I went from thinking about to deciding and implementing. I decided on the business model, the positioning from different products and the company itself. And we are fixing the last bits from the dev/automation testing it live with lients who said they were interested.
I can now start to focus on marketing and start plugging in all the pieces from the last months.
I've movrd to a new level of expertise. Thats cool. I've also decided on my dreamteam of experts. They will be my implementation partners. It's such a relief to finally dare to do it my way.
It's got to do with being ok to be a leader. To own the role. By no longer wanting to proof anything. I don't need anybody's permission. It is ok to inspire others and to speak my message. It's ok to go slow but steady. It is not the expert who builds what might not be doable. As a celebration this week, I took a weekend off and did nothing but owning it all.

What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
LOVED this session. It got me so much clarity! Even though I worked on it already a lot, i think it got even clearer in this week. Not so much for me, but for other people. I posted it on LinkedIn though and didn't get any response. Shame.
What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
that sometimes I need more time for one question. And that I should take it.
The WHY from other weeks is also still going on. It helped me to gain clarity on my trainings, and that helped me in shaping them. Context over content baby!
What were the biggest insights you got during the Hot Seat session?
Making things easier instead of simpler. Always look at how i can make it simpler, and simpler, and simpler.
How are you going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
I am NOW going in the garden with coffee and cake and enjoy the sun and do NOTHING. Not my strongest point:)

Friday was suddenly late.
I am still tweaking and writing last weeks/ this weeks assignment. I love it. Was also great with the buddies.
Proces: pen down and write as if you say it. That worked best for me.
Hot seat: insight- The WOMB is about shifting patterns. I slowly shifted from daily to twice a week. I will change that back again to daily.
Also, with presentations etc- always be higher than the rest- in energy, tone of voice, standing (-to sitting), stage, sitting more straight up- take a position as a leader. People don't buy from someone like them.
And, reminder: what is the shortest way to get there. With the expertise to do this thoughtproces a couple of times. Method to simplify. This is great to deepen the : what if I could solve this by doing less/ what would I do if I could do this working just 2 hours a week.
I very consciously cooked every evening this weekend as a celebration. And I took the whole weekend off.

Oh I forgot the hot seat session:
It is hard to choose but I loved how you re-positioned Logan’s business.
It is always the solution, the result for the costumer, not the method.
I am looking forward to what he is making out of it! 🤩

This week was all about overcomming fear.
I am giving a talk which is in English and even if I am often in stage I was terrified because of the language.
I did a lot of great work - thank you Vered!
And last weeks topic was a reminder to me - this is what I always can count on, knowing exactly what I am here for.
This will also help for my talk.
I celebrated with decluttering my workspace and writing a new upgrade-List. Yes - this is fun to me and a new Monitor is a perfect treat. 🤩

What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
Still finishing ... update will follow.
What were the biggest insights you got during the Hot Seat session?
* insights Nisandeh told us allready often but I understand it a little bit more again:
=> improving the habit from working ON my business Every day certain amount of time;
=> and not thinking that I have to work immediately on those aspects IN my business; which makes my 'caseload' during the week very big;
=> everything depends on Vision.
How are you going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
This weekend was no weekend of celebration unfortunately. The energy in the family was very heavy, due to a completely unexpected but very complicated challenge which popped up last friday. Due to high intentions, real love and respectfull communication I think we survived. That's something to celebrate.
I think this time I'll do a celebration completely on my own during the week.
And we walked in very nice-smelling wood today, in the sun, and will have a fresh meal this evening with our two sons.
And nice message last friday evening:
I was to late with subscribing for january.
But I invited my daughter and she wants to join me. She has her own starting business in horses and coaching and it's growing.
I might take next chance when it happens. I never want to persuade another person to join but this time we talked about the training in a very natural way and her response was very enthousiastic.

Apologies Gerdy I wasn't aware.
I'll wait, with Irene, for next opportunity. And I last friday was not my best energy.
At least this is my first experience with a child being really interested in nisandeh.com.
Kind regards, Lucie

Last week was a week of good insights.
We did a makeover of our homepage: https://ceskysight.nl/
Alle the questions are answered:)
I think the about us page, answered also the most questions.
But is was more: The questions and answers are also very important for our newsletters and soc. media.
We try to put an aswer in every newsletter now. So far so good.

