I have to put more energy and time in connecting with people on social media

2 (and 3)
I grew a new list to 728 right now without paid ads. The only thing is that I keep giving, and never ask (besides my book) to buy anything. The main problem - need to start my new courses - so I need to finish them, and put them online since I combine it with live coaching as well.
So ask for a sale.

Almost 1000 leads without any paid ads = Fantastic!
So what do you think you need to improve on your (sales) Funnel?
And didn't you organize many Webinars with high conversions? or was this for your previouse business?

I need for sure quality leads. I started in January this year and notice an evolution in reaction of people/connections on LinkedIn starting to have more interaction by receiving messages. The curiosity is growing, requests for webinars, etc.

Great @Annik!
So How are you going to improve your Lead Generation?
Curiosity is a great first step and you need to emplace more systems to eventually get them to buy from you.

Some people are asking for webinars so I will put 2 webinars online and start with funnels for the programs.
I do hope the event of 12 09 will also bring many aleads.

Not sure if I answered this one. My leads are of good quality and mostly I get them via my network and conferences I attend. our academy is almost ready to start. This will ask a bit of a different approach as before. So working on activating a community and want to create more consistency in my marketing approach

Just a check @Alize: Do you measure your lead generation systems? I read "mostly"... So how much % do you get them and how much % does convert into a client?
And yes: I love Your Community Building idea, so how does your Community Building Strategy looks like?

What stops you from getting those quality leads, Vartien?
* Do they exist?
* Are they aware they have a problem (the one you're going to help them fix)?
* Are they feeling the pain?
* Are they aware that there is a solution to their problems?
* Do they know about you as a possible provider of that solution?
Answering those questions will get you closer to finding a way to get them...

As I am starting out no.1 is my priority now. Quality leads will follow from doing research (interviews) about my ideal clients frustrations and problems and making a free irresistible offer for them to download so I can start the conversation, grow my email list and give value. The sales should follow from there.

Brilliant, Nathalie...
You're thinking is great.
One thing though... "The sales should follow from there..." is a bit optimistic.
You will still need an irresistible offer - even after they know you, like you and trust you...
Looking forward to support you in your process.

True....I tend to be a bit optimistic. I realize too it takes some time to build a community and get their trust.
Thank you.

I have plenty of leads but they don't turn into sales. And I Sometimes miss sales because of ineffective follow-up.
Well I need to step it up with follow-up and I need to be more in their face after a masterclass to reminder them of the offer and try to find out why they didn't buy.

Good thinking, Maaike...
Without knowing too much, I'd say that if you have plenty of leads but they don't turn into sales, you suffer from either:
1. Not qualifying them well enough in advance... (You might have the best solution in the world for someone, but if they can't afford you - they won't buy).
2. Not having an irresistible offer (where they just can't say "no")

All of the above. And I don´t know what to do about it... Do you?

Of course, Renata, if all of the above apply to you - that you don't know what to do... Otherwise you would have already done it.
But it would be a good practice to think and come up with ideas - what you could do.
My way of working is - first I let you think (I call it "get your brain to sweat") and then I offer feedback on your thinking, and only then - if I think you're still missing some valuable strategies - I share those with you.
I find it more empowering and liberating than having to depend on "experts" to tell you what's best for you.
