Bit slow on typing over my notes 😀
I felt great about finding the next level did well list.
It was great timing to go over start stop again in my case. Must document the takeaways and set up implementation for some leftovers from the previous round.
It was a hardbut rewarding week, including thinking time. Having a lazy jazz monday as reward. Quality down time.

WEEK 19 CELEBRATION - Evaluation Time
* What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
That all the puzzle pieces are falling into place and that gives confidence.
* What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
A clear vision, clear values and the five fixed themes I talk about.
* How are you going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
By Looking a sauna with a friend of mine in December.

What did I learn last week?
By rethinking my vision and putting it down well. I can use my vision in various places.
And by looking closely at what works and does not work or works less well in my company, that I can choose more.

I am so happy about what the Double Your Income program did to me and my business!
Still, there is work to do.
I learned that there is a decision tho make for the „some result“ products.
As I am fully booked till the end of the year, I postpone that decision to my next holiday in November.
End of December is time to implement.
I celebrated with my friend Daniela. We had a special lunch and went shopping for my new stage outfit.🤩

What I got from this week’s assignment?
I realized that my business is lean and minimalistic and that’s great but also that I am not obtaining the level of results I desire so I need to change something. Although I am not sure what.
What did I learn from this week’s process?
The evaluation questions combined with the Youtube workshop combined with some overall frustration I am feeling with my business… teach me that a change is coming, although I am not yet sure what.
How am I going to celebrate the completion of the week?
I will take some time off, I do not feel specially celebratory to be honest.

How am I going to celebrate???
Tomorrow I will sit on my sofa in my jogging under my blanket and while listen to music with my headphone nipping on my tea I will start reading the book my buddy Chiquita send me.
Thank you for that Chiquita

1. What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
This week's assessment was a difficult one because I normally go to the office for a day during the Christmas holidays and analyze the old year: what do I want, what makes me happy and what do I want to stop.
The past week I've been thinking about the pros and cons of this assignment and no matter how hard I searched I couldn't find a disadvantage, but an advantage and that is that I now have a day off during the holiday.
This week I worked 25 minutes a day on my other company and together with my colleague 1.5 days on our joint company, where we mainly focused on inventory of our materials, strategic questions.
During the youtube sessionon thursday it became clear to me that my colleague and I paid an awful lot of money for 50 videos for our youtube channel and that I would never do this again. The info from you Nisandeh was so good, simple and applicable that I wish we wouldn't put the other recordings online.
2. What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
That doing as you always did may not give the best results and that chanche gives new possibilitys. That working on your business every day for link 10/20 minutes should ne strategic and not working on your tada stuff and that planning is crucial.
But for this assignement I had to take thiking time because of the whole picture and my habbit that I have for years to spent a day at the office.
It fellt good not to put pressuare on my self by thinking I have to do the assignement everday in parts and that I today found the time and inner peace to sit down and put down my thinking for a week.

Did you get out of this week
- especially to be pressed with the nose on the facts
- It's good to look back at what worked and what didn't.
- it is difficult to stop certain things, but by listing them in this way you are encouraged to change
- the youtube workshop was again great. In addition to the expert book that I was already very enthusiastic about, this takes it one step further. I will definitely commit to the challenge to make FAQ videos in the near future.
Did you learn
- I learned from this that you have to repeat this process regularly
Celebrate
- Today is our oldest daughter's 11th birthday. Unfortunately she is with her father today, but in our minds we celebrate it with her.
- And we bought our own caravan a few weeks ago and we are trying it out for the first time today / tonight with this beautiful autumn weather.

The main insights are:
That I know which activities yield too little.
That I will do more with my podcasts.
We celebrate this by unexpectedly spending a weekend together with a good friend and staying there overnight.

What I got out of this week is:
* I have more clarity on my vision (loved the 'destination/compass' analogy, that really helped!)
* I have some insights in what does and does not produce results. But at the same time I realize that I don't do enough analysis and data tracking, so I'm not really sure which channels bring in most of my clients
* And of course the whole YouTube strategy and re-activating my YouTube channel

** WHAT DID I GET OUT OF THIS ASSIGNMENT? **
- Inspiration and enthousiasm for the new business
- A peek at my previous mindfulness 'company' .... good to reflect on what went well and what didn't - I never really did that, after I closed it in a hurry
- A bit more clarity about how to connect the stage 2 process to 'conscious virgins'
** WHAT DID I LEARN FROM THIS WEEK'S PROCESS **
- Good to have the (almost) daily habit again
- That it feels good to go where my heart is for the last part of this program - and not focus on my software company anymore (or both)
- That I have quite a clear vision
- That the values align with my personal values
- Less fear that starting this new company will equal working hard and having too much stress
** HOW TO CELEBRATE **
- Creating an abundance of time for doing 'nothing' this weekend (and just leaving the todo's in the house for what they are)
- Buying myself a present

What I got out of this week's assignment:
A setup to realign myself and my business.
Wat I learned:
Keep it simple. Or make it simple. As I said in the youtube evaluation. I tend to make things to complicated because I don't take the time to make them simple.
Celebration:
Nice dinner with family tonight. And a party with lots of lights tomorrow.

WRAP-UP
1. What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
The insight from the somewhat shocking community feedback on what does NOT produce results: that tons & tons of effort and budget spent on social media and ads (of so many of us) that got completely wasted. I wouldn’t want to count the cumulative time and money wasted – already only in this group. Go figure what a monstrous waste that is on a global scale.
2. What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
That many of us have answered the various questions from other ways of thinking than I would spontaneously have myself. For instance: saying that something that you DON’T have doesn’t work.
3. How are you going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
Have a run later on, after 2 weeks of zero exercising.

