As the Working ON My Business program is getting closer to its end, as well as 2022 – it’s time to begin shifting your focus from the past and the present (which we focused on in the last 22 weeks)… to the near future… Year 2023.
This week, we’re going to focus on coming up with NEW ideas to experiment with during the first months of 2023.

Day 2
New ideas for marketing/strategies for 2023:
1. Use advertisements via fb / insta / LI
2. Post more videos, short ones for insta.
3. Post videos on YouTube channel
4. Generate more leads so that the mailing list grows and I can offer my new product(s).
5. Generate new giveaway to attract new leads. This may be something about bowel complaints themselves. And when I think of my new ideal clients, the healthcare professionals, I can think more of a video as a giveaway, a short training or a checklist
6. New funnel for the new leads
7. Fill as soon as possible for a long-term on-site training with customers who can buy it for a reasonably low price. The final price will be much higher. That way I already have customers for that training and I can arrange and pay for the location. This way I know that I have at least enough customers for the room/location and the new customers can get to know me in that way, so that they are more likely to get a purchase further training.
8. Make a nice follow-up offer after a training.
9. If you don't buy further training then do a downsell
10. Approach future customers personally instead of advertisements, for example via email, telephone and DM. And tell them I have a nice workout for them.
11. On social media, focus mainly on future ideal customers so that I can get in their sights.
12. Giving a webinar for a reasonably normal price and then making an offer for membership

14. Use testimonials much more often on my website, social media and in emails

I am going to develope a training where I learn school teachers to work with games and exercises to train CF of there students
The training I want to give it in May before the holidays kick in.
During the Christmas holidays I go through my mailing list and compile a list of possible interested parties.
In January and February I will start blogging on LinkedIn 2 x pw and then I will announce an online free info evening in early March before the end of March and then I will offer an e-book in exchange for the email address containing a top 10 of the most common games that help lower CF.
I will then approach the people who are on the list, who have responded for the info evening and who have downloaded the e-book, for the training that will last 3 days and where the quick decision maker is cheaper.

Strategic plan: very happy with this step. For the book:
1. From Jan 16 I will start making calling appointments again for the new book. This will be my focus for the first 6 months.
2. Next Friday I have a session together with my sister for the disc frontend.
3. I will start filming also beginning of January. This will work as follows: I will create 12 videos each time, and start posting once a week. If I feel that I can do more, I will up my game and post twice a week- also because I think the interviews will give me so much insight and lots of new questions.
4. The frontend will only be for the second half of 2023.

Day 5
Today (Sunday) I did a Body Awareness session with 160 people during an 'open day'. It was just 20 minutes, but it was really cool to get such a big group feeling into their body and realize how their breathing, weight, energy and heart coherence can affect their horse.
I will create and organize a live Body Awareness workshop with a small group of people in January 2023. I will ask someone to film it and then create an online course out of it. I will ask someone else to make illustrations of some of the exercises that can serve as a lead magnet. Then I will make a list of people who offer horse related products or services if they want to offer my lead magnet (booklet with body awareness exercises) to their audience for free. It will have a download link so I can follow up and offer them the recorded body awareness online course. I can offer the affiliate a commission.

I will definitely use the you tube story.
Weekly answering questions and making videos with name for the consumer. This week it occurred to me how little youth still knows how to make a bicycle when you used to make your father's. Sticking a tire or tensioning a chain. Now there is a shortage of staff soon companies will close because they have no staff. This indicates shortages at bicycle repair shops and shortages on the labor market.
More and more often that this is worth it, the bicycle repairman works hard for the brands and invests a lot and the high margin does not seem to have much left. In addition to the fact that people do not dare to ask much for repair and maintenance, many of them are not entrepreneurs, they are mechanics. They can key and are not a marketer.
This does reach me and would like to share knowledge, only they think they know and the pain is not very enough and I can learn this separately that I don't have to solve the other person's problem.
Companies do come forward that want me to test their product and the role of influencer is increasingly coming my way. I don't quite like the word yet. Consulting past me more. I don't know if anyone has a different view on what I actually do 🙂

The second month will be on social media, taught by an instagram influencer.
The third month will be on improving you presentation, taught by a toastmasters expert.

