Thank You
For being with me in this fully-booked, one-time My VIP Product workshop.
I tremendously enjoyed sharing my insights and thoughts with you, and I could feel your energy and excitement…
That gives me a lot of hope that you will take the material and implement it, to create a very lucrative income stream for you (you might even find that you only want to deliver the VIP product and focus on fewer clients, but only the most amazing ones… who knows)… and to make a huge difference in your clients’ lives.
I would like to use this opportunity to cover a few practicalities and give you a little “thank you” gift, which I think you’re gonna like a lot…
Your Biggest Insights
I would love you to take a moment and let me/us know in the comment box below – the most important insights you got during the workshop (1, 3, 10 insights… anything you found extremely valuable).
Since it’s the first time I shared most of this material – your insights will tell me what I’ve done well and what I should have emphasized or explained better.
Also… when we all read each others insights, we might realize that we forgot an important insight, so you’re not only supporting me – but the rest of the group.
Shall I Help You Create Your Best VIP Product?
Vered and I discussed it, and agreed that it could be an amazing benefit for you – if I will, personally, help you create your VIP product, so you could have it the best it possibly can be, and… FAST.
I suggested a few ways yesterday, and we had quite a few interested people.
I need your input on that…
In the comment box below – please let me know if you would be interested in:
- Me helping you one-on-one to create the best VIP product; OR…
- Being on the hot-seat in a small group, where I help you create the best VIP product in front of the group; OR…
- Being in the small group, working under my guidance on your VIP product (you didn’t think I’m going to just let you sit and watch, did you?), while watching me doing hot seats with a few others – showing you exactly how I would develop VIP products in real life;
If you’re not interested in any of these options – that’s totally fine.
I won’t be able to have 45 people anyway…
But if you’re interested – please let me know in the comment box, so Vered and I could make a decision if we want to go into that adventure, or if I’m the only one super excited about it…

Hey Nisandeh,
Better late than never- I guess.
My top insight was the equation
Value= dream result * belief that it is possible/ time delay * effort and sacrifice.
I try to put this into a deal with a client now. And they found it irristable.
We are actively designing WOW -factors in the training.
Combined with what you said: what if I could do it by removing stuff instead of adding.
It opened up a lot of new possibilities- we are trying to build a team for this offer, so everything will be filmed and turned into an online training afterwards.
Not sure if you would still like to know in what I d be interested: in following order: 2-1-3

My biggest inside was the value for the VIP product, slowely it all comes together.
My perfect client, the perfect offer, how to get the what from theme and deliver the how.
And the fact that the offer must be irrisistable because I overdeliver.
I did the Master, now the consious end the wobm and that if information of the Business University gives me more and more clarity on what i want.
I am forced to think and rethink and create and recreate.
Thank you for that!

Hi Nisandeh, my biggest insight was your value formula. It enables me to thoroughly assess my offer through the eyes of the client. The second is, that 'fast' is more important than 'cheap or even free'.
I am interested to hear more about your small group.

Thank you for an inspirational webinar. It got me a lot of courage and inspiration. And also validation.
I had quite a few insights, but to name a couple of the most important:
1. In the Netherlands there is always a sale of some sort, so sale is not special anymore. What I always say is that lowering your prices (e.g. because a product does not sell fast enough) is a devaluation of your product. As if you think your product is not worth the price, so that is why you have to put it in the Sale. So it was not so much as an eyeopener but a validation of what I totally agree with what Nisandey said: 'A low price decreases the perception of the value'. You attract the worst customers. So, so true.
2. And something similar: If you lower you prices, your customers will be less invested.
3. Don't be a romantic. You want to earn money. Choose wisely (the massive pain of your customers. They must desperately want your product)
4. Time delay. People want instant satisfaction. Give them a positive experience as fast as possible ---> Longtime result