I am trying to tell it again and again for 10 years or more.
Do NOT spend a cent on ANY social media marketing, ads or SEO.
In 99% of the cases it works only for the companies who do that for you, and THEY know it.
I know because I spoke with most of the biggest ones both in Holland and in the US - and they all admit that for most of their small business clients they get NO results.
AND… even if it would bring you some opt-ins - those would usually be the “wrong” ones.
(Too many reasons to list here, but I’m sure you can figure those yourself)
You could know that on your own… easily…
Simply ask yourself - when was the last time you bought something through a Facebook ad?
I bet most people would answer “NEVER”.
So, why do we expect others to behave differently?
But what is more important to understand than the fact that those tactics don’t work, is WHY are you looking at them at all…?
And the sad answer is, that most entrepreneurs look for the shortcuts instead of doing the long-term strategic thinking and implementing.
You shouldn’t feel bad, Machiel, for “wasting” money on experiments… as long as you learn your lessons - then this “wasted money” is your education fee…

I'm totally fine with the money loss! Education fee indeed. I'm less happy with the non-renewable time wasted, especially whereas I also meant (and saw with the other participants here) that non-paid marketing in general doesn't seem to work at all. From what I've read from others on the assignment page, many of us -- including me -- have created tons of stuff (articles, giveaways, videos, etc), for years and years, that didn't yield any results. That is in fact the part that shocked me a bit more...

The Ultimate Marketing System I’m teaching is totally FREE and it will work EVERY time.
If you can’t remember, here is the link to the lesson from the Master Entrepreneur in the Business University: https://nisandeh.com/master-entrepreneur-lesson-04
You don’t need tons and tons of free stuff - just one thing - that works (stages 2 & 3 of the system).
I have never seen a business using the system, that wasn’t successful.
The system is also very easy to debug, as you can check each stage - and when a specific stage doesn’t deliver result - tweak only that stage - until it works.

Will definitely check it out, gracias!

WOW Machiel what an insight that is (no. 1). I completely sympathize with you and am sometimes completely surprised what we are actually doing in the field of marketing. We get advice from everywhere and very rarely does it work.
I sincerely hope that through this program we will learn to deal with this better and achieve better successes.

Let's hope so Henny! The video that Nisandeh posted provides us with at least one possible approach, perhaps the "ultimate" one.

Yup. That's why i would never do whatever online. No yield.
Tip: document your own buying and deciding process for two weeks then analyse it. Eyeball is not usefull, hasn't for decennia.
Can you imagine how easy marketing becomes now you know all that?

However, i do advise to learn seo and buy the yoast wp plugin. That works IF clients are high urgency or high fomo buyers like mine, or at least problem a,are and browsing solutions.

Hi Sin ans everybody else,
Not sure if that advise was for me, but one of my courses is about SEO, and anybody in this group who wants it can have it for free.

Dear all,
1. From this week’s assignment I got the realization of the one thing that I was doing wrong on my previous businesses: assuming. Therefore I got the commitment to from now on find out what my ideal clients want.
2. From doing this week’s process I learned the importance of standing still to evaluate on a regular basis. I am thankful for the habit we are creating of doing this.
3. I am going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week by having a weekend off with family

1. What I got out of this assignment is that I'm very passive in my life and that I'm waiting for things to get better, instead of acting to make things better.
2. See 1.
3. I wil go watch "the Incredibles", the Pixar movie this weekend. Haven't seen it in 10 yearts or so and it's brilliant.
See if I can find the superhero in myself again.

Machiel - Paul cannot have your second ticket, as this is only for people that did NOT follow any of our programas…

Copy that, had a blind spot for that one, apologies

This week makes me clear that I must see often what gives the best results. I must schedule a moment to see what works best. Once a month will be a good moment, together with bookkeeping and other figures (Excel).
This week was really good for me. I go on for the last part. I still enjoy this WOMB training very much. Sometimes I have to go out of my comfort zone and stretch myself, but I also like that.
I celebrate my moment with the team and for me personally I have schedule this evening a meeting with my best friend, she understand it very well, of building a business.

My learning point yesterday and with the video assignment was the analytics. I can see where I can improve, which for some points is not next video, but i can see a path. This will reflect in trainings and public talks. I fought off some old deamons (perfectionism and the idea that I suck at text handling).
Secondly the morningfa.me analytics are mind-blowing- I would really like to get the invite.
And thirdly, as repetition, the combination from book, videos, blogs etc. and the interaction this can bring- is promising.
I am chewing on when to commit, not if.
For this weeks proces it firstly was great to commit to the proces of the WOMB again. Every day, in the train or at home it is one of the first things I do and without wanting to be complete or right- I answer the questions top of mind. The rest of the day it is also in the back of my mind. Great.
I was happy with Vereds help and Nisandehs answer- thank you! The three hours will be spend on bringing bringing vision, strategy and 'position yourself' together.
I learned that I just want to try a couple of things for a longer period of time. That what doesn't work and what does gave that clarity- especially writing them down like this.
Celebration. I will do yoga and meditation in the morning this weekend. It is partly a challenge (I lost doing that the last couple of months, so I like to get back in), partly a real thank-you to myself.
Have a good weekend everyone- stay awesome!

Day 5
What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
Focus again and think about working and not working strategies (time to let go what doesn't work)
What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
Things I don't like using...they don't work out so I better chose to let go or ask someone else.
How are you going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
I treated myself on a fun-workshop today.
