I am very happy with everything that comes my way.
Manifesting is going very well. As already indicated, the training is fully in line with my process.
Closed 3 deals last week from companies that want me to use and test their product and blog and vlog about it and (make online training about it)
Partying is no longer Friday but all week long 🙂
What did I learn. I see more and more often that if I need something somewhere and get an indication that I've actually already started doing it. I often see myself in places where I first think I am for the first time or speak to someone for the first time, but then I see that I have seen it before. Remains special.
There are now some challenges to do for next week as well.
Picked up immediately thanks to the support of my buddies. One of the parties I work with does not honor its agreements. What he says seems too beautiful for words and it all still happens and I also see that he makes the places more beautiful than they are. I knew that here too I have something to learn and that is that I recognize this behavior and do not stand for it.
My core value is dignity and that doesn't fit with this. I now have the chance to look at it for myself and also express that I don't want this to be the case. I did that and Tuesday afternoon is a first meeting with the manager of this company.
Out of the comfort zone and beyond convenience. Because this will bring me more convenience. And indicates what I stand for.

Almost forgot:
Biggest insight from the hot seat meeting
Fun can be a good motivation for making business decisions, even it will not pay of max. It is a luxury and what I've learned so far in the WOMB that I can always choose to change.
I also learned that passive income is not passive and requires maintenance.
I'm looking forward to hear about other values in life and how it can impact my business (last speech of Nisandeh). This is a continuous topic in discussions I have with my girlfriend giving me and her a different perspective on life.

Sliced to dead-lines today the WOMB and a report that had to be in before 24.00 😉
Now time for one stiff drink
Was fruitful looking forward to next week.

THIS IS WHAT I GOT OUT OF THIS WEEK'S ASSIGNMENT
I've learned how important it is to keep my focus in order to complete one thing before I start another. When listing my succesful products I wanted to add the products and services I want to work. I constantly had to remind myself to keep my focus on the products already existing and to increase the turnover by optimizing the process around my products and services.
DID IS WHAT I LEARNED FROM DOING THIS WEEK'S PROCESS
The HOT SEAT offered a number of valuable insights but the one which remains with my is that PASSIVE INCOME is not a mean in itself. Nor is it the purpose to turn all my products into PASSIVE INCOME products. Passive Income should be one of a number of products.
And more importantly if I love what I am doing, I will love to continue doing it instead of automating or outsourcing all activities leaving myself with the "boring stuff". Very cleaverly said by Nisandeh. His words hit a HOME RUN in my mind.
THIS IS HOW I'VW CELEBRATED THE COMPLETION OF THIS WOMB WEEK
I treated myself and a dear friend of my to the exhibition Gustav Klimt, Goud en Kleurijk and Homage To Humanity by Jimmy Nelson at FABRIQUE DES LUMIERES. It was absolutely amazing and so beautiful. The music combined with the amazingly beautiful colours was so moving. It was a very happy experience and I can warmly recommend it.

From the hot seat I liked the distinciton in delegation tasks. And to have an assistant to make my life easier, cheaper, simpler.
This week was about more choices. I got clarity on what my simple steps to improve are. Let's go!

What I got out of this week’s assignment?
I realized I am doing the minimum just not to quit my business. I am perseverant so I will not quit, but I needed a break.
What I learnt from doing this week’s process?
Not much. I committed to offering an almost free (7 EUR) activity and I am fulfilling my commitment.
What were the biggest insights you got during the Hot Seat session?
I was traveling, unable to attend.
How are you going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
I was traveling for fun, every day has been a celebration.

What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
I did the proces about practicing a musical instrument but also will do it about implementing the method from PersoonlijkeKracht in my business.
I did get out of it that I make my practicing a musical instrument even more focussed than I do untill now. I'm happy about results last two years but process can go faster and better.
What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
Renewed awareness about focus and about how to make goals, intentions, actions and results much more stronger by 'doubling down'.
That the doubling down is a very strong and motivating strategy to get much more focus and results on my actions;
What were the biggest insights you got during the Hot Seat session?
That it's al about resilience and not about being brave.
World is falling apart, we can't do anything to prevent it. Be prepared. Learn to build a better boat.
Insights about importance of:
food growing systems.
skills, not depending on other people.
Friends and loved ones
Energy independence.
How are you going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
By going together with my husband to a houseconcert of two old friends yesterday evening,
Where I met some very inspiring and creative people;
Studying kaval today, doing nothing, finishing the assignment of this week and take time to read other people's contribution;
Having healthy nice diners with my husband and my son;
Have a long walk in the woods on sunday.

