  1. What did you get out of this week’s assignment?

I learned that when I get stuck it's ok to leave it for a bit, as long as I schedule it for a new time! And when I have kids running around I don't have the space in my head to deal with it. Then 15 mins are not enough.

What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
It gave me a lot of insight in how to connect different parts of my knowledge. I created something like this already, but not specifically connected to a team that is working hybrid (which is a big change for many). So yes, this is absolutely something that I love making and it would fit so perfectly...

What were the biggest insights you got during the Hot Seat session?

That I should ask their budget BEFORE we get into what I will deliver. I first ask them their budget and based on that I can share what I can do for them in that.

How are you going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?

I have so much to celebrate. My book is coming to an end. I finished this week YAY. I got a HUGE assignment to give 17 DiSC trainings before the end of the year. For the assignment I decided to go for dinner with my friend to have all you can eat gambas (my favorite food), and I think I'm gonna tell my buddy it's time for another sauna date. For the book I have an idea but don't know if its possible yet:)

    1. There was another thing that I got out of it- that I still suffer from impostor syndrome. I got so stuck when I saw this assignment! I seriously was afraid that I couldn't come up with ANY idea that would be beneficial for my clients... and this time instead of working my way through it (pretending it didn't exist) I decided to give it time and allow it to be. then slowly it melted away and then there was space...

I know there are other parts in my life that keep me from doing what I want to do because I'm so scared to fail....

  2. Got out of this week... confirmation that next range of products are a next logical step and that creating products isn't hard. It's implementing them, so I better build a freelancers team to do that for me.

Learned this week that I do not need to give up on my goal to build a one person 1 M business. I rsearched the topic deliberately, and found an excellent book with 1P1M interviews and business models.

Celebrate by doing another presell of the product. Learned I need to start selling instead and that timing asks for selling, not preselling.
    I'm on workation in switzerland.

  3. 1. What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
I did not participate in this weeks assignment, to much on my plate and to think off, so I decided to take time off and be there for my sick child and my husband leaving to see his familie in Algeria again after 4 years , we wanted to go and then came the first corona lockdown.
Despite everything I have read all, got some ideas and will work on theme with my co-workers who I write the books with.

    2. What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
That stepping back and setting prioritys is good and I can put the guilty feeling aside.

    3. What were the biggest insights you got during the Hot Seat session?
The what and the how have become clearer and I take the call to action, thinking about it once and selling it more often, sharing a life lesson instead of the experience in developing the products resulting from the book.

    4. How are you going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
As I will be all by myself for the whole week I will listen every moment I am home to the music I love and no tv at all because I dont like to watch but my husband uses it as relaxation. But he is not here so lets go dancing and listening and dreaming and singing.

  4. Friday seems to be a busy day lately.

I start with number 4. we went to eat sushi on friday night- and in my mind was the notion that this was a celebration of this week.

    Because
    1. I made a whole structure for a great part of the book- I am writing it now. This is also the structure for a workshop-series. It completely clicked when nisandeh told about the lego-bricks. this are my lego bricks.

    2. I dient stick to the proces- but what i learned is to just sit down and write down the topics, write down 3 points that i need the audience need to hear (value) and then write down 3 extra things for every point. Suddenly i have a map that i can navigate.

    3. The biggest insights
    a. Lego bricks, I have them, and i need to cherish them. I always feel like i am repeating myself... but actually that is a great thing. that is a freeing thought.
    b. Association/ verenging. I reserved the web domain 'product owner gilde' this idea is easily expanded. it is an eyeopener, not the direction I thought about with building a community. so i am more enthusiastic about that now. will implement that a bit earlier now. Also with the buddies we see ways to link our interests this way.
    c. webinaretc: make them work before, keep on reminding/ selling it, tell them from the start this is part of a bigger thing. implementing that tomorrow in a training
    d. don't sell to people that don't control their own budget. i need to be even more persistent in this.

thanks nisandeh, thanks buddies, thanks others!