1. INSIGHT:
FIND OUT WHAT THE PROBLEM OF YOUR CLIENT IS.: MAKE IT CRISTAL CLEAR
I think I do know what the problem is. But it could be cristal clear. I could ask it more deaply.
1. AHA:
During my next VIP lunch, I will have a session it which I brainstorm with my VIP clients. Then I have not only the problem more clear, but also in their words from their perspective.
2. LONGTERM RESULT/SHORT TIME EXPERIENCE****
INSIGHT: I think that was one of the biggest insights. Because I was struggeling with that.
I thought they had to have short time results. That was impossible.
3. WHAT IS THE TIME, MONEY AND SACREFICE
I found out that my clients want just piece without having to worry about their kids education.
AHA:
I will make sure I have for the product I have some short time experience.
I had other more indirect insights.
I will ask my VIP clients bring clients that they believe deserve the best help.
That way I have a great continuace when the children are too old.
MY THE OFFER IN A WAY THAT THEY FEEL STUPID TO SAY NO.
This is something I really need to work on.
I had an AHA moment
Maybe I can rent a place or a small buss or something near the school of the children. It will me only mine.
But I will let the school pay for the rent, while helping their kids.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The offer:
I already made a €6000,- offer. So I know I can make a €10.000,-
I might even know people to sign for it.
I am thinking between the 1-1 and the hot seat.
The only thing is:
I have a few VIP clients. I do not know if I have enough VIP yet, as not everyone is going to say yes.

Hi Nisandeh,
Thanks for the inspiring workshop. I took part from Curacao ,so the start was for me at 3 am....
My insihgts are:1; don't be afraid to charge higher prices than your competition. 2; You can have a price difference per client 3; having a 10K client seems not possible in the veterinary small animal practice. Therefore I would want to be in a small group with you so that you can prove me wrong on the thirth insight. Or even in a hot seat if you think that is the best way.
in fact I always work with the value formula. Client comes in with a sick animal in the belief that I can treat it and wants it to be better asap and if possible without too much efford.
Because I have a very modern clinic at Curacao I charge the highest prices and I do a lot of second opinions and frequently I am people's last hope to treat their animals. I also have a specialist surgeon fly in twice a year for othopedic surgery. But in my opinion there is still a max tot the price I can charge.
25-25% of my time goes to helping stray animals of the island without profit. Thats the hobby part 😉
The undertitle of my clinic is:"prevention first" Therefore I have a healthcare plan ( semi passive income) in which people get every 3 months a free consultation health check-up for their animals and pay for the preventives against serious parasites they need for their animals. That way I find out about onsetting problems early and can start treatments/teeth cleaning/surgery before the problem is already big. So these health care plans provide me with extra work and turn over. The disadvantage is that a lot of that work needs to be done by me.
Sorry for the long explanation but I could not think of an other way to give Nisandeh munition to prove me wrong about my disabillity to get 10K clients.

Maybe I wasn’t clear, Pieter…
The €10,000 is just a name to symbolize a very lucrative price tag.
My VIP Product in the past was €25,000.
Others charge €3,000 when their next most “expensive” product is €250… (so 12 times).
What you want to do is take your most “expensive” product/service today.
Then multiply that price by 5-10 times.
Then write this new price tag on a piece of paper.
And for a few days keep brainstorming ideas what could you deliver on order to make this price tag not only accepted by your target audience, but they should ask themselves “all that? For that price?”
If you can’t come up with anything - it might be that you already charge the maximum your target audience is willing to pay… but the exercise is still worth doing because it might reveal some hidden gems you never thought of offering.
I hope that helps.

Nisandeh my online friend,
first of all , i would like to say thank you to you 100 times!!! You helped me a lot. I had bought a training of you in 10/2020. Since then i have increased my prices 2,4 times. Not only this is better for me financially but also my customers seems to pay attention more in my work.... All this happen in a bad greek economy....
About your question:
- Time Delay ( Very very very important). I had never thought it in this way.....
- To wright down all the limiting beliefs of the customers and afterwords to make a solutions list
- To make them believe that is achievable....
- How to charge high with confidence !!!
It was a Very very very important course.....
PS: I have read Kiyosaki, Tracy, Abraham, Canfield, Robbins, Eker, Dan S Kennedy..........BUT to noone of them i have found such a thing as your Business University. Thank you for one more time because with what i have learnt from you, My 5 members family and I have a better life

Thank you Nisandeh for the training, it was interesting and allowed me to see some possibilities for the future. I am not there yet, but might be in a couple of years.
My biggest insight was that I definitely need clarity on the problem I solve. I realized at the beginning of the training that I have much work to do with my current offers befoe I think on a VIP product.

Hi Nisandeh,
Tnx for the workshop. It gave me a lot of clarity and insights.
Question #1. My top insights were:
1. I don’t know enough about the other costs than money my ideal clients so that I can help them with less effort and sacrifice reach their dream results.
2. I know now what my vip product can be. I make a special 90 day program for starting citymanagers to guide them trough this first period. Not only by mentoring them, but also to build special interventions and events for the citymanager to help them start successfully developing the municipal organization and position themselves as a conscious public leader.
3. I know where to start now for developing the VIP product. (I pitched my idea yesterday and they want to give it a try!)
Question #2. I am interested in creating the best VIP product with help from you Nisandeh one-on-one and in a hotseat.

