    2. My clients do not understand all that I have to offer. It is about chakra’s and barefoot running. I make blogs with treatments to introduce a bit of the knowledge. In future I will make filmed trainings for barefoot running and self care for health and go life on social media.
    5 I do not have a website it is under construction. I am only on social media where I think my first impression is all right

      So what are your main strategies to improve your Offers?

      And what is the biggest problem you are solving with your business?

      1. The few people who read my blog are very enthusiast. So this content is interesting for them. The blog has to become more known to my target audience. The biggest problem I will solve with my business is the problem of dependence on institutions and health care I will help people to live more and more self supported with self healing.

    Thank you for ther lessons I may learn from you.
    I don’t think my clients understand all that I have to offer;
    I stopped my 1:1 reincarnation therapy business. Now working on my content for my new soc. media connections. I will learn to be more visible on soc. media and clearly articulate that I stand and go for healthy living: living and working, with the first goal of natural thinking and ditto nutrition.

        I don't understand why it isn't with my name. Aramik can you help me so I know how to get my picture with my name?

        I plan live as soon as the sound on my PC is OK with Facebook. Someone will help me with this soon.

        I create written content with clear offerings for health and nutrition and inner work for self-development.

          You need to connect your picture to your email address.
          Go to https://en.gravatar.com/ and open a (free) account - with the email address you use to comment here.
          They you can create a profile and upload your picture.
          Gravatar will then put your picture anywhere on the internet in blogs and forums.
          Hope that helps…

          1. I have the free account but I don't get my picture downloaded. When I do this I get to see it failed and I have to load again. I am bussy with this for half an hour with different photos it doesn' t work, I don't know why

  4. 2 . I think people think I just do it as a hobby, since I never really offer something (also because I am just starting this new business). But maybe from now I should just explain that I'm writing new courses etc... Show them behind the scenes things about how I am creating stuff.

      Great idea's! So how are you going to implement it? and which strategy('s) do you think is the most helpful?

  5. Hi Nisandeh & Aramik, point 4 and 5 still needs improvement. I worked on point 4 integrating 3 programs but I think it's a lot of text to read and potential clients will lose focus. Solution: a comparison table. Point 5: to give future clients a good impression I rewrote my landing page and 'about us'(
    (not online yet because I'm writing/translating the EN version). My challenge is to think as a client and not as a company. It's not about me but about them. What are there needs, their frustrations, etc.

      1. I would need a landing page that makes me curious to read more about the company and what they offer
        I would need a clear overview of the programs and a comparison table (online in the meanwhile)
        I would like to have some quality freebies
        A step by step procedure

  6. I feel 2 & 3. I am not top of mind. Just started the 90 days #mindsetpowerquotes. I post these on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest. I am at day 14. Next to that I feel I need to advertise. I don't do that. Also point 3 is valid. I feel I need to switch to the mindsetpower coach, but I find it difficult to let the "Stop met je angst" coach go. But I need to choose to be chosen.

    1. @Albert : great! I just checked your @Mindsetpower posts... What is your goal? And are you implementing my "ochtend-post" and 30/30 template? Because I do not see any comments or engagement under your posts... That's why I wanted to check what your purpose and template is...

      If it's my template, just let me know, as I see already some (huge) mistakes in them, I'd love to help you solve them.

      +What do you feel that "I need to Advertise" ? Why? And why do you think that strategy will help you?

      + So What do you think you need to being able to let it go?

      ps: great seeing you 12th may! I am sure you will love what @Nisandeh is going to teach us!

      1. Hi Aramik, Thanks for your reply. I don't know what you mean with the "And are you implementing my "ochtend-post" and 30/30 template?" I need to advertise to come in front of more leads. I think a step by step strategy would help to make clear where you need te change in it is not working.

  7. I think 1 & 2. The others we are working on like for instance improvement of website (now too much text and unclear what we offer and consistency in describing what we do). Why 1 & 2 because we are setting up a academy with fully e-learning programms related to leading a transformation in your organisation. and we start after summer a cohort in a hybrid way (e-learning and face to face) these programms are also suitable for a different audience (MKB) then for whom we offer our consultancy.

      So what do you think you need to "Simplify" your processes?