    1. You asked me to call, but you didnt answer me. could you check LinkedIn? I don't have a lot of time as of next week, so would prefer to talk with you before. I also have 31 videos on Agile & Scrum for you to use if you want. I'll be happy someone is using them some of them are freaking good:D

  5. 1. What I got out of this week’s assignment: clarity about the November event I was already going to have… I got new ideas.
    2. What did I learn from doing this week’s process? A framework, a step by step to organize my ideas.
    3. The Hot Seat session: unfortunately I was not able to attend due to an unavoidable meeting at my son’s school. Reading the other comments it seems I missed a lot.
    4. My celebration of the completion of the WOMB week: I will go for a walk.

  6. What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
    Lots of focused energy.
    I got a new client

Not necessarily from this week, but I got a new client and I asked for my highest hourly rate ever without blinking.

What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
I could break down my front end product into several products and probably increase the value I deliver.

I have 2 very concrete new products to develop as well as a major change to an existing one.

What were the biggest insights you got during the Hot Seat session?
Context over content. In the way that I provide structure there's a lot of added value.
I usually tell my clients that they already know the solution. And when I figured on context, that is completely true.
How are you going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
We have a visit free weekend for the first time since Feia's birth. So sleeping in and lots of family time.

      1. Thanks for the question 🙂

I asked for his budget and made an offer based on that, stating why it's an exception (I want to show him how good our cooperation wil be) and letting him know that after the trial period I will make a new offer for continuation at my regular price.

Now I just have to over deliver....

  7. Before starting on my reflection I wish to congratulate MARU for the beautiful opportunity you and Vered have given her Nisandeh. It is so deserved. And reading all her input about the BabyHotel and other projects I know for sure it is going to be an amazing succes. I will write a personal message for MARU but I just wanted to say that I love the manner in which you spot an opportunity and talent and keep it close to you.

Just got out of an overwhelming period I am in the middel of completing the last weeks assignments. And I can express enought what an immens powerful stimulation and tool it is to receive targeted assignment every day. It forces me to think about how to shape and form my business, what I find important in my business and it life and WHY I do what do in the manner I do.

Having stopped many memberships and networkactivities as part of the Conscious Entrepreneur assignments in order to free up time
to work on my business and getting rid of three things a day and not buying anything which is not strongly required (the Conscious Entrepreneur assignment for this month) stimulated by the great W.O.M.B. Hot Seat sessions and V.I.P. session and contact moments with my Buddies Manny and Nanda, I feel that everything starts falling into place and I get so much energy when doing the assignments.

Finishing my last meeting for work yesterday at 7 p.m. I had a lovely, anti-inflammatorisch dinner after which I started working on the assignments from the last couple of weeks. At 2.30 a.m. I shut down the laptop just to get a little bit of sleep before I embraced yet another beautiful day. This is how much in the FLOW I was.

This weeks assignment I still have to complete so I will not yet reply to the assignment itself. I will however like to reflect on what I got out of the Hot Seat Session from Thursday last which yet again brought so much value. Personally I identify the value it brings me by sharing what we learned. By doing so the dimonds automatically become visible. This is a number of them but more will follow later.

    • THE STRUCTURE TO BE USED ON SOCIAL MEDIA (Reply to question from ALMA). We can read it from your communication but it is good to have it explained in that manner.
    • THE SUSTAINABILITY OF A BRAND (Reply to question from MANNY). The brand needs to fit the vision we have for our business. We should be aware if it still fit our purpose.
    • POSTPONING DEBT (Reply to question from MANNY). Not that it is necessary but the ease in which you when about explaining the possibilities to be investigated was very inspiring and brought completely new tools with it: the power of entering into a respectful conversation with whichever stakeholder we are dealing with.
    • THE CONTEXT NOT THE CONTENT is IMPORTANT (Reply to question from ALMA) : We create the context, our customers the content
    • USE THE LANGUAGE OF OUR TARGET AUDIENCE (Reply to question from LUCIE): I am very much aware of this when performing my changemanagement assignments, but I had not thought about the power of using an acrynom.

  8. What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
What I got out of this week is that I now have 6 topics I can develop my products and services around, and a lot of insights! (see below).

What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
What you know can be structured in the right way, to be of more value to your clients, so to you too.

What were the biggest insights you got during the Hot Seat session?
I got a lot of insights from the hot seat session! Thanks Nisandeh! I’ll mention my top three:
    1. The value formula
    2. You should consider your knowledge as Lego blocks: you can re-use parts of it in different topics you are teaching
    3. Dream results should always consist of 2 elements: both a long term result and a short term experience, to keep people motivated.

