What a week again.
It's nice how the program has been built up and how it slowly becomes aligned in my world and process.
Good to deal with questions and to know better what my target group needs instead of filling in what I think they need. I am curious about the outcome.
Celebrating is getting easier and more fun. The program and process itself is a feast.
At the beginning of this week I started to put myself more first and that helps to use the experience structure that I have experienced before and has given me a lot, of the miracle morning.
I get up earlier (to do that and get enough sleep. I go to bed earlier)
In the morning I start with
- meditation 30min
- affirmation 15 min
- Visualization 20 min
- cold shower 2 min
- walking / sports / exercises 20 min
- read 15 min
- writing 15 min
This stands for the life savers.
That's how it feels, the day itself gets so much more energy and focus. Get more and more in line with what I have to do.
Also, appointments that I've been trying to get for ages suddenly went through. These appointments can take my plans to the next level. So the visualization works. and also the affirmation because in the conversations I am energetic and full of enthusiasm, which turns out to be contagious with the people I speak to, making them commit themselves to me and or agree to the proposals I say or ask.
Special experience. (I only know when I go along with the grind of life and the negative energy in these troubled times, the days are over and nothing happens.
Now my focus is in realizing my hunches and carrying out mission and desire. Is it going to flow.
Delicious

How you start the morning sounds great, Leo! And nice that it also results in changes in the outside world.

Well... I didn't participate that enthusiastic (due to a few personal reasons) but... I used this methode in the past 7 months and it already got me 4 big clients....
Last Wednesday I landed the last one so I definitely have something to celebrate!
They become clients because:
1. I listened to them to what were their frustrations and pain
2. I had a solution for their pain
3. I think also because I didn't offer it to them:)
I got my second long term assignment. I made an agreement for a first meeting that I would do with them, but also we agreed on working out the rest of the plan so I can help them set up a new management (and connected: Meeting) structure where they know each other and know how and when to find each other.
worth a celebration.
I put in a lot of effort in this new business and I all the time have the feeling that I'm not giving enough but somehow it does pay off...
Now I need to continue pushing the gas...

What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
I never thought about the concept of ideal clients before and about asking them questions as a kind of assessment for my own business. I feel and experience it's a good step.
I had a little conversation with my husband to test my questions. I'll try with a few other people and decide then if I have to make changes in the questions. And then ask a bigger group of people on social media.
What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
This week, i invested the necessary time, but it's not enough. I have to make more space in the beginning of the week to focus on the new assignment. Otherwise I'm going to loose track and I definitely want to make the necessary steps forward and on schedule. I put to much energy in other subjects this week, I have to change that, it also wasn't oke for my health.
How are you going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
Today I took a lot of rest, had a very nice walk with my husband in nearby woods, very nice meal with him and with my son, I started with a new training (as a student) this week about personal power and colours and had an interesting talk with my husband about that. Tomorrow our lovely fouryearold granddaughter decided to come to our house to play with us without her little brother. With pancakes in the evening.
Happy weekend everyone.

Yup, that was another week... i had to cut back on thinking / working on my business - been thinking a bit to much lately 😀 and I had other priorities this week.
Still, the supportquestion for ideal clients and their needs was a big one. Had pushed it back for long, but it was highly relevant given this weeks question. Got a first alfa tester - and a really hard architect attached to it 😉 If he can do it, anybody can... The date for a talk about what they want and need + demo (is this a solution) is set on the 23th. <-- scary deadline. Will do more of those soon after, i have a clear goal now.
From the other program, i took that I don't dare to ask what irritates me so much in my clients / job that I want to move on. If I'm not radically honest, it isn't possible to figure out how to build a better future. And I do want to make big changes. I will be forced to do so anyway in 3 months time. Better make up my mind...
I also took another question with me on this week's journey. " what if you really meant it?" Do I really mean it? If i meant it, why is the support /team bit such a hurddle? What's really at play? And who are really my ideal clients if I honestly meant it?
That... is an amazing question for this weekend.
What did I learn? From the proces? Not sure. Daring to ask the question, not giving on to shame but actually be honest about my feelings, lead to a very helpfull response. If my goal is to allow more me in my work, it starts with honesty about who I am, what I want and who I truely serve and in what matter. A bit of a detour to say: be honest about who are truely my ideal clients.
Ok, i feel like I need to say here who my ideal client is - as accountability.
My ideal client does not interact with me for an assessment. He or she is fully capable of self service. My ideal client knows I am way more valuable when I do my nerdy knowledge/observation stuff, simplifying things, showing an unseen path, to a future they did not even know they wanted with tools and tips that generate tons of money and cash flow out of nowhere. If I do that, my own cashflow will also grow so I can do the projects that are waiting for me. That being said, I do want to help my clients and new one's out with an idiot proof system based on self service. I want them to have a reliable helpdesk for the off the shelve part that might cause questions or issues. If needed, I can by that support for a doable yearly fee as part of a whitelabel agreement.
Celebration. Again, it does not feel like a complete thing. None the less, that was serious wombing, so a celebration for incompleted though big progress is in order.
I'll spend 2 nights on RLC/RLB instead of working. 1 step at a time. If you know what RLC means, lets talk 😀