I’m working on developing the best way to support you with your VIP product and beyond.

The biggest was the system of listing all the detailed problems, finding all the solutions for these and then select them on time cost vs value for the customer. A huge work but a guarantee to have a solid and complete program.
Other insights:
- The value formula. The parts of it were known but the formula brings them together in a very clear way, which makes it much easier to apply and use.
- The order in which you normally create products BUT with the addition of what to do when you currently don't have any product.
As I am working towards a launch, the best option for me would be 2 or 3.

Hey Nisandeh,
thank you for this very insightful training!
Here are my Top 3:
Sell the destination!
How you created offers in a minute - just by stating the desination and some practicalities & price.
This was the proof that destination is all you need, if they know, like and trust you.
I was only interested in the 1:1 during the training, as I love to save time and be on point.
But I had a great brainstorm with my buddys yesterday and I saw how valueable a group is, especially when some are part of the audience.
You get immediate feedback. This is a huge extra and saves my time as I don't have to ask else where. Even if I love asking my clients. 🙂
So a good mixture would be the perfect fit for me. Actually this is what I have with DIY and WOMB 😍
I loved the 10x Test! It helps so much to allign to my 10K offer I created in DIY.
It kind of removed a mindsetblock. I am sure it now sells easier. Thanks again!
I am looking forward to your irresistible offer!

I am working on some ideas how to support you with your VIP product and beyond.
You’ll hear from me as soon as I have a clear offer.

My biggest insights:
The magic of the formula you created to define value for clients.
Deliver value is all you have to do to charge more.
For all aspect of the formula it is super helpful to make lists with problems and solutions for that.
The VIP product I have in mind is the product that is what I want to create as the base for all my products I think. I sure am interested to get to that point with further help from you Nisandeh!

My biggest insight was:
realizing that we have several different target audiences and that we need a specific and different VIP product for each of them
Additionally I realized that there is probably only one of those target audiences that is able and willing to pay the price and I also figured out who they might be and how to contact them
Altough I appreciate your offer of helping us further, we prefer to start working with what we learned and take it from there. Maybe at another opportunity.
Many thanks!

Etel, please be aware, there is no small or medium size company in the world (and only 5-10 huge multinational companies like Apple) that can SUCCESSFULLY serve different target audience.
If only one of your target audiences is able and willing to pay for a VIP product - you probably should focus on that group exclusively…
Just my 2 cents based on a very limited knowledge or understanding of your business…
2 comments

Thanks Nisandeh! That's exactly what we decided on after your workshop: focus on that specific group and develop a VIP product exclusively for them!
The other target groups will get the current product for free anyway, policy of headquarters (we are the European branch of an American not for profit organization). So it's time to get some money in to be able to continue.
And even though we do not really belong to your specific target audience, being a not for profit organization, your workshops are very, very, valuable to us.
Many thanks again!

Thank you Nisandeh for the inspiration, very well done!!!
The three most important insights yesterday were
1. Short formulation of the problem
2. Removing arguments to say no
3. The value formula.
Especially the first insight I experience as very important what that brings what I do to the essence of what I do. Really great to build the shell around it with this insight.
The WOMB confronts me with the facts that I still have a long way to go before I finish what I'm doing now. The base was not good and that means I am now renewing everything from the base. My website, target group research, the marketing, the automation, the delegation, writing a book. This now has the highest priority for me and with that I also lay the foundation for a VIP product.
It's not effective for me right now to work on a VIP product under your guidance. I am confident that the contours will automatically become visible for my VIP product due to the base. That will then be the next step to create it and gain experiences with it with the knowledge of now and that I will gain.

My favorite sentence in the whole world (honest to god, ask Vered or anyone very close to me) is:
“Everything I/we did so far is wrong…”
When my loved ones hear me saying it, they tend to freak out.
But for me - this gives so much energy, so much inspiration, so much freedom, so much creativity.
I just had it about a week ago, concerning our 600 fruit trees… 🙈
It’s not so easy to UNDO or start over now - but I’m gonna do everything “right” from now on.
We’ll see the results in a couple of years…

It was an inspiring session yesterday!!
My insights:
- There can be extra value in bigger groups.
- Giving a template for thinking supports me and others. And I can create this template.
- I have a great new product idea where people give their first training in front of a real audience.
As for developing the VIP product together. With WOMB , my commitments to creating my expert position, and being a new father, I am strained for time. So I would probably not do it on a short term. If I were to join, it would be option 3 with the possibility of being in the hot seat myself.