How are you going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
I’ll go and enjoy the sun, drinking a nice cup of coffee in my garden.

And to Maru I want to say congrats on the great opportunities you were offered. Go for it girl!

  9. What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
Keep it simple. Structure your lessons in a simple way, using a proven method for conversion.

What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
Closer to my compelling why by creating the lessons I want to give as an expert.

What were the biggest insights you got during the Hot Seat session?

How to structure your lesson in 6 phases, always ending in a call to action.
    - Come to get to know your clients, fall in love with them! Keep asking questions.
    - How to close a deal. Talk to the decisionmaker.
    - ALWAYS in your products: call to action, irresistable offer with scarcity and urgency.
    - "For free" will lead to no shows, don t. Always charge something.
    - Check your compelling why and than you are able to choose with your heart!

How are you going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
Play funny boardgames with my kids. Watch golden buzzer Got -Talents with them.

  10. Celebrating day 5
WOW . As I just mentioned before I was struggling with the assignments. This week assignment and the Hot Seat session inspired me a lot. I feel like this is one of the first weeks that I have a good feeling about what I've worked out (see my comment for day 4/5). In such a way that I can also implement it directly.

What did you get out of the assignment?
I have received a clear outline for a blog and workshop that I can immediately put into practice.

What dit you learn from the process?
Like Nisandeh said: it is all-in your head but you have to download it (on (digital)paper).
And by doing this assignment I was inspired and motivated to continue on the chosen path with this business program.

Biggest insights during Hot Seat session
I’ve got even four big insight during the Hot Seat session:
1 Do not give the irresistible offer to people that can’t make a decision, but make an appointment with the manager who can make the decision.
2 Upfront or at the beginning of a workshop or webinar we have to tell that this is step 1 in a bigger program. And that they wil get an irresistible offer at the end.
3 Create an association for a certain target audience is a great idea!
So I will start The Association for Public Product Owners (Vereniging voor Publieke Product Owners oftewel http://www.vppo.nl)
4 My biggest personal insight is that when you lack energy or struggling with the program, like I did a couple of weeks, I have to ask a question to Nisandeh or my business buddies. And don’t suffer in silence but think about “what Nisandeh would do”.

    Celebration
I will celebrate this weeks succes by having dinner with my wife at a nice restaurant.

    1. I forget to mention a nice succes. I managed to strengthen my expert position a little bit today. Yesterday I was asked to tell a group of HBO-ICT students something. The subject: product vision and how to take the first concrete steps towards the result.
It was so cool to do and to hear that they were actually inspired to take up business right away.

  11. WHAT DID YOU GET OUT & LEARN FROM THIS WEEK'S ASSIGNMENT?

It was another amazing reminder that all the knowledge is already in my system and that this tools is a great and relatively easy way to 'download' it and see how to share it. Seeing the results got me clearer on my direction.

WHAT WERE THE BIGGEST INSIGHTS DURING THE HOT SEAT SESSION?

I could write 3 pages about this, but I'll try to keep it short.

A lot of things came together yesterday.

The biggest thing I've been struggling with the past weeks is that my heart is not fully with my current business anymore.
At the same time I am totally in love with the amazing, practical tools I've learned on my 'spiritual' path and how I've benefited from those.
This wants to be shared sometime, in a new business.

I felt like I needed to choose between those two for a while already.

But after yesterday, I realised that this is not what life is asking from me right now.
With the help of these tools, I've only just entered a completely different, magical stage of my life.

What life is inviting me to do right now, is to continue to explore, learn and integrate during this new stage.
And to just stay open to whatever comes on my path and feels like the next good step.
I know from experience that starting to share about this now, would only bring me further away from this.

Second priority is to continue working on my ''life-boat", for when the shit hits the fan - thanks for sharing about this.
I've been working on this for a couple of years now and my current business provides part of the income for that.
Starting something new would only be a distraction.

Everything I learn in this program has a tremendous impact on my life-boat, things in daily life and my new future adventure, for which I'm very grateful.

Many thanks to both Nisandeh and everyone asking the questions yesterday.

HOW AM I GOING TO CELEBRATE?

Tonight is Vegan Sushi night! Also watching a movie and having some days off in the coming weeks.