* What I got out of this week’s assignment
A new activity for my Mastermind groups: will I ask at the beginning of the month "what's your biggest challenge? What do you need to overcome it?" and then will replay answers again at the end of the month to compare where they were then and where they are now.
* What I learned from doing this week’s process
That, as usually, clarity comes with action.
I thought I was making the best question to know what they wanted and their answers were too generic… So next time I will ask a different question until I get what I'm looking for.
How are you going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
Shopping weekend in Germany!

What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
aks questions, ask questions, ask questions

What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
That we really need to learn to ask our (ideal) clients for what they want. I always assume I know but the only way to really know it by asking. It still can be the same result but at least I know how to do the right marketing so they will act on my offer.
What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
When writing down the questions, and reading them over you often see you don’t really ask the right questions. I had to re-phrase them. I have to be aware that once I ask them I really listen to the answers and make sure I get the right answer and not just any answer. So, I really want to do this face-2-face so I can ask follow-up questions to get the info I really need.
Now the biggest step yet… I have to execute my plan before the end of this month.
How are you going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
I borrowed an Oculus Quest 2 from my mother-in-law. Gonna have some fun in the VR world. She told me to buy any game I like on her behalf… So, what better treat is there? 😉

What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
- A better sense of 'the right steps' to take in a business - starting with the what and the why
- Together with reading the book Atomic Habits, lots of insights why many of the trainings / workshops I followed in the past years failed and why WOMB delivers
What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
- How important is to find out what a customer wants before offering them a 'solution'
- The concept of interview marketing and how powerful this is for me
- That overthinking in business can be killing....and how to avoid it
- That implementation is key and knowing how to implement is worth gold
How are you going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
- Buying a present for myself tomorrow

Hi Nisandeh,
Apologies for my late reply. I wanted to give you a proper answer with attention instead of some half-baked rushed one.
So hereby:
I've attended over a dozen of workshops and retreats in the past ten years. And I'm very grateful for having the chance. I wouldn't be where I am or who I am today without them.
Most of them were great in the sense that they provided fantastic content, an opportunity to get to know like-minded people and sometimes, an out-of-the-ordinary experience.
For most of them, when the event/retreat was over and me and the other participants got back into our 'normal' lives again, we soon found out that it's quite hard to implement all we've learned and experienced. Even in year-long personal development programs, in-between the events you'd have to do it on your own most of the time.
Now ... I'm quite focussed and determined at implementation when it comes to something I am really interested in, even if there's no support system. But even then, I'm not always as consistent as I could be. And when something is valuable, but less interesting to me, I don't implement, missing out on the results.
Recently, I started reading the book Atomic Habits.
The book offers a science-based approached to change by:
* focussing on meaningful, daily habits
* changing systems rather than setting big goals
* starting change at the identity level (who will I become?)
* and probably much more. I've only read the first chapters so far ...
Success is the product of daily habits, they say...not once-in-a-lifetime transformations.
And...improve 1% everyday and you'll have a 37x improvement after a year (!)
The more I read, the more I realise that this has been true for most of the changes in my life.
And the more I see that the trainings and workshops I attended didn't approach it in this way.
And this is where I see W.O.M.B. shining.
Full focus on implementation and supporting small meaningful steps that accumulate to something great over time.
Giving us assignments instead of knowledge only. Making a habit out of them by splitting them up in daily chunks. Starting change at the identity-level with the WHY questions, which gets us to think about what it will mean for us as a business owner or person ("who will i become?"). Reward and reflect on the results with the end-of-week celebration.
And then there's the accountability buddies, group support and q&a wednesdays to support the implementation, keep us sharp and inspired and grow as group instead of just by ourselves.
It makes the difference between giving people a great experience, knowledge and some implementation, and actually really having people change their lives for the better.
This is what the world needs and I think it's absolutely amazing.