In March 2023, I found a printer for the maps and will add them to the process from booking by the customer to the achieving of the holiay. This will provide an extra experience and WOW effect to the customer. The biweekly action offer: during 2023, it should be possible to offer a new package trip at least once every 2 weeks. Day 3, 4 & 5 Product, Strategy and plan
We have two products we will develop in 2023: the English translation of our set of cards and our new program for Product Owners. This will be our focus for at least the first half year.
In addition, we have started talks with the initiators of a guild to possibly take over.
We will be recording all trainings, workshops and Q&As. With this we can then put these parts online, both via a paid platform and via, for example, Youtube and LinkedIn. We will be fully using the free channels from January.
It is also my idea to ask the participants of our free workshops for a reference. We then use these to raise awareness of our frontend for the Product Owners program.

- In the first quarter of 2023 I will combine Linked in video in series with free monthly entrance front end webinars (in zoom) through my website (like, trust, buy). And I will develop a back end with guest experts on aspects of stress (brain, food, health).
To use Linked in properly I will do an online linked in training in december 22.
- And in the first half of 2023 I will use my you tube channel to produce Q&A video vlogs (sometimes with guests) and blogs and my expertbook on stress and burnout prevention, especially for parents.

• On the Quick Scan Tool: In Q1 I’ll develop this tool, in Q2 I’ll develop a generic case-study to show its purpose, use and possibilities. Next to this in Q2 write a white paper on the tools and what is solves. In Q3 will give one or more workshops and show demonstrations. In Q4 offer the service of interested clients.
• On the YouTube channel: In Q4 this year and Q1 next year do the YouTube and make a newsletter plan for April, May, June and July/August. Make first newsletter in Q1 and sent out the first week of April 2023.

Already on it. Because building 'my brand' meaning who am I as a person and as a company is a priority for 2023. It all starts with writing down my core qualities/ the core qualities of my companies. What is important. What am I proud of, what must/can I improve. I have had an offer to make some kind of bible for my company that I can use as a reference. But I think I have to write it myself. It can be useful to have an objective view from someone who is not attached to me/ my company. But in the end I have to do it myself.
So first thing I am going to do is make that list, but also name the pitfalls. Because by recognizing the pitfalls I can work on it.

So much is happening. I am really excited to start the new year. Working out ideas and finding matching marketing tactics.
What I find most important for 2023: (MY) Brand Storytelling. Up till now I primarily concentrated on the brands I sell. Every brand/product has a story to tell. But in 2023 I will tell more about the 'brand' Ditha Bonita. I think it is important people get to know the concepstore/person behind the brands I offer.

Since my brain kept on ‘working’ on this idea I think I found my irresistible offer. (Which is new)
Parents kept on telling me that they prefer individual coaching instead of group training ( or coaching)
I want to put training together with individual moments and implementation time afterwards.
I called parents to hear their opinions and if it would be fitting to their problem.

- In 2023 I will combine Linked in video in series with free monthly entrance front end webinars through my website (like, trust, buy). To use Linked in properly I will do an online linked in training in december.

– Create a strategic plan on how AND when you will develop & implement this product/service AND marketing strategy/tactics in 2023. I usually give myself a trial period of 6-12 months, set goals I'll try to achieve the necessary resources for it and to dedicate.
Discussed a plan with my other half today for next year.
Step 1 Find out at which companies the contacts work and create a new group
Step 2 ask them if they want to tell them their birthday so they get a surprise.
Step 3 Record a birthday message with Vanessa to send
Step 4 On their birthday, send the birthday message in a message with a ready message that they can use for their work. The content of this is that I would like to visit their organization with a free session on how they can improve something within their organization.
Step 5 an assignment they have to complete as preparation before I come.
Step 6 Set a date for my visit to them.
Step 7 Explore with them what is going on and what is possible.
Step 8 Make an offer that is irresistible.
