relation? Look no further than our new how to influence your prospect and develop a good relationshipt! This guide will give you all the secrets you need.

  2. Day 2 – choose one question from yesterday and come up with an answer template.

    Example template:
Part 1 – What are influencing skills?
    Part 2 – How you loose potential customers, why you miss opportunities;
    Part 3 – Learn 3 influencing skills in one hour;
Part 4 – Subcribe now and learn .

  3. Get:
A clear intention for the past week.

After the real estate class, we were at a pub. Somebody was having an issue with an unexpected need for a traffic assessment, as all experts are booked solid and she was still not clear on 2 of the 3 faq's every lead asks me upfront before spending 5K. So I demonstrated expertise, and thought about how to give that same experience to future leads.

I also did some silent giggling as I briefly mentionned in the same conversation some of my previous cases in the same town: yup, my client list is filled with big names that got some of the folks that had ignored me till than become very interested in talking to me. I clearly did not fit in with the dressing code 🤣🧑‍🏫🧑‍🏫🧑‍🏫👷 but succes is a leadmagnet in those circles 🤑😅

Because I grow my lead list by the number of people having me on speed dial, I'm gonne consider this as a great demonstration of expertise 😀

Same for 2 other ceo's I helped this week, 1 with an assessment and 1 by sending him to other experts that are a better fit: both already started talking about the top help they got to their network. Bonus points their as well for this weeks intention.

Learn: it is ok to demonstrate expertise by saying who your clients are. You might know some of these: aldi, lidl, carrefour, AH, Colruyt, Jumbo, Nike, Doncker, Snel, BPost, VDAB, municipalities, Palmaerts, ... I've had a katholic church, a mosk, a bouddhist temple. A travestie restaurant, a windmill, a swamp and an electicity tower 🤣. A hospital, a medical coworking, a nursery. It's kinda funny if you see the list like that.

I looked where I demonstrate my expertise, and how often. Funny there as well. In the last 2 weeks, I got 1 job at my osteopath (said I could help), 1 via the lawyer of the osteopath (saw I could help), 2 via an architect who I met years ago (helped before), another one through a google search who felt heard and confident after visiting my site (felt helped). There's a pattern: if I speak,I create room to help.

    Celebrate: doing beyond expansion weekend.

    1. Wooha, that was a great celebration!! I totally get the "educating" now. I would prefer a bigger view on it, something like ' be a lighthouse in their darker days so they can use it as a beaken to rise their vibe'. And that starts with educating, phone call, deep listening, making room for release on their end without loading it up on my wagon. Than show them a fundamentally different way, using practicallities and mindset, so they never have to feel that pain again. It is clear I could do so much more now with a solid systematic approach to that, and get "real" "estate" specialists in front of them that change the world through changing their perspective in a soft and gentle way. Yeh, like that a lot. Still educating, but different.
As for this weeks topic, cases would be a great leadin story to get them interested.

      1. "Real & a state" experts - that would be a great community thing as well. I'm sure people think bricks are to solid and to much "slick 30-something male profit hunters" oriented for them. It is kinda a taboo, so there is something there to bring to awareness!

  4. What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
    - I'm catching up on the different lessons. After completing last weeks assignment (When You hit the wall) and following your workshop, I recommitted on the program, in other words; working on my business.

What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
    - That, again, answering questions is a great way to create and deliver valuable content (for THEM) and easy and fun for me to do.

How are you going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
    - Tomorrow, Saturday acknowledging myself for catching up in the program I'm going to get some fine pastry for me and my girls.

  5. 1 .What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
Questions and answers, yes that is a great key for creating all kind of educating products.

    2. What did you learn from doing this week’s process?'
The process gave me more confidence that I can be a creator of content.
And this got a boost in the workshop yesterday night. Thank you Nisandeh!!

    3. How are you going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
By enjoying a playfull evening with my family playing boardgames like "30 seconds".

