  1. THIS IS WHAT I GOT OUT OF THIS WEEK's ASSIGNMENT
    Like all the assignments throughout the year, this too was a confronting but very welcome assignment.
    It is a very powerful exercise to write all the areas down which need attention. And it is going to be absolute amazing once all the areas of attention have been solved. It will free up so much energy and creative force opening new doors of opportunities. I will be looking ahead instead of being held back.

    THIS IS WHAT I LEARNED FROM THIS WEEK's PROCESS
    I learned that I can trust my subconscious mind to answer my questions. Having eliminated so many areas this past year I though I had little to nothing to say but once I'd set the timer and put pen to paper, my mind just popcorned all the areas of attention without any difficulties. Diving the areas into the 3 groups also appeared to be an easy exercise as my subconscious mind had a clear idea of the category of each item.

    THIS IS WHAT I HAVE DONE TO CELEBRATE MY COMPLETION OF THE WOMB WEEK
    I went to Amsterdam for a lovely FLOATING session at KOAN FLOAT at the HERENGRACHT 321 with a dear childhood friend of mine. Afterwards we when to have lunch and to enjoy the NEGEN STRAATJES. It was a lovely day.

  2. What did I get out of this week's assignment?
    - That I've tried a lot on social media (posts, ads), Groupon/Social deal etc. but it didn't bring me any notable results.
    - That I've tried to manage my time better by hiring 'experts' like a social media manager, SEO/SEA agency and a VA. This costed me a lot of money with very few to none ROI.
    - I understand more why I've lost focus on my business. Because lately it feels like a struggle and spending much money on ways to grow, that didn't bring results is very disappointing. Besides the need of better time management, I think this is the main reason of my procrastination on the business.
    This brought me to the need and urgency of reinventing my business in a way it will fit my private life as a fulltime working single parent.

  3. This week's assignment has shown me again what the meaning of focus is. I have to stop doing the things that don't work so that I have more time for the important things.
    Even though it is sometimes difficult decisions that you have to make, on the other hand it also gives peace and space.

    This week's teaching method is another good example of how you can look at an issue in a structured way. That helps me enormously and I am immediately looking at how I can use it in my own work with clients.

    The celebration this week was not very special. After I had finished the week, I mainly had a relaxed evening and had some one-on-one time with our youngest daughter, which was very nice.

    That there is still enough that I can do to make my life and working process more better and less clutterd.

    2. What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
    That stay in line with the structure is so important for me, when ever I do the succes comes by it self because it motivates me to reacht my goals

    3. How are you going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
    Wachting the movie The Never Ending Story.

  5. What did I get out of this week?
    How this proces is al about my mind fucking and how to delete that.

    What did I learn...that I can recover is by a change of habits.

    celebration: dinner with two of my kids. (prepare a really nice meal)

  6. This week showed that repetition is important. I talked to more people and no I got serious help to find a va.

  7. This week was confronting as many weeks before. Old habits have to be terminated to leave room for others or newer / better once. This is for sure becoming a decoupling point for the new way of working and who knows the new me.
    My today happiness is all the celebrating I need. Only reserving time is still something else than doing it. Bigger celebrations ahead.

  8. * What I got from this week’s assignment?
    A sense of exhaustion and disappointment: what doesn’t work is my whole business so I temporarily stopped the only service I sell (mastermind groups).
    * What I learned from doing this week’s process
    I learned that offering back to back trimestral mastermind groups is tiring, for me and for them as some participants have been with me already 9 months non stop. I will probably offer Trimester 1 Jan-Feb-Mar, Trimester 2 Apr-May-Jun, Trimester 3 Sep-Oct-Nov and will rest December and July-Aug.
    * How am I celebrating?
    Nothing to celebrate really, I got sick due to stress and exhaustion and I am actually just recovering.

  9. It feels so good to celebrate!

    1. From this week’s assignment I got a leaner home through decluttering exercise AND a plan to get rid of my worst habit.

    2. From doing this week’s process I learned that getting lean requires sometimes to empty myself completely and start from scratch. Life is too short but there is always time to reinvent oneself.

    3. I am going to celebrate by having a movie evening with popcorn, wine and cheese 🍿🍷🧀 😋

  10. What I have got out of this week is that I gave myself a far better treatment then I have done for quite some time. And I took some important steps to experience less pressure in my financial obligations
    I learnend to be more selective in how to become visible

  11. What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
    Renember and undertake action in decluttering. After finances, I'll go on with other area's of live and business and plan it regularly and ongoing in my agenda.

    What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
    Decluttering is essential to be able to make focus maximum. I know, but Iove to put focus and action on it.

    How are you going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
    Tomorrow, I'm going to the annual day of 'Persoonlijke Kracht' meeting a lot of colorfull people educated in the same method. Subject of the day is focus in relation to business, looking at 2023.

  12. WEEK 20 - CELEBRATION

    What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
    -> I FINALLY started to declutter! It has been on my 'to do' list for so long, but I have been procrastinating this because it is so much that I never started. It is so good to have an overview of what actually needs decluttering. It's what Vered said as well, spend every day half an hour to 1 hour on decluttering and organizing. It will bring so much peace of mind.

    What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
    -> Loved your answer to my question on Wednesday. Things change, people change, systems change. It's important to take time out for real important life questions and reflections. Also better to have a small but active list than many people on my list who are not opening my emails.
    How are you going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
    -> There is a nice boutique shop near my house and I saw an expensive pullover hanging in the window. Passed it several times this week and today I walked in and bought it, together with a beautiful wool/silk sjawl.