What have I learned and what has it brought me?
That who I am who I help and why can be communicated even better and more tightly. I have updated my LinkedIn bio.
I feel that I am more and more confident in my shoes because of this. I notice that I am often asked what I actually do (because I sold my practice in May) and I can now say much more easily that I train healthcare professionals and why.
My insights during the Hot Seat Session is mainly
- When ideas are first, ask whether it yields something for the business, otherwise it can be done with the 'idea box' or the 'long-term goal list'
- That sentences can be formulated shorter and sharper. So read and read again.
- Clearly give my statement at a meeting with potential customers and at the end give a few take-aways or a template so that they can get started immediately
- Ask a lot of questions to the potential clients for a higher commitment
Last week I did all the assignments. I am nog behind any more.
I even did the ATQ twice: on instagram and on facebook. Now I know even more what is going on with my potential customers (I didn't do it for my ideal clients). And it has become even clearer to me that a live on social media is not necessary for my ideal clients . And that the choice I made by letting the ordinary consumer go more and more and opting more for the healthcare professional is a good choice.
Yesterday afternoon I went to work out for a long time and this afternoon I bought myself a beautiful ring as a present.

What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
That I am on the right track and still not there totaly but gain more and more confidence.
What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
During the Hot Seat Nisandeh rememberd me of the why do what he wants us to do and he is so right. Sure omplementation is important but working on your business every dat for 10/15 minutes brings you so much more. It forces you to think.
What were the biggest insights you got during the Hot Seat session?
That structure is so important and the moment I let go I start to whirl and loos what I need to do and will bring me where I want to be.
How are you going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
In 2 weeks I will have a new color analysis as my hair completly changed and as a reaward I will go shopping for new business clothes wich will be fitting the new me.
Sunday I will go for a swimm and relax my body in the water

Day 4: Where? we will take you to places from which you will come back as reborn. All together we wil place the W's of this week on our new website under about us.
Biggest insight from yesterdays hotseatsession:
1. properly explain to clients how you work, as this will save people from wrongly thinking you can do something for them.
2. if customers take 1 step in the right direction, the rest will come too, but you have to persevere.
3. you can derive a new business model from franchising by doing it completely your own way.

WEEK 17 - CELEBRATION
Let me start by saying here that I am very proud of and grateful for the growth I have experienced. I feel not the same as I did four months ago. Everything I've done in my life thus far has led to this point. I now know who I am, what I want and what my purpose in life is, what I am here for on Earth. And that is where my commitment now lies.
What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
* A clear view on my WHY, my vision and my purpose.
What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
* That being different is big part of positioning, so that’s exactly why being myself is the right way. I am not going to hide nor adapt anymore.
What were the biggest insights you got during the Hot Seat session?
* That it is okay to work from a vision bigger then myself.
* Again: that context is more important than content.
* Again: everything I communicate needs to serve a purpose.
* That focussing on one strong take-way is the best thing to do at this stage.
* That I am not ‘one of them’ but a leader. I will lead in my own way though.
* That I can receive signals from the participants to clarify whether THEY want a step between the living room session and the VIP Retreat or not.
How are you going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
* By really listening to myself and do what I need for my inner health and take a nice long bath.

1. What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
It gave me rest and peace inside. because I have more clarity about my positioning, vision and mission and businessgoals.
2. What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
When I listen to my innervoice, the right gutfeeled-answers are there: coming from deep within. it is loud and clear who I am and what I want to do to make a difference,
3. What were the biggest insights you got during the Hot Seat session?
I was not able to attend this meeting as I told you in advance.
4. How are you going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
Have a small autumn- holiday- "start up"-party with family and some friends tonight.

What did I get out of this week's assignment?
Clarity on my positioning
2 requests for support based on a short introduction somewhere.
What I learned?
Be precise. Make sure everything has a purpose
Biggest insight from yesterday evening
To have a purpose for everything I communicate. I stopped myself talking in an explanation several times today, because saying more made it more vague.
Celebration
Tomorrow is Pokemon Go Community day. I will be strolling around Amsterdam with a friend and have fun playing the game.

