THIS IS WHAT I GOT OUT OF THIS WEEK ASSIGNMENT
I love the power of starting with the WHY. I've heard it so many time and still when I reflect on it myself, the approach and result changes.
WHY exactly do I want to be the expert in my field. Why not just one of many. What exactly is it I wish to achieve. Very intering question. Thanks to this week's assignment I was honest enough to myself to write a list of my WHY's.
After the WHY's follows the WHAT. I can either loose myself in a the big WHAT's or I can stay very close to myself using the expertise I have within and start growing my products. I loved the example during the HOT SEAT on how to get people to eat HEALTHY FOOD. Eventhough it is not my subject, the manner in which Nisandeh taught us how to go about it, made me create a whole approach which I could easily offer.
THIS IS WHAT I'VE LEARNED FROM THIS WEEK'S PROCESS
I l earn alot about which kind of product I can deliver based on the pain of my clients. I've also started networking for the right people to help me with creating my products. But I have also started tunning into platforms, podcasts, news where theme's are discussed which are relevant to me. By means of this my target audience becomes more clear as do the pain they suffer and the problems related to the pain.
It is like I attract more and more information because I'm tuned and focused in a different manner.
THIS IS HOW I'VE CELEBRATED THE COMPLETION OF THE WOMB WEEK
I celebrate it with a nice office chair and a great lamp which allows me to finally sit well and have a pleasant and perfect light behind my computer. Both makes me less tired and gives me less pain.

What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
That I am doing quite good in this area (thats for a change REALLY nice to find out haha), and that there is still so much more to gain. I got great ideas and most of all, it gave me focus- on what to do NOW to establish my expert position. I REALLY loved the addition from Nisandeh in the Q&A about the difference in expert and leader. Something to consider... If you are giving a session like the VIP program of tomorrow on this topic, I'd be very interested (from expert to THE leader in the field)
What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
That I have a lot of great ideas but that I should focus.
That it's OK to not do it the moment I should (because of LIFE happens), and that it REALLY helps to reschedule it on a specific day and time to do them. This is also the thing I am actually the most proud of:)
That now being only a participant gives me much more space to just communicate from me and struggle and find ways and it has a different WHY. really happy with this.
How are you going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
I made a list with celebrations.
For small celebrations (like this one): I allow myself to go shopping in a thrift shop. I was at first trying to say that my small celebration was already done because I went shopping in Denmark when I was there but I am going to allow myself to go again:) (with a 10 euro budget)
For bigger celebrations: sauna or theatre. There is a Cello/ Soprano concert next year that I would really love to go to but I find it a lot of money. But I am keeping it for a big celebration!
For the biggest ones (like 50K turnover for instance in a year): a weekend away!

What did you get out of this week's assignment?
That I want to be an expert, why I want that and in which specific area, and how to make that very concrete and plan in agenda.
What have you learned from this week's trial?
I need to invest some more time in this process. I do invest what is adviced in this training, but I feel I need some more time to really focus.
How will you celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
Today the three of us tidied and cleaned the house. Tomorrow is a double birthday here at home. With all the children and two grandchildren, and some family. That's fun anyway. All together Chinese food in the garden. And my youngest son is going to reveal that he will also fly out of the nest and has found a nice apartment. Monday is a training day about Personal Strength and colors, so that is also a kind of celebration.

What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
I started on monday by reading the assignment and then let it go for the whole week. I did not look up on the daily tasks but somehow it got involved in my daily business.
Today I sat down and completed all the exercises and it felt good.
What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
The biggest struggle I started the WOMB with was: to manny clients and to less time.
Over the last month I figured out a system and mailed it to the parents and except for 2 parents who only had a toime fram issue all the others had no cvomment at all. So obviously my status of beeing a expert for there childe is alreayd there. They did not want to stop, go to a collega wich I offerd theme.
So there i used the assignement to think about the product I want to developpe by using the same mechanisme that Nisandeh told when he was talking about the 10 problems for cyclists. Slowely all comes togehter and on the 9 spetember I will sit down with my collegas and we will work on the product.
How are you going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
For the first time in 13 years I had only one client today from 10.00 until 11.00 and at 11.30 I walked out of the office building and enjoyed the fact that working every saturday from 09.00 until 17.00 (exept for the hollidays, or a mandatory care day ) is finally OVER and DONE with!!!!
The last few meters I walked in full consioussnes and looked over my sholder when the automatic door closed and waved even noboydy saw me dooing it the universe did.
I created not only 14 ours free time but from now on I am every saturday FREEEEEEEEEEE 🙂
Me time, doing what I want when I want.
And incase I want to work with a special client I can but for sure not starting 09.00 in the morning and only if they are my favorite and pay enough 😉