    COMMITMENT TO THE PROGRAM

I feel quite overworked after some super busy delivery weeks for a client, which has caused me to miss a couple of days of the assignments / not post the results I have on paper. I'm taking some days off now and have tuned down available hours for this client to prevent further damage.

I commit to give my best on all of the future assignments, but might sometimes post the results in one go instead of daily, until I'm fully fit again. Same goes for reading and responding to the implementation of other participants.

If anything changes in this, I'll let you know.

  12. What I learned by doing this weeks process is it helps you to reflect on what is important and how to put this in order

I got two things out of the hot seat one of them is it’s not about the content but about the context. The second one I love to hear is you have to fall in love with your ideal client.

I am celebrating this week bye spending some time with my daughter who came over to Spain.

  13. Goodmorning everyone!

This was such a fantastic week! It seems everything is starting to fall into place eversince I chose a new ideal client. Thanks again, Nisandeh, for your time, expertise and the answers to our questions last night.

And Maru: congratulations with being offered a great opportunity and having the guts to take on this amazing journey with Nisandeh and Vered.

    A. What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
So much joy, so much motivation to go for it. I am really happy with the choice for my new target audience, they are starting to grow on me and I’m looking forward to really get to know them and be of service to them with my expertise.

    B. What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
That by taking the time and go through the proces Nisandeh described, it’s not only easier to invent and develop more products, I can also make them work together and make a money tree out of them.

    C. What were the biggest insights you got during the Hot Seat session?

    I had a few actually.
The biggest one was LEGO: my knowledge is a collection of components I can use in different combinations and for different topics.
    Also:
    - Don’t look at the costs (primarily), look at the profit of each product. Love that one.
    - Only present your offer to the one who decides.
    - DISC is a vacuum cleaner hahaha - I already wanted to get rid of it, now I am going to do that.
    - Never share your misfortunes while experiencing them; do it after so you can also share the lessons learned.
    - The power of founding an association.

    D. How are you going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
Tonight my husband and I will go and have dinner in one of our favourite restaurants.

    >> I am going to develop the concept for 6 new products/services.<<

  14. What did you get out of this week's assignment?
I have now practiced for myself how to transform the book 'The Secret of..' into new things (something's) so that I can use it further. Easily converted the 6 points from the book into 6 new workouts, videos or opt-ins.

What have you learned from doing this week's trial?
That my knowledge and things that I can teach others are like Lego blocks, because I can make training and programs from them and use them again.

This is a very nice insight, because the solution for how to package it then also presents itself again and again.

What were the biggest insights you gained during the Hot Seat session?
My greatest insight was how I can organize access to the Academy that I am setting up as of 1-1-2023 (with an association). And how I can now use the IOfficial brand that I bought years ago as an investment (logo, url, brand and the account for LinkedIn and Twitter). This brand stands for being proud of your civil service and working for the public good with the right intention (actually helping residents). I can use the coming months to think out / work out together with my buddies Bas and Marcel. This morning we outlined the contours of the association and I got two board members at the new association.

Another insight is the way to look at talent and keep it close to us. We already do this with trainers in our other company DiscoverYourTalent, but to build the 'association' I can also create a group and gather around me. This talent is already present in my network and I also see the talent when I see it. The twist that Nisandeh and Vered give it is that (in the example of Maru) they are also able to link this to their own goals: helping others, pretending and doing it themselves at the same time).

A third insight is that it is wise as an entrepreneur (expert) to determine your price (revenue) on your product in advance, regardless of the number of participants. For example, $20,000.00. And divide that price by the number of participants. Hadn't thought about it like this for all my products

How will you celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
This weekend we celebrate life with a family outing (boat trip IJsselmeer) on Sunday. Tomorrow we will celebrate my birthday with my family (September 22nd is my birthday). And tonight I'm going to the Tattoo Convention with Miranda and my bonus son.

    1. Now I read the translation from Google closely ‘pretending’ is not what I mean. I meant that Nisandeh and Vered mentor the talent they see and be a great example for that talent (in this case for Maru).

