  1. This assignment brought me the insights that self-sabotaging patterns mostly become from limiting beliefs.
    That are only thoughts....
It was good to think about what triggers these patterns and how to stay in the now and the reality, understanding that these patterns are only in your own mind. And the don't bring any good in life. My solution for this is to hold a vision week as you've taught before. So I have a clear statement/path to follow for 2023.

Will celebrate the completion of this assignment with participation in the last webinar tonight.

  2. 1. Out of this week’s assignment I got awareness and clarity on my self sabotaging triggers and habits. I never have stood still to reflect on these. It feels like this bling spot is not longer blind.

    2. From doing this week’s process I learned that in order to change a bad habit, I need to replace it with a good (different) habit. I especially learned to get to know myself better.

    3. I am going to celebrate the completion of this WOMB week by putting in place the elements that will support me in the start and continuation of my new habits. Good food and wine at every completed milestone 🥳

  3. 1. What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
First off all I was sick and decided to let go of the program, stay in bed and focus on getting better. I got the support from my buddies and was touched by heart from the bunch of flowers I got.
Two people wicht I never met before and only did speak to on the phone.

    2. What did you learn from doing this week’s process?|
I awnserd the questions by what was possible to do now, I know that if I would not have been sick I would have come up with better awnsers and yet I am satisfied with what I have done now.

    3. How are you going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
I will celebrate by not planning annything more, no event and no client in the week before Christmas (19 until 23 dec) and give my self the week from 9 until 13 jan free and enyo the meeting with Nisandeh and staying in the hotel with Manny the day before.

  4. This week was not so easy, but I brought up what needs to happen next.
I celebrated with my favorite chocolate and a new notebook for my retreat 🙂

  5. This exercise was confronting, I postponed doing it and had did not know if I should.
I did and will not leave this without changing behavior.
The cost are too high to not do something about it.
Will go for a nightly walk and curious what is next and go for an early wake-up.

  6. THIS IS WHAT I GOT OUT OF THIS WEEK'S ASSIGNMENT
It was very powerful not only to identify my self-sabotageting triggers, but also which price I pay for them and how they affect me. Somewhere deep inside me I have a feeling it is the fear of stepping into the light which causes these self-sabotaging thoughts to arise. We don't have these thoughts as a child. They grow during the years based on the reactions from our surroundings.

THIS IS WHAT I'VE LEARNED FROM DOING THIS WEEK's PROCESS
Matching them against values and goals make me feel happy inside as I know it is within each. Thanks to WOMB I have said goodbye to many activities in my life. Activities which has been added during my adult life, as a mean to belong and feel important to those I thought matter. Now I feel peace at mind and time to work on what I really love. I am back to where I started when I was younger: there are only the people in my life which really matters to me and plenty of room to create.

THIS IS HOW I AM GOING TO CELEBRATE MY COMPLETION OF THIS WOMB WEEK
I am going to celebrate my implementing my strategy and enjoy every time I know I have overcome my self-sabotaging triggers.

  7. This week was really valuable to get a clearer picture of my sabotaging patterns and habits. You first need to be aware before you can change something.

On Thursday I had a crazy productive day! I started the day with mediation, then an hour walking/jogging, taking cold shower (after first having a hot one...). It was 10 o'clock before I even started working, but instead of 'blaming' myself that I still hadn't done anything, I acknowledged myself for having a good start of the day. Then I set a time from 10-12 and worked on my email sequence etc. Then I went out for lunch (my reward) and did another 2 dedicated hours in the afternoon. I felt great afterwards! Even if I 'only' worked for 4 hours, it was without distraction and I could finish certain things that I had been procrastinating for a while! The only thing is that I could not repeat it on Friday.

Tonight I go to the movies and to celebrate I invited a friend to come along because it's more fun to go together.

  8. First of all it was a very valuable assignment this week. I got a lot of insights from that. For example that some of my triggers are the same for different ways in sabotaging myself. Also the conversation we had yesterday morning with buddies Bas and Marcel gave me an extra insight that I need to have an VA. That’s not a nice to have thing but a need to have! I fired the last one even before she started and I postponed (procrastination).

I learned how important my routines are and moment of reflection. Also I felt so relieved that you Nisandeh recognized my point in this weeks Q&A! Thank you 🙏🏻.

I am grateful for my progress and results! And I am also trying to figure out how I can keep you Nisandeh and Vered in my life as mentors. Is there a way I can tempt, beg, or ask, Nisandeh? Or is that chapter of mentoring really closed by you from 1/1/2023?

In our other company DiscoverYourTalent we welcomed yesterday a new Talentcoach. We now work with 4 Talentcoaches and acknowledge the growth of this company this year. We build a 6 month online program. After 7 years of struggling, investments in time and financially and tons of setbacks, we now definitely grow from the pioneer phase.

For tomorrow I will arrange a breakfast / brunch for my wife and celebrate and be grateful for our love, personal and business growth and for all the lovely persons in our life who enrich it. Thank you all!

  9. What did you get out of this week’s assignment?

Remember again that patterns and triggers are useless, blocking, and all connected like looping and rollercoasters.

What did you learn from doing this week’s process?

Remember that it's necessary to leave patterns behind. I & WE deserve that.

How are you going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?