Celebrating week 10
What did you get out of this week's assignment?
That I have become extra motivated and see even better that it is good to record my other trainings (How does the municipality work? and Political Intelligence) in video lessons, so that I have much more time to concentrate / focus on the 6 month program for the conscious public leader.
That the Academy still to be established by me, by entering into strategic cooperation with other partners (for example by researching the collaboration with Marcel Dassen), can acquire multiple levels. This allows the academy to build a lasting relationship with public professionals from conscious virgins to conscious public leaders.
That I may be able to make a connection with the De Baak trainer with the program leader of the De Bewuste Leider (personal development) program. My new program is complementary and is more about how I relate as a public leader to the context of public government organisation, environment and task. On Monday morning I have a network conversation with Ronald Becker. I spoke to him briefly on Wednesday when I led a leadership and collaboration workshop at De Baak.
What have you learned from doing this week's trial?
That I gained clarity by asking the Q&A question, telephone conversation with Marcel and the thinking process itself then accelerated, partly by thinking through the steps in the Academy (2nd hotseat session etc).
That I really have to think simpler and not want to take too big steps.
How will you celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
Being able to concretely sell the (yet to be developed) 6-month program and the existing 6-month program 'The Successful Government Manager' to the recruitment and selection agency is a great result. But the insights described above also give me satisfaction.
Tomorrow I will fly with my bonus son Pascal at skydive center Maarssen.

It's been an awesome week. I feel inspired to become THE LEADER in off grid energy solutions + many on-grid possibilities of becoming more resilient.

Now, THAT sounds interesting, Matthias! I would love to live in Portugal and let's say that energy and water can be an issue here. Knowing someone who knows would be very reassuring.

Day 5 – come up with as many ideas as possible to actually achieve the goals you wrote yesterday and choose your favorite actions;
The ideas are incorporated in the goals and in the other assignments.
What did you get out of this week's assignment?
Training is becoming more fun and part of my day and of my work. Starts to ramp up right away.
I get energy, I get insights into what I want, what I stand for, what I want to achieve. Motivation. And sometimes I doubt and I just don't know. I am increasingly confident that I don't always know the answers or the questions but that they will come when I need them. And I am extremely grateful to myself that I also started this again and started it. Nisandeh with his boundless knowledge and commitment and being inspiring.
What have you learned from this week's trial?
To trust that what I want and need will come. That I can sometimes change course and that's okay too.
How will you celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
A huge celebration this week is that, in addition to all the insights, I got great conversations and insights. More and more I dare to say what I want and what I want to go for.
And I've almost made a deal with a tool and cabinet company that will completely renovate my workshop and possibly also my van. (final Monday) with their tools I will make the videos. and advertise them immediately. Value is approximately €30000
And another party signed up for a project in one month who may want to invest $30,000 in their product to promote in my network and use it for my plans.
Furthermore grateful and very curious what next week will bring and already know that every week it will become more and more what I will achieve. Because my faith and energy come more and more from gratitude and self-confidence.
Finally, I am very happy that I was able to talk to my buddies and that we were finally able to motivate each other to take another step and to take it even more from commitment. Especially for everyone themselves. But not alone. We have each other's group and Vered and Nisandeh
Great weekend

I learned that BEING an expert does not automatically mean that you are KNOWN for being an expert. It takes work to let the world know your expertise!
What I implemented this week is that I 'created' the True Connection CLUB (TCC) for everyone who purchased 3 (out of my 4) courses. More than 300 people have the foundation True Connection course and 25 people have purchased 3 (or 4) courses. I sent them an email inviting them to the TCC and will do a free ZOOM call September 1st where they can ask me anything they want about the courses related to their own horse. This way I can thank them for being my most loyal clients and I get to know the struggles they face and which of my expertises is most often asked for. It's a win-win!
I celebrate with going to a movie in Luxor theater tomorrow evening!