Thank you for that, Max…
When I’ll have clarity about how I can help you best in creating your VIP product - I’ll keep you informed.

Hi Nisandeh an Vered,
Thank you so much for the very inspiring session yesterday.
Yesterday you asked to write down three highest insights and for me thos were:
1. It (=developing VIP-product) is possible, also for me;
2. High price and high value are positively related;
3. implement, implement, implement!
And about follow-up-program:
I like the idear about a five-week-program, which Gerdy describes. and also your third option.
But definitely not at this moment because I want to focus on the tasks for this WOMB and for PersoonlijkeKracht,
and because for this year I allready made choices to spend the money on.
Thank you again.

Thank you for the great workshop you gave us yesterday Nisandeh! Very inspiring.
My most important insights I have got during the workshop are:
1. I have developped products in the good and lasting areas of Health (well being, peace and balance ) and Relationships (love and belonging).
2. If I continue implementing, I will create my expertbook and create my expertposition for VIP products
3. I want to work on vital teams at work with co trainers AND work one on one with managers and employees.
4 It is getting more relevant for me now to work together on creating business results
5. Participating in the WOMB group and this workshop helps me making the right passionate choices from within
6. I am overcoming my fears and doubt in this program about my ability to rise and shine as an expert.
7. The workshop touched me in the heart and made me feel inspired to fulfill my potential
8. I am getting to understand the WHY and WHAT of my business which helps me implementing step by step.
And about your wonderful present:
I do feel I can actively participate in option 2 or 3. These options are also a good learning opportunity for the participants in the group.
(option 2: Being on the hot-seat in a small group, where I help you create the best VIP product in front of the group; OR…
option 3: Being in the small group, working under my guidance on your VIP product (you didn’t think I’m going to just let you sit and watch, did you?), while watching me, giving hot seats with a few others – showing you exactly how I would develop VIP products in real life;
Having participated in this, I will even feel more motivated to write my expertbook soon.

First of all thanks for the workshop. It is straight talk and that alone is very helpful.
my insights:
- I'm on track
- I can keep it simple
- I can cut the great value into peaces making it once (low cost me and high value them)
- I can overdeliver without fear of anything.
second question:
I doubt because the main thing for me is to implement step by step. Knowing is not enough.
Thanks for being an example for creative solutions!

Thank you so much for these 4 inspiring and clearifying hours. I still feel the exitement of new possibilities.
Insights: I VIP some of my clients half way but do not mention that and certainly do not charge them for that.
I have an idea now how and what to do
I choose babyboomers as my public. Since i am am one.. Until now I wanted to bring my seniority to younger generations.
I can have a VIP product besides other things I do
My place in Spain and my mentoring are two enermous valuesto start with
.the insight to look for the pain. Also in the pleasure.
The insight of a complete package
The insight of doing something that gives an immediate satisfaction to the pain
To see my longterm programm in steps
The insight of how much value I can offer and make a VIP product out of it
The outcome of being a generalist. Amazing!!
The structure you offered time and time again gives me focus and new ways of thinking. Very thankful for that!!!
I would love to join a small group or one to one session. But: I do not have the money for it. I have just put all my money in my place in Spain and made debts for it. When I write this I feel a deep sadness. Pain so to say. I am almost there. Worked years. But I really do not see how to get money for a thing like that

Top insights:
1. I really liked the value formula with its 4 variables. Since others liked this as well, it could be worthwhile to drill down even further how to influence each of these variables.
2. I liked the idea of reflecting on the 10X-test, but then again: determining the "real value" (in spite of the value formula) is tough. To me (and I'm pretty sure to many clients), listing 10 equivalents to approach/solve each and every of the many partial problems wouldn't count as "adding to the cumulative value".
3. It was very relevant that you need to give clients the view on short term experiences/milestones, on their way to the end result (it reminded me of my back-then consultancy practice to give a really detailed break-down of everything I would do in the process - and why that was needed, a trick that always got me the job despite my higher price, as it made the clients see: "he really sees how to get what we want - and now we see it too"). However I'm struggling with how I would translate that to my current business.
I won't opt for the VIP co-creation offer, because I'm not yet into developing a VIP product.