Wonderful, Rens…
Thank you for the elaborated answer.
Everything you describe, is as if you’ve read my manual for the WOMB program.
Great observation and analysis.
I’ve started working this way with our mentoring programs a few years ago, and the success pushed me to look for ways to work this way with a larger group - and thus the WOMB was “born” as an experiment.
It still needs tweaking, of course, but I’m happy with the progress (or all of us) so far.
Thank you for providing such clarity.
Enjoy your success…

I promise I didn't read your manual 😉
I'm happy you're sharing this way of working with our group now.
Thanks

2.What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
Its so powerful to dig deeper AND read comments of other participants! Such wonderful people sharing knowledge... 😀

- What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
That honestly the clients I have now are not my ideal clients, that I am still on a turningpoint and that what I realy want becomes more clear.
- What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
That what I came up with in my visdion week and me demanding more time is feeling good and that I feel guilty if I would quit suddently becaude the children I work with I love theme. But in order to start doing what I want and create I needed to find time and I found it by grouping theme.
Out of guilt I will offer the parents there moment once a month and if they take it then it is oke, if they dont take it my guilt is not in place.
- How are you going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
I am all day working on the book of my son so I take time of to start write again and thats me time as well. A lot of emotions are bubbleing up and looking out of the window and let the wave come and go is oke.
Tomorrow will be a writing day as well and do some research on data as well

Have fun writing and enjoy the emotions- no irony.
Thank you for this week!

Thank you Bas, the proces of going with the flow of emotions is part of the how, why and what that we practiced in the WOMB so it all comes together.
Almost 23 years I am in the “just go on” train and only allow my emotions once a year at his birthday. By writing this book about the administration circus over the last 22 years and the PGB he got, a lot of moments and therefore emotions are comming back and now I take time to let theme come and go.
I even take the questions about the clients with me in the part of who this book will be for.
Thank you again for your wish.

Day 5 05-08-2022
My step-by-step plan is as follows:
1. Today I am making a telephone list of the customers I will be approaching.
2. I ask them if they want to participate in an interview of which I will send them the questions in advance in the way they indicate: e-mail, whatsapp, link to a questionnaire.
3. As a reward I offer either a coaching conversation for an acquaintance of theirs or I act as a free speaker for an organization of their choice.
These will be the questions I have already tested:
1. How has your career progressed from training to date?
2. What are the biggest mistakes you've made that you've learned the most from?
3. What do you use to influence your colleagues/employees?
4. Where do you get stuck with your colleagues/employees more often and do you get annoyed by them?
5. What would you like to change at your organisation?
6. What expectations do you have of a manager?
7. What attracts your most attention in leadership/with supervisors?
8. What do you waste the most time with?
9. How do you give feedback and what are its effects?
10. What arguments do you have for being coached and what expectations do you have for it? What made the difference for you in this?
A call to everyone who participates in this course and has leadership experience:
Will you answer the questions and whoever does it will receive the same reward as I have indicated. That way I know right away whether it works for you or not. Thanks in advance.
How am I going to celebrate this?
After 3 pm I drive with my sweetheart on the electric scooter to a cozy terrace in the middle of the greenery. Incidentally, an electric scooter is the egg of Columbus for entrepreneurs. I have now received the subsidy and have 0 percent addition. If you want to know more, please contact me: 06-81182046.