Dear all,
Thank you again for another challenging and beautiful WOMB week. I want to apologize to all the people who very kindly have commented on my post (like Bas) and to whom I still owe a proper reply. This week I experienced some setbacks but I will soon catch up with them.
Special thanks to Vered for the enlightening 2 star coaching session, I loved it! It provided me so much clarity!
1. From this week’s assignment I got clarity about the advantages of the Expert Business model VS the traditional ones. I realize now that I had the misconception of the expert model being very risky because of its totaldependency on the expert. However, the difference between celebrity business and a scalable expert business provides me with a clear way to manage that "risk". I am fantasizing about the possibilities of a Hybrid between the two.
2. Doing this week’s process I learned how to think and develop my own expert position growth strategy. Thank you Nisandeh for your patience and for keep pushing me to Write my own books. Bad habits die hard but I feel progress.
3. Today I did not have the possibility to celebrate (setbacks) BUT this weekend I will celebrate having friends coming over, cooking for them, having lovely conversations, and spending quality time with them.

What did I get out of this week assignment?
That I am an expert and still not know how to name my expertise..i see the importance to be able to do that. It is starting to get ckear
I learnend that there is a difference between a calling and an expertise. That an expertise does not need to be the complete content of my developed qualities
I celebrate with enjoying the rain and the thunder.

What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
I got an actual plan to work on being known as an expert. Ofcourse that also needs discipline and dedication. But that's exactly what I am already learning from participating in WOMB . If I can do it for a educational and entrepreneurial program, I also can do it for my ideal clients. Because being KNOWN for my expertise is the crucial starting point of serving many many more of them.
What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
That I can PLAN to become known. I never thought of it that way.
How are you going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
Today I went to the beach with my little niece :-).

1. What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
I found alignment on HOW to implement with my mission to help people (my Why) by doing the hoemwork and talking to a buddy. Suddenly by focusing together we saw the whole picture!
I watched to inspiring Tedtalks of Simon Sinek on Why and why helping others as well, wich was giving me more food for thought
2. What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
Almost forgotten it: FOUND my mission by being unstoppable, given the homework deadlines and inspired by what Nsandeh told us - answering my question in the hotseatsession-. You were unstoppable in reaching your mentors, having a clear mission and clear goals!!
3. How are you going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
Tomorrow we will go to the Esscher museum ( https://mcescher.com/nl/ M.C. Escher was unstoppable in reframing! ) in The Hague and after that watch a funny movie with my dear niece Irma and my family!

I wrote my approach on day 5 with my most important insights.
How am I going to celebrate this? Vanessa has bought a delicious cake and we are going to enjoy it with my mother-in-law at 3 pm.

* Out of this week’s assignment I got an understanding of WHY it is important for me to become an expert. I did not have it so clear before, I thought it was enough for me to host mastermind groups and coordinate the interactions but… they come back because of my method and because they consider me a mentor. I am ready to earn the right to be considered an expert. I am very excited.
* I learned that it is possible to become an expert if I do research and also by practicing and doing myself. I do not expect it to happen from one day to the other but I am willing to put the time and effort. I enjoy the topic greatly anyway so it will not feel like an effort.
* I am going to celebrate… going to sleep earlier tonight. Lately I have been waking up super early so I deserve some rest.

What I get and learned this week:
When I write things down I get out of my head and get clarity. It is easier than I thought. Even if I don't know the answers. I will find out.
Then I see it is doable, I have enough and I feel confidence that anything is possible again. Taking leadership.
I celebrate while I'm on holiday, feeling at ease and at peace.
It's good to sit back, relax and create again.
with love to all

Wrap-up
1. What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
A good overview of reasons why and concrete goals/actions regarding my expert position.
2. What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
That’s there’s a thin line (or sometimes almost none) between defining a goal and concrete actions. Plus that I might have misunderstood the question of day 2 (topics instead of characteristics or skills, the way by which many people answered this question).
3. How are you going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
Tomorrow, with a gathering of 10 befriended families.