  6. What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
    - I recommitted this week to the WOMB project
    - I learned that asking questions can be easily (and more effectively) linked to the actual questions being asked.
    - My philosophical attitude towards the rethinking of electricity/power/heat makes me more committed to keeping up a spirit of learning and developing skills for getting it on the ground
    - the video call was great
    - I notice I don't "dare" to start making video's etc.

What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
    - I should be much more clear on the "template" that should be useful for multiple cases

How are you going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
    - a good sleep, some nice family time this weekend, and some out-door activitees

    1. "My philosophical attitude towards the rethinking of electricity/power/heat makes me more committed to keeping up a spirit of learning and developing skills for getting it on the ground"

This is wonderful to read, Matthias.
The world seriously need more of you... right now.

  7. I have not been participating in the WOMB this week because I have been solely focused on finishing the manuscript so it can go to readers and the publisher. It is 98% done. So one more day.
After that editing and finishing can start.

I changed a couple of things in the set up and titles today according to the workshop from last night- which is great. and i need to add one tiny part because of the information I got from asking "what is your burning question" today to a client-to-be. So useful stuff.

I am treating myself a very big lego box this sunday- when the manuscript is done... hihihi. and I am taking a cocooning bath tonight: which feels like a celebration of this week.

I will do this assignment soon- because it is very useful. I hope to use parts of the manuscript. So its all to be combined.

  8. Get:
I have a working template for my content.
I made a video and deleted it.

    Learn:
    It's easy when I start.
Usefull tools for quick market research.
New approach to the book. I see a lot of benefits.

    Celebrate:
My wife is doing her first day of work tomorrow since the baby arrived. She will be selling the art she made the whole week at a local fair. So I will be there to support and get to have extra playtime with our daughter.

And for afterwards we have DIY pizza with Burrata to celebrate our great week together.

  9. WHAT DID I GET OUT OF THIS WEEK'S ASSIGNMENT?
    - Two good questions and answers
    - Fun coming up with the questions and writing answers
    - A new perspective on recording videos

WHAT DID I LEARN FROM THIS WEEK'S PROCESS?
    * A way to come up with valuable questions (combine that with the system from Expert Book yesterday...GOLD!)
    * Using a template to write an answer makes it lots easier to write an answer
    * Recording a video is easy and fun....regardless of if I do it right or not...practice is practice

    * Together with the Expert Book insights....I see opportunities for my software business, to increase my Expert Status.
    * And for the future business (spiritual development method)...I noticed that I can become much more aware of the people that are just getting started, the ones I need to 'get on my hook' / conscious virgins.

    HOW TO CELEBRATE?
Movie night, nice dinner, awesome icecream.

  10. What is my most important insight from last week: That I did a lot of work, but was not effective. For me there is now a moment of incomprehension because what I do does not work. So don't feel like celebrating anything.

    1. What did you learn from it? how can you "correct" your mistakes? / what will you do different next time? Did you had some fun sometimes past week?

      1. What I have learned, Matthias? Even if you do what is necessary, that is no guarantee of success. I wouldn't know what I would do differently next time. I suspect that I have too few contacts on my mailing list and that they are of too low quality. To complete a training course in the applied way, even if it's free, doesn't work because they don't know me, don't trust me and apparently don't want to get to know me either. The distance to the target group of my virgins is still too great.

Did I have fun last week? No, more frustration, but I will not give up..

  11. * What I got out of this week’s assignment
A technique to generate content with a template to present it.

    * What I learned from doing this week’s process
I will use this technique for Instagram lives with slides, I have been considering for a while to do “mini lessons” but I cannot do just 1, I have to plan at least 4 in advance.
I could download from Instagram and publish to YouTube, although the format will be vertical. Could start a new YouTube channel for such repurposes but definitely will not create content exclusive for YouTube as I have already tried that in 2019-2021 and the effort/benefit relationship was not interesting to me.

    * How are you going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
    Special homemade dinner tonight.

  12. Wrap-up

    1. What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
Not so from much the assignment itself, but from the topic-wise closely related additional workshop this week: a surprisingly simple and strong process to produce content in any mass you want.

    2. What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
That it is useful to think of various answering templates.

    3. How are you going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
Go visit “grandpa” with the kids this weekend.