Thank you Nisandeh and Vered for the direction and completion of another great WOMB week!
1. Thanks to the exercise of this week, I got the opportunity to interview 5 sleep deprived parents! (4 in a relationship and 1 single mom). Next Tuesday the first interviews will start. I can not wait to listen what parents WANT!
2. This week I got the reminder of one of the best advices in my life (provided by Nisandeh): “Write your own book”. I realize that I have the strong tendency to want to play it safe and I am constantly seeking confirmation. However this wise words empower me to write my own book no matter what and add my own view/contribution to the world.
3. This week I learned how to ask relevant and strategic questions. As usual, the Q&A was an eye opener for me! 👀🤩
4. I am going to celebrate the completion of this WOMB week by spending quality time with the people I love the most, by dancing, playing and eating great food with them! 😋
Wish you all a great weekend!

1. It is good to think about how customer value your services. I expect to be surprised and discover things I had not realised before.
That will be a great way to maybe get more ideas about new services.
2. Learn to ask the questions in a very open way. This way they can do more than answer your question but think along the lines of customer value.
And get them to open up about more things I can add.
3. I am taking two days off next week, yoehoo...

1. A great list of questions. Thanks for giving feedback! People/clients are on holidays- so this is number one on my list for september.
2. Completion- I just did half of the assignment now. I am excited about asking my clients. Stick to the proces is important. Also mostly I do things in my head, now I am forced to write things down- that is great.
3. It is not perse for the WOMB , but its Pride, so we have a home party with a large group of friends and then tomorrow the parade. Eventhough it is not for the WOMB as such- I would have done it anyway, it is nice to feel to have halfly closed this very important part.
Thanks all- have a great Pride (whatever personality it is you feel celebrating for) yourself… 😀

What have I learned this week?
That my real ideal client doesn't exist yet, or I don't know she's already a customer of mine.
I think a few percent of my total customers/clients (I'm guessing between 1-5%) is now my near-ideal customer.
I have learned by focusing on the people I want to work with, it has become clearer to me what I want to do in terms of business in the coming years and with whom. I immediately emailed my list of near-ideal clients what I'm up to. Part of that email was the question/request that I would like feedback from them so that I can help them even better.
The feedback was yesterday. I had planned a ZOOM call.
Through email I got a lot of reactions from my potential ideal clients that they couldn't be there, unfortunately.
I asked my 3 most important questions via ZOOM to the 4 attendees, and I also asked these questions to those who indicated that unfortunately they could not be present at the ZOOM call.
I learned a lot yesterday during the ZOOM call!
First, I felt very much appreciated. I felt that they see me as an expert and that they think that I've been doing really well lately and that I can continue like this. That feels good!
During the ZOOM call I first answered their questions and then I asked my 3 questions. The answers I got are very valuable! I will therefore send the attendees a nice present by post.
My week can't get any better. I didn't expect this exercise from the WOMB program to bring me this. And I think because I've done the exercise a lot of times to describe my ideal client. But we do things differently in this program, and I really like that.
How am I going to celebrate?
I'm going to exercise in the gym this afternoon. And then I'm going to buy myself something nice.

CELEBRATION DAY
1. What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
That my buddy group is very important and valuable to me. Thanks to Marie-Louise and Nanda I realised that I have been on the wrong track with the WOMB -program. I will go on in the chosen direction, because it teaches me how to think differently and how to implement and this is very challenging and rewarding. At the same time I will apply WOMB on the path I really want. And this is very exciting!
2. What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
That sometimes I think too abstract and that it can be very fulfilling to take a practical approach to things and just IMPLEMENT.
3. How are you going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
By using the IDEA GENERATOR on my life’s mission and after that giving myself the rest of this day of, being grateful and relax.

Day 5. Weekly Wrap-up
1. What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
A practical list of 3 questions that will shed light on the coverage of essentials in the e-course that I’m developing, plus a practical way to get respondents.
2. What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
That what I would like to know the most, does not necessarily pertain to ideal clients (in fact: none of the questions are specifically targeted at ideal clients – but given the exercise of last week, that doesn’t matter).
3. How are you going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
I’ll celebrate at a birthday party and a rather rare family gathering.

Hey there,
i got a lot of real good questions - thank you so much!
I learned that it is hard to defend my created time in the morning, but I will not give up.
My celebration today is: I am going skydiving today - I know supercrazy but a friend brought up the idea and I could not resist. Afterwards we will have dinner with friends. I cannot wait to get a "different" perspective on the world 🤩
PS: I will be on vacation from 15th to 28th of August. I want to give my full attention to my family. I cannot promise to not have a look on the topics, but I am working on it. ☺️