    I will celebrate as follows:

It started with driving in our own car to the region of Schiphol this morning. I didn't drive for ages untill a year ago. Left some patterns behind to change that.

I also will celebrate by looking back at last week and longer back through the glasses of patterns and triggers.

I will celebrate that on last monday, my manager put black-on-white, that there is a future for me within the company. After tension for years between us. It's also a reward for facing my patterns and staying clear, focused and strong; this change of the 'play' will give me more space to be able to fullfill my regular work better and to develop my own business beside that. I still cannot believe this change but it's real. I even might have the opportunity to get a new manager.

I will celebrate that I had a good applicationmeeting yesterday for a project in secondment. Although it can be yes or no, I will be gentle with myself. Áfter the meeting, all my patterns jumped on me. I will be gentle with myself this weekend and let them loose.

The funny thing is, this weekend I will be in a retraining from my natural-health-practioner-education. In fact it's all about emotions, patterns, interrelatedness of all those patterns and the connection with health on all levels.

I will meet some lovely and dear people again two days long. I will have a hotelroom all for myself tonight.

  10. What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
    * Different perspective on these survival strategies - seeing their costs clearly

What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
    * That also sabotaging patterns are just survival strategies rooted in childhood, based on childhood fears and if we see ourselves truly as the adults we are, it's not that hard to overcome them.

How are you going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
    * With a nice vegan sushi meal and a breathing meditation

    1. Look around you, Rens, what the world looks like. Then ask yourself again if it is not so difficult to overcome sabotaging patterns. 😉

    2. Good point, Marcel.
I've seen for myself that it's not hard to overcome blocking patterns, when I see myself as the grown-up I am.
Not just on the mental level, but with my whole system.

99.99% of those patterns come from childhood/birth and once you see that and realize they're not relevant as an adult, dropping them is not very hard, if you know how to.

But indeed, not a lot of people see themselves this way and that creates the world as it is.

  11. There is plenty to celebrate this week:

    - I received a compliment from Spotify for my podcast.
    - My book goes to Amazon on Monday and I discussed that with Arjen today.
    - Today I had a conversation with two officials from the municipality of Gorinchem and that will probably yield something.

Isn't it then? Yes, my invitation as a speaker has been withdrawn because the employee has been called back by a higher hand.

I just enjoyed a nice cup of tea with a treat and my head is still in the clouds when I think back to the weekend with Vanessa in the cottage in the woods. Mmmmm....

  12. Day 5:

    1. What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
I can change my habits. And get more things done.

    2. What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
Always look at your habits. These habit tells you, what your future will be. It has some prediction in it.

    3. How are you going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week? A family party in the weekend:)

  13. Day 2: The triggers are:
Open mailbox, I see all the mails coming in.
Unsubscribe of many newsletters. I started it right away on Monday. And I work in my mailbox now, offline.

  14. Day 1, a list of self-sabotaging patterns
    • Too much newsletters from other companies.
    • Too much persons to follow
    • Start every day with my mailbox, instead of priority tasks
    • Still not enough tasks to delegate

  15. 1. What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
I am able to stop playing the victim. Repeating negative questions to myself. I can change my habits by taking positive actions. I do have enough positive experiences.

    2. What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
Always better to take positive realistic actions daily instead of mindfucking. Talk to buddy to keep on going the right way!
Daily journaling is a good habit.

    3. How are you going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
Making Sinterklaas poems and wrap up presents for the Sinterklaasparty tomorrow.

  16. Wrap-up

    1. What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
An interesting overview (doesn’t feel complete, but a good start) of what blocks me on a daily basis. The pervasiveness of the mix of these issues makes that it has a continual impact, which makes clear that I really need to tackle the patterns.

    2. What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
That the framing and to a lesser extent the structuring of this week’s assignment felt helpful to elaborate / capture the issues in concrete partial problems. Plus that it was fun for me to put the finger on the spot of the whole range of sabotaging issues.

    3. How are you going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
Catch up with a good friend tonight

  17. day 5

During the process of this training I had seen and acknowledged my sabotage mechanisms. I am becoming more and more aware of it and switching in advance. There are also new patterns already worn in and probably also crept in.

I celebrate the growth of recent years. I am proud of myself for what I have done and what I am doing now and where I am.

Made a first appointment this week with a new party that comes with a ubic battery pack for ewbikes. They bought me in for 100 hours at € 75.00 per hour and that means that what I work on I can put products on that pay me for e.g. 1% or 5% of sales.

There will be much more to come from this company after that. We called this an engagement.

Got to test a motor system and also agreed 1% commission. That means, for example, when ordering 10,000 engines, it means almost € 25,000 for me, which is worth deploying and testing. A lot of investment for the future because companies don't just switch. They want extensive testing and want to know whether what is being said is correct. Not from us at WC duck. I make that change.

It's actually a fun game/ And I have to stick to my core value Dignity. I now also know why I came to this world.

I have to make 1 of the bicycles that I have to test as new and that also includes a party that coats and polishes bicycles. This way I can give the SURE brand whose bicycle I am testing a new experience for the aftercare of the bicycle. They will use them on holiday parks and rentals and later in delivery services. Then sustainability, efficiency and safety are important. That's where more and more companies come my way and we start working together more and more

This is a party in itself, if you see every week what steps I have made and what I realize or will be realized.