    2. Tattoo convention!!?? You never cease to amaze... whose idea was that...;-)
It is the last place I d expect to see you!
Dying to hear how it was and what picture you got on your back now..;-)

  15. 1. I made 6 points with each 3 point of things related to animation, but I don't see a book or a course in it that I think people would like to buy.
    2. I learned that if you look better, or in a different way, there might be a lot more value in what you already have, or know, then you first thought.
    3. Biggest insights:
    - Give first (It's written on the wall behind Nisandeh.)
    - If I were to give a webinar I would:
    a. Make them pay a small fee
    b. Make them work
    c. Let them know it's a first part of soemthing bigger.
    d. Overdeliver
    e. seed my back-end. (Not too much, not too little.)
    f. Use scarcity and a deadline in my offer.
    - That if I do not know if I want something, that I should start with answering the question WHY do I want it and/of WHY do I don't want it.
    - That I need to think about WHAT kind of animation (or WHAT kind of job) would bring me joy?
And, when I have the answer, then also think about HOW am I going to make it happen.
    - That I can stay in a state of doubt for years, or for my whole life, if I let it. And that it might be a good idea to just CHOOSE. Flip a coin and decide to go for it.
    - That it is my job to fall in love with my clients. Ask them everything!
    - That people can smelli ti if you are desperate. And that that will prevent you from finding clients.
    - Make everything have a purpose. In my animations every sentence, every word, overy picture every sound should have a purpose.
    - Take the risk or loose the chance. (Also wrtitten on the wall.)
    - Follow your hart.
    - Don't reduce yourself to what you know now. You are, or can become, bigger then that.
    - People will notice how you show up. How you help other. How you implement. How you ask questions. How you partcipate.
Show up strong. Play full out.
    4. I will celebrate by going kitesurfing tomorrow!

  16. Wrap-up

    1. What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
The mental image of an ever expanding knowledge tree (which is also your money tree), each branch systematically elaborating a topic in more detail.

    2. What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
Enhanced awareness that if you would set your teeth into it, you can drill down any topic quite far (into sub, sub-sub, sub-sub-sub).

    3. What were the biggest insights you got during the Hot Seat session?
When targeting a new segment, really thoroughly do all the research and homework to get under their skin (get to know and understand and sympathize with them).

    4. How are you going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
Sunday, at an old friend’s big birthday party.

  17. What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
Lots of energy and lots of new options to expand my business and expert position without spending repeatedly more time and resources

What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
That if think you have 1 product/service you actually have 6 or more. Just have to break things down into smaller lego blocks.

What were the biggest insights you got during the Hot Seat session?
Having the lego blocks of your product/service you should look for more ways to use them instead of always using them the same way. As an independent martial arts school, I don't have an association just like a lot of other independent martial arts schools in the Netherlands. So, I'm going to set up (next year) THE Association for Independent Martial Arts Schools. I already registered TAIMAS.nl I have a lot of plans for it to create a new community.
I feel some students lost or are losing the drive to do martial arts. I'm going to let them do the work. Make some forms they have to take home en to write down WHY they are doing martial arts. Next week, WHAT they hope to gain during class. The week after, HOW they are going to get towards that goal and HOW I, or students can help them. This should be returning each season start.
I want to give free martial arts training next season. During yesterday's session, I heard again about the registration fee. I want to implement that. Free training but some registration fee for some cost I make. Just like the Business Bootcamp . Creating a bit more commitment than just letting them walk in.
Most insights come from totally different situations than my own. This raises the question for me: How to ask the right questions since the right questions are mostly asked by other people in totally different situations/fields? I mostly answer my own questions once I write them down...

How are you going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
Today I'm going to receive my iPhone 14 Pro (Been a 'hater' since the first iPhone and still am but really respect their business model) after years of having Android phones and last 4 years getting very angry at my (Google Pixel's) phone for not working properly. Will transfer all my stuff and hope to do my work on my phone without a hassle. Being able to make better and easier photo's during classes and have better apps that don't crash which just cost me too much time.

  18. What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
The questions showed me a step bij step way of doing and step by step thinking. kind of thinking time.

What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
If I am in the possibility to find the right questions (for little steps) did things can be done.

What were the biggest insights you got during the Hot Seat session?
Share the life lessons, not the life experience (AFTERwards when I have the overview)
Keep your eyes open to keep talent close to me.

How are you going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
I'm going to bye fresh ground coffee beans and have this coffee with my daughter.