This was an intense week and went very deep. That was also necessary to position yourself concisely. A nice approach from specialist, human, expert and where you want to take your customers as the ultimate goal.
The statement in the video that it doesn't matter where you take your customer or yourself, touched me very deeply. I discovered that I know that place where I want to take my clients. This also gives a lot of confidence.
It was nice and valuable to discuss this with my buddies this morning. I am happy and proud with the result in which I recognize myself and I am curious whether my customers will recognize themselves in this. I think that's still exciting and that's why I'm curious about the feedback from you. I really long for a success to bring in a new customer.
I was positively surprised yesterday and started blushing when Nisandeh said my description had touched him. Thank you Nisandeh, that meant a lot to me.
A week to end with gratitude and celebrate with a nice lunch with the two of us, Vanessa and I.

I learned a lot during the zoom meeting yesterday. In particular about making offers. Nisandeh, thanks for this. From here I would like to add something to that. For the people who don't know me: During my career I have had a lot to do with sales reps; I managed sales teams and later developed sales training as a trainer. And this is my observation:
Sales reps like to hear a “yes” from their customer. What happens is that at a too early stage, so out of context, the customer is asked if he/she wants a quote. 99 out of 100 a customer/prospect responds positively with “yes fine”. The sales rep puts all his/her creativity and wisdom into the quote, sends it in and thinks (merely hopes) that the quote sells itself…. Well, it doesn't. SALE TAKES PLACE AT THE TABLE!
A quote is no more than a summary of what you have agreed with the customer during the sales meeting; what the customer has indicated they want, including the budget. If a customer cannot say “yes” to this or makes too great a reservation, then no quotation (yet). So your work as a sales rep is not finished yet.
What the customer must and wants to read in the quotation is nothing more and nothing less than what has been discussed earlier. No surprises in the offer! The only surprise (and it MUST be in it) is your discount or extra free bonus. Over deliver remember? So don't talk about a discount during the sales conversation.
This approach saves a lot of time and disappointment for you as well as for your customer.

Thank you Rudolph.
Question, do you mean that during a conversation with a potential customer you tell what he / she wants and what you can offer for a certain amount, you send the offer / quotation and with what you send that you do a discount and so not during the conversation you had with your potential customer? (I can learn from this too)

Yes Sigrid, if I understand your question right, you keep your discount for the 'offerte'. Price and what your client gets for his money is what you discuss with your client during the meeting. The conversation with your client ends with an accordance about that. Discount might help as a buying motive but is subject after that accordance. People don' t buy because of the discount.

What I got out of this week assignment.
That I find it very hard to possition myself and that I feel like not being honest when I tell people where I will bring them.
Because I don't know if I will.
And I have done this kind of exercise dozens of times before and I always end up bumping into this.
That that 'big promis' is just nothing more. A big promis. And everybody knows that in most cases it isn't true, but the few % that does become succesfull that are the ones whe all show on socila media and say: "You see?"
What I Learned.
Nothing new.
Biggest insights.
No insights.
How will I celebrate?
That's private.

Hi Paul,
While reading your post I think you did learn something. Something very important, and that is that you don't want to bullshit your client. I recognize that. As a trainer I used to promise my clients heaven on earth. ".... if you come out of my training you feel at ease and comfortable when you present for groups like never before.....". Of course nobody can promise that result, but like many other coaches and trainers do, I also did promised that result.
Nowadays I look from a different angle at my work. And I still do promises to a client. When they come out of my training or coaching they know exactly how to prepare for a presentation, how to communicate with groups and how to deal with obstacles and discomfort. And that's my promise. Most of the time what they experience is that they felt at ease and comfortable during their presentation. So they tell me.
Now perhaps you also can look from a different angle at what you mean for your client and what promises you can make. Promises that you stand for and you can fulfill. I hope this helps you a bit further.

What a wonderful words Rudolph. I also hope it will helps you Paul. When I read your post I had the feeling if you are feeling lost.
Don't give up. Just do and believe in yourself. You are good in the way you are. And maybe it is a time for a switch. .....

Hi Sigrid,
Yes, feeling lost. I haven't worded it like that before, but that actualy very acurate.
Time for a switch.
But in what direction if you're lost? 😉

Hi Paul
I think it will come to you of you give it a change.
Listen to your heart. Listen to your gut.
Listen to what people say about you. And what they ask you.
And most of all, listen to yourself. Who do you wanna be? What do you wanna do / have done in your life? What makes you happy? And with whom?
I believe that living a nice life that you love and besides that doing some businesss is better that the other way around.
Maybe you need a break. Meditate. Breath in and breath out.
Also hug from me