What I learned and the insights. It was a very useful hotseat session again! Thanks!
1. Monitor your company's results. I.e. the numbers and not necessarily the money.
2. Create content that interests your target audience, nothing else.
3. The 3 things in your life that support should offer you: it should make life simpler, cheaper and easier.
4. Don't give discounts, but give bonuses.
5. Always determine the end goal first and keep that in mind from the start.
6. Never ask reviews to sell, but to get them to the front of your business. Always sell as an entrepreneur yourself.

What I got
Out of this week’s assignment I got awareness of the actions that provide me the biggest impact/result.
What I learned
From doing this week’s process I learned that it is possible to double down on the impact of such actions. I do need to practice until It becomes a second skin
Hot Seat Session biggest insights
1. Passive Income is not as romantic as I thought it was.
It actually requires more work than I realized. A combination between active income + systemizing (delegating) customer service makes more sense
2. The difference between NEEDING and WANTING
What do I really need? Why do I need it? Although the answer to that question is very confronting, it is also life changing
3. A safe way to save money is buying Gold In Switzerland
It would never occur to me but it is indeed a brilliant method. Thank you for sharing Nisandeh!
Question:
Can you please share why compounding savings is not an option for you? 🙏
4. Take ownership and be prepared for Apocalyptic happenings
The world is decaying at a great speed. What type of people do I want to be? The one that prepares and is ready for when the Apocalypse comes.
Celebration
I celebrated my completion of this WOMB week by bellydancing for two hours non stop with a group of friends 💃🏻🥳

CELEBRATION Week 21
What did you get out of this week
- Not an easy week. I mentioned before, I can see how the double down can improve my business, but there is this ambivalent feeling. How and when am I going to do all this? I know it takes some time (you mentioned that an ‘expert postion’ takes about a year), but there is also the short term ‘life and having horses is expensive’ thing. I do trust the process, but this week I felt more ‘unease’ about it all.
- Started some physical decluttering, but not as much as I would have liked
- Did take better care of myself this week (every morning meditation, taking more breaks, started running again, if even 2x10 min)
What did you learn this week?
- How essential it is for me to declutter!
- I need to SIMPLIFY my life for clarity and focus.
- Stop working with long to do lists (they paralyze). Focus on 3-4 essential things per day
- Priority and focus! I can’t do it all at the same time…
Biggest insights Hot Seat session
- Keep LONG term impact of business in mind, don’t go for short term wins. I decided NOT to join the Black Friday madness but create some kind of other offer to get some cash flow.
- I pay too much for my VA (trial period ends December)
- Current life requires resilience. Be prepared (so you don’t go into fear/shock) and know how to bounce back.
How are you going to celebrate
- I went for a Thai massage today. It wasn’t that much of a celebration while I was on the table, because she really focussed on the knots in my neck & shoulders…. Did feel more freedom of movement in shoulders afterwards.

Get out of the assignment
It actually felt great to make plans for all the things that are already going well. It gives renewed energy at some points to get started with it.
Furthermore, I apparently continue to have a blind spot for my own positive qualities and results. Bas had to remind me again this week about my network & networking skills and the success of the Scrum Guild. Very strange to notice that I often don't name those things.
Learn from the process
Again noticed that it is good to start small (easy) and then build up to more difficult topics. Furthermore, this process gives more and more energy to continue.
Insights hotseat
My biggest insights from the hotseat were:
- How important it is to have a team around you as an entrepreneur. We already have this to a limited extent, but we can still take big steps in this. The first step will be to find an assistant who will take care of a lot of things that cost us too much time & energy.
- We have to make sure that in the free workshop we already take the participants through the steps that we have in store for them.
Celebrate:
For the first time I don’t know how I will celebrate the success of this week. And I really want to celebrate. I have to figure that one out.
The special reason I want to celebrate is that this week was a great one, we had an awesome conference yesterday. On the SF Original Conference (an Agile conference with 50-70 attendees) Bas and I facilitated a workshop for 25-30 people. We sold a couple of our set of cards and had great conversations about Product Owners and there challenges. We were already asked to facilitate this workshop at an online conference next year!