To your points, Machiel…
1. Absolutely… that’s should be your number 1 priority if you do it on your own, as well as if I’ll be helping you do it.
2. I’m not sure if I explained it wrong or you got it wrong, but the 10X is something different than what you write here.
10X means that if you would put a price tag on a new product/service that is 10 times your highest price today…
What would you deliver for that amount?
3. Absolutely… great that you already had that experience.

Regarding #2: no doubt I understood it wrong. But I'd still be a bit puzzled, if/when I would have a 10-15-20-25K offer, how to determine whether I can justify the value that I'm delivering. So it would be interesting to have some yardsticks by way to measure this (which I'm not asking from you in another counter-reply, don't worry).

Helping me with my VIP product should be wonderfull, but I can not implement it right now.
I can hardly do the implementing of this training. At first I have to do some other tasks in my business. I delegate the best I can, but it is not yet the ideal situation.

The masterclass VIP product was very good, Nisandeh.
It was a lot of value for me. It changes my thinking/mindset. Many thanks.

My biggist insights are:
• Find a niche in these 3 markets: health-wealth-relationships
• Irresistible offer. We still use our basic product, but add a lot of value. We have easy possibilities to do that. I wonder why we did not do this before.
• Start/think about a 10.000 euro product. This is absolutely out of the box for me, but I have yet some ideas.
For example some kind of advisor for companies, a B2B product.

First of all: thank you again for this extremely valuable workshop, Nisandeh. I'm still dizzy AND happy because of it :-).
My biggest insights
1. I charge way too little for my 1-on-1 sessions
2. The Value Formula itself - the logic behind it
3. They want their dream, they want to trust that they can do it, they want to trust that I can do it, they want it NOW; they want to do as little as possible for it and give up as little as possible for it.
4. Thinking the other way around challenged me: what am I going to bid in value for 10k?
5. It's about my customers experiencing more value
6. My low score on the characteristics of my current clients > I work with the wrong target audience
7. Take the time to think everything through. This now costs an investment in attention and time, but then it stands and you can ask the right price for it.
Helping with the VIP Product
Yes, I am interested in #3.

Thank you Nisandeh and Break Out groups for the wonderful workshop yesterday.
I had some very practical insights about the big problem en pain my audience is in today. The story you told about how problems differ with age (this was about people looking for al partner) completed this insight. I DO understand now why my ideal client is in his or her 40's and 50's and why young professionals are not that ideal for me. They think everything will be allright with their job at the government in the future.
Another important insight for me was that I have to make an interesting A4 for the boss, who pays. As on the landingspage I describe problems my clients meet in their life, this is not what they want to share with their boss. A special A4 for bosses covers that. The effort to ask for the money becomes small.
I liked this value formula and all the steps. I need time to work them out (as Gerdy described it).
At this time I am not in for extra service, because I am just making and launching a medium end product for my audience at the moment. This group will start at 1/1/'23

Brilliant to read your insights, Ester…
What you realized about the young professionals, was the same thing I realized many years ago about startups, and the reason I chose to focus mainly on ZZPers that are already a few years in the business.
I’m exploring now a new target audience, that are starters, but with the awareness of what their blind spots are…
Thank you for sharing.

We just had a brainstorm session and it gave me the following insights for the follow up program.
What I need is NOT one day. I get too little time to process, and to talk about it with others. We took for 2 of us just the PAIN and the SOLUTION (first 2 questions) to brainstorm about it. We needed half an hour. This information was enough to go work on the next step, and after that I would need time on my own to sit for the next step, and I would like to do this with others again. maybe not with every step, but for many- it's so much easier to come up with ideas for others than for ourselves.... I find myself often stuck in a specific pattern and find it hard to get out of it. My buddies would help me with it.
So... my preference would not be a hot seat session that is in one day (or less) that I can watch or even be in. It gives me too little time to process. The reason why I love the WOMB so much is because it gives me every day/ week a different assignment and I work on that. At first even this was overwhelming, but now I am starting to get in the rhythm and getting so much out of it.
So.. ideally, for me the next step would be:
make a program of 5 weeks, where we do one step in every week. Come up with my own ideas first, then process it with my buddies and then preferably get some feedback from you on it.
No need for live sessions with you this way.

Thank you Gerdy for this comment. I am enthousiastic about idea of having a 5 week program, braking down the steps, and have time to work on each step. Each step with feedback from Nisandeh and from the group.
And perhaps we can do some preparation work so it will be all about implementing! 💪

Working on my ideas how to support those who want my personal attention.
Gonna take your ideas into my thinking process.
Thank you, Gerdy, for thinking aloud.

