Hi, I’m Sigrid and I am an expert and a specialized dietitian in the field of abdominal pain and intestinal complaints.
I am the author of the book ‘Belly Happy, You Happy! Get rid of your stomach ache in 5 steps with the unique and effective S.M.I.L.E. method” and co-author of the low FODMAP diet basic book and owner of Fodmap Foodies.
From my dietitian practice I have already guided hundreds of people with abdominal pain. Since childhood I have suffered from abdominal pain, intestinal cramps, flatulence and constipation due to a so-called irritable or spastic bowel. After various courses such as orthomolecular therapy, Nutrition & Dietetics and the international FODMAP course for dieticians, I finally found out what I am sensitive to and why! Since then I have been virtually symptom free!
My dream has been to publish my own book for years and I did that in 2017. In the book ‘Belly happy, you’re happy!’ I like to share my knowledge and experience, and I especially emphasize possibilities and positivity, so that you too discover how to get rid of your complaints and feel good about yourself and start laughing!
Because with the unique and effective S.M.I.L.E. method you get rid of your stomach pains and other intestinal complaints. Belly happy and you happy!
So my mission is to let everybody with complaints in the stomach and belly know that there is a solution and you can live a happy life!