      And What do you think MKB needs from you to communicatie with?

      1. Hi @aramik, wel it probably is not that complicated. During my daily walk I thought about that and will try to slice it down.
        The e-learning which we are now creating are content wise the same as what we offer during a consultancy traject. The difference is that the e-learning is self paced and not customize which the latter is. Also the cohort - face to face public trainings have the same content and intention (learn change capabilities and accelerate the transformation in your organisation)

        So, in fact the audience stay's the same (same persona). only the e-learnings and the public trainings broadens the opportunity for small business to get acces to this content. And the opportunity to learn in a community which will be a benefit if you just have a small team working on the transformation or on parts of it.

        What will be a new world for us - Twinxter - is that we need to include different suppliers like the training departments of organizations, learning platforms, etc.

          It looks very simple and spot-on.

          Well, I would definitly ask @Nisandeh on 12th of may, but I do think you need to think of (other/better) Positioning when you will use this for Small Business Owners. They would have some other triggers to push/point out. They have als other kind of budgets. I think you do need to do a broather research if you choose to offer it to them.

          + What do you think you need in order to dominate your New World?

  8. I think number 4 and 5.
    What can I do. I can ask a few people what they like or not like of my website.
    so I can work to make that better.

    When people but something from me of follow a training. When this end, I write only one mail and then I heave no contact with them.
    For personal connecting is better to connect more. What they need?

    1. Yes @Gabrielle! Great seeing you here and fantastic that you are able to be there on the 12th!

      If I can give you some suggestions:

      + Don't just ask "people"... Ask your "Ideal Target Audience"!

      + Absolutly! You need to work on your Follow-ups to get personal with them. And just think a little bit out of box: So don't just follow them up through mail but also through a Call? Or WhatsApp message? How about creat a Community of your Buyers on FB? Or send them a Bouquet of Flowers or just a card to say "Thank you!"... My point is: Overdeliver On your Service After they buy from you!

      + And offcourse: Always go and invite them into all of your socials (linkedIn, Fb, Insta)

        I have more facebook groups but not al are a live. Now I know what I can do and make a plan.

      1. I think it all starts with who you want to serve. And then what do you have to offer that can alleviate and even eliminate problems they encounter and want to have solved. Making sure to offer the right service/produkt.

          I would do a "tussen stap" Between "Who" and "My Offer". I would definitely Define Your target Audience AND then ask them what THEY want and need, before you already creat/launch/sell Your offer. That was one of my biggest lessons I learned from @Nisandeh.

          And I am sure you will be hearing much more of his tips on the 12th! great having you there!

  9. Probably on item 5 improvements are possible, but that is not the cause of not-selling.
    Many offers do not turn into sales, because there is not enough funding availble on the customer's side.
    Many inquiries come from low income countries (Africa).

      It gets us to move in the right direction.
      We will have a more specific preparation discussion about your website - but it's great you already start working on it this week.

    1. @Maaike: How can you work on your "profiling" and "positioning Your offer" before they come into your Master Classes? Are there any ways to do that?

          Something with your Community? Mailinglist? Or your JV-partners? You have such a Strong niche!

  13. I don’t think my clients understand all that I have to offer; people are busy with a lot of things and rarely see some of my posts on social media. My focus should be on personal conversations.

    I lack (or are losing) the “top of mind awareness” I need with clients; people forget me, I am not very visible I think. I have to contact them more often and be very visible on the internet.

      We will discuss it in the workshop on May 12, but it's good if you already make a list of possible improvements and prioritize them from the most effective/least investment to the least effective/most costly...

        I am still in a stealth mode. I m not eager enough.

    2. @Renate: Great answers. A total different (unasked) advice, but I wanted to give it to you as I was searching to connect with you on LinkedIn (and Instagram).

      Make sure you change your name = "Renate (van Laarhoven) FocusXL" into just : Renate van Laarhoven (Without FocusXL)

      Why? I went to your website and then into your personal page there. I clicked on the "linkedIn" button... Nothing happend. It just couldn't find you and I ended up in my "home" page of LinkedIn. Otherwise you will loose anyone that wanted to connect with you on LinkedIn and you are not just there 🙂

      This is also part of being Visible, I think. Make sure that people can find you and test it.