  13. What is get out of this week, is that is a briljant way toe declutter. The things I have to declutter are harvested and planned.

    What I learned is that I will schedule it at least one time a year. And that the three ways to look at your personal stuff and business is very helpful.

    The Q&A session this Wednesday was very rich and all your answers, Nisandeh helpt me a lot thinking about my life and business (nextlevel).

    I am not sure how to get the most out of the blogging. I will think about a complementary question next week about CTA etc. And also if it works the same voor de CTA for FAQ YouTube video’s.

    The way I will celebrate my progress is to eat (again) with the love of my life Miranda. See you all next week.

  14. What have I learned this week? That it is good to occasionally reflect on things in my business that do not work or do not work well, and that do not yield or yield bad results. Especially compared to the 'effort' I give.

    This also makes me understand more that it is important to spend more time on both the nice customers/clients, actions and strategies that matter. Which really pay off in money and or results for me and my customers.

    And that it's fine - even if isn't it easy - to stop or adjust certain things.

    And also what Nisandeh says: Life is too short!

    And I know all about that. My parents have both passed away in the last 2 years and they have not lived the ideal life they wanted to live. I intend to enjoy more and work more with nice people. And also what doesn't work really do less or not do more.

    So enjoy life and business life more....!

    So how I am gonna to celebrate?
    Still after all this weeks i find this not easy. I tend to give myself little presents 🙂 ... but do nothing at all is also a present for me.

    1. People who are dear and lost to you with the reminder that they have not lived the life they want will be painful for you. I think everyone recognizes this and is an encouragement to make choices that matter.

  15. WEEK 20 - CELEBRATION

    * What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
    A sense of relieve.

    * What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
    That I should make time on a regular basis to see what is to be eliminated. I have scheduled this in my agenda on a quarterly basis now, every third day of every third month.

    * How are you going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
    The celebration will be tomorrow, right after my very first Huiskamersessie of De Wijsheid van 50+. Five women are participating. I am very excited! I will celebrate by having a glass of good port wine all on my own, with some mediation music on.

    Next Monday I leave for Portugal to buy a small house with a friend of mine to rent out. It will be so much fun and I will be celebrating that too. We will have plenty of opportunities for that.

    Ofcourse I keep on participating in WOMB next week to the best of my abilities. See you then.

  16. The most important insight for me is that there is only one way that works for me and that is personal contact. As soon as my first book is printed, I will take it to a well-chosen network meeting. With podcast I also manage to get in touch with new people personally and from January 2023 I will start my Youtube campaign to show my 'face'. I share this with my thinned mailing list and on LinkedIn and that's all from now on.

    So all other activities keep me away from this and that connects with my main insight. I will use everything that contributes to these three tasks.

    My focus for the coming year has therefore become very clear and well-arranged. Thank you Nisandeh!

    1. Marcel, that’s exactly the way I feel. Many people say that I should go for a big audience first, like with the classic funnel where you loose a part of them with every step in the proces. But I don’t like that. I want to connect right away. I feel we can attract the right people if we stay true to ourselves. Good luck with your book and podcast!

    A clear outline for a plan to simplify, focus, and systemize.

    That it is silly (learning fee I guess) not to do / have done what is so obvious, and what I’ve known (on the cognitive level) for years.

    I’m preparing an extensive gift for somebody tomorrow, and doing that gives me very good joy.

    - More light on how I want to approach the new business

    - That I don't want to fall in the trap of sharing yet another method without a clear target audience
    - That there's a good way to avoid that - by picking a HUGE advantage of the method, a SMALL audience and INTERVIEWING THEM

    - Lots of rest, sleep, nature and a 1,5 week retreat.

    I dare to look honest to myself, not running or hding, just honoust selfreflexion.

    2. What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
    Write down an answer after regular reflexion and implement into actions, no mindfucking about it!

    3. How are you going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
    Go to a sauna and enjoy water, relaxation and a good meal!

    Anyway
    First of all, Vered, thank you for the coaching. I did the extra assignment/ reflection (with the idea generator etc) you proposed. Everything on the negative side were stuff about 'perfectionism'- which I understood by myself- are working in favor of separation. Starting my daily routines and rituals. I will be a bigger person.

    What I got out of this assignment is a deeper understanding of what doesn't help in my life/ business. So the strategy basically is: hell yeah, or no.
    And be strict with that. Also, it is coming together- WOMB week 1 till now. I will delegate, eliminate and automate as much as I can. We need to find the WOW , et cetera.

    I learned that I need to focus and say goodbye to all the rest: choose and follow up. I am really excited about the three things I want to focus on for the next months. To make that program as valuable to the clients as possible- and learn from that.

    Celebrate: I am going to schedule holidays for the next 6-9 months with my partner. That is also a thing that was not working in my life, so double fun. I am really looking forward to taking a bath, so that will be my second celebration. Then I did some decluttering today already: and that is a celebration (and relief) in itself!

    What also worked for me this week was staying in the rhythm and rabbit of doing the WOMB first (or second) thing in the morning- so that reminder some weeks back helped a lot!

  21. What did you get out of this week’s assignment

    What I got out of it was that reviewing what you are doing is saving time.

    It’s good to be critical and make uncomfortable decisions.

    I’m going to be celebrating this week by taking time alone and be quiet.