As for the insights from last night's Zoom Q&A, the whole picture has become clear to me. How the referral works from the opt in to the structure of my services. By scrutinizing my entire services to provide the minimum with which they achieve the maximum. That will be my quality standard. Super insights, thank you Nisandeh for all the puzzle pieces you have provided with the WOMB that provide one clear overall picture, tailor-made for my own company.
Let's have a wonderful weekend to celebrate!

We can celebrate that we hired a new writer for deep content, most blogposts. Today I got his first article and it is perfect. I am so happy with him.
We have more textwriter, all freelancers, but they don't have this quality.
We have finished a new list of potential houses, about 80. We start with them for next year.

Hey there,
I learned that these things are the things where action is most relevant.
It helped me to focus.
My biggest insight was how to work with a VA.
Celebration: It was a crazy week and I need lots of rest. I spend 2 days on my couch 🙂

Wrap-up
1. What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
An inventory of double down options.
2. What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
That a strict focus on this assignment leads to mixed signals/findings (e.g. on the one hand, working with partners really works for me, on the other hand I don’t want this dependency, and I don’t want them to have the dominant position in the supply chain around MY products), so that leads to the same doubts/deadlock as earlier.
3. Biggest insights from yesterday’s Q&A session
• A logical way to develop a product funnel/ladder, based on reverse engineering
• The most important instruction/assignment to give to an assistant (make my life easier, more simple, and cheaper)
• The band analogy regarding what to go for: a relatively monotonous routine for a couple of years, versus being only creative in the studio all the time, both with big upsides and big downsides, but you can’t have them at the same time
4. How are you going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
By blocking at least 2 hours to think about how to approach and optimize my retreat, which I’m really looking forward to, so the preparation is in itself already a joyful part of it.

Have a nice retreat, Machiel!

What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
That there is more that I can do then I want to do and I realy have to sit down and think again on what I realy want
What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
Force myself to sit down and do what needs to be done makes me feel more good than delay and do it last moment.
I also need thinking time to se the bigger picture and not fragmentated. With some of teh assignements I had no problem to do it every day, with others I realy needed to think all week and then post the result.
What were the biggest insights you got during the Hot Seat session?
No need for anthother pair of shoes despite loving theme and having a closet full of pumps 🙂
From now on I will always use the 3 rules you gave us on your desicion making Nisdandeh when I want tot buy something new.
How are you going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
As my husband will ne a weekend in Paris for business I will celebrate this evening with no television and just music and be happy with whatI have and enjoy the time I have with my handicapt son when taking him to bed. Be fully aware of the moment and thankfull for what I have

It touches me what you write about your son, because you unite so much love, care and gratitude, Claudia! That is an example for all of us to look at and appreciate what we have.

CELEBRATION Week 21
* What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
I got a bad feeling. Because I couldn’t do the assignment with focus on my starting business. It felt like a lost week.
* What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
That it is wise not to dwell too long on what doesn't work and to focus my full focus on what does work.
* What were the biggest insights you got during the Hot Seat session?
- Know where you’re going and then break it down in small steps.
- Tell people where you are leading them.
- Keep things simple.
- You gotta love what you do and love the people you are doing it for.
- Make passive income out of the knowledge you have but don’t depend on it.
- The richest person is not the one who has the most but who needs the least. (And I for one am needing less and less.)
* How are you going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
This celebration is all about feeling happy about the project in Portugal that I took on with my good friend. We will enjoy cleaning our tiny house and watching it come to life.

Get out of this week
I narrow down my attention.
I got an offer from a school and I'm overthinking if this is fitting In my plan. (that I even think about is is new)
learn
By listening to many trailers I let myself redirect. Its time for my own direction.
biggest insights
this week together with yesterday evening.
I als hunted myself for money
The free offer (for mouth to mouth) is only to get in the funnel. To the free frontend.
Not to a paid product. Don't make other people salesmen.
celebration
The insight feels already as a celebration.
After work I go for a walk at the beach, with my dog.

Good I got out of this assignment is that for me it’s really good to focus and then create a real plan
What did I learn from this assignment where the mind goes the energy flows.
Spending some time with my Teacher in silence.