Thank you Nisandeh, I LOVED the extra bonus about creating the VIP product!
About 2 weeks ago I asked Nisandeh a question about filling my retreat that starts next week. After yesterday's session I felt really excited and I sent out an email to everyone on my list, giving a last opportunity to join. I promoted my retreat as a VIP product and used several tips from the zoom session. Within 1 hour I had 2 extra people sign up for the retreat!! Plus 4 messages from people saying that they can not come this year but they would love to join next year if I would do another one😀!
My biggest insights:
1. The value formula was the best! I used to be a business controller (feels like a previous life) so this makes so much sense to put it this way.
2. Long term dream outcome vs short term results. I can not offer them a short solution if they want an amazing connection with their horse and learn how to increase strength and flexibility, which is the LONG term dream outcome of my ideal clients (this is often a life time journey). For some this might be overwhelming so they don't start at all. I need to give them SHORT term results, like 'how to stop your horse from pulling on the line or running over you' or 'the number 1 thing you need to know to shift your horses weight to get him/her more balanced' or '3 steps to the heart of your horse'. I can make short videos, blogs or even lead magnets out of these short term results.
3. Make them believe that it is possible for them. I often hear 'I'm too old, my horse can not do this, I don't have an arena etc'. In my email I 'tackled' several of these objections with my own example and written testimonials from (older) people (with challenging horses) who have worked with me.
4. Let them feel that they feel stupid when they don't take your offer. I would say 'they would feel SORRY' when they don't take it, because I don't like the word stupid. I added a great bonus (1:1 session after the retreat) and mentioned in my email that next year's retreat will be more expensive, but that this retreat still has 2 spots😄.
5. Tell them about the DESTINATION, not about the FLIGHT! In this email I talked mainly about the results they would get after spending 5 days with me and my horses.
I learn so much from Nisandeh by listening to the examples and then 'translate' it for my business. I would opt for a small group where Nisandeh helps someone in a hot seat session. But it would depend on the offer and the timing, as I get a lot of value out of following WOMB and I have still a huge list of actions from the past weeks. I'm a bit in overwhelm myself so I need some integration time...

This is amazing, Lucie…
A prime example of speed of implementation.
Please take the next sentence with the positive, empowering intention behind it…
I’m really proud of you for doing it…
Keep up the good work.

1. My biggest insights:
* If you price is too low, people won't believe you anymore. (and it also has to do with time, I think- I put too many goals for one session)
* the value formula was very valuable: I need to know more about their dream result, and I really loved to think about how I can make their effort and sacrifice as small as possible.
* Use epic exercises to already give them results/ an experience upfront- before they even start
* Find the problems they will encounter when they actually buy it.
Am I interested in the follow up? Yes. I think one on one is not within my budget, but a training where you are doing a hot seat would be, if I get the time after each part of the hot seat to work on my program. To me what would be key is that at the end of whatever you are delivering, I have a finished product with all the parts worked out. So it can't be done in an evening.

Dear Nisandeh,
Infinite thanks for the wonderful and brilliant workshop!
Hereunder the answer to your questions:
My Biggest Insights
1. The Morals of Price
* Price is a moral issue and we have our morals backwards.
* A value proposition that stays "just above the water" ruins us as entrepreneurs, our clients, the market and turns the economy mediocre.
* Premium Prices move!, Price needs to sting. Premium price is THE WAY to create and deliver true value for everyone involved.
2. The Value Formula
* The variables in the formula are FOR THEM(target audience), NOT for me
* What makes people stop is the Lack of Believe
* "When dividing by zero, the value is infinite". The power of thinking ahead, easing and solving all their problems along the way, IS the greatest VALUE.
3. It takes 60 seconds to come up with the greatest ideas!!!
Topics I wish to have further explanation/ clarification
1. Ways/strategies to find out the Dream Results of our Target Audience. Can we apply the system: Find out what THEY want of our ideal clients?
2. The fourth step of Creating the VIP product is not clear to me after reading my notes. I wrote down two instructions for the same point:
a) Find out what I am going to provide in exchange for money
b) Find how to take the same solution and deliver it in many ways
Is it first a) and then b)?
If so, I am a bit confused because step Nr. 5 is: Cut down the solutions into the most effective ones and choose. The logical order is not making sense to me.
It would be great if you could clarify steps 4 and 5.
Shall You Help Me Create Your Best VIP Product?
I am unpatiently waiting for THE offer that is soooo irresistible that I would feel stupid to say No 😉
