Choose the STRATEGY you will use…

Here is the simple process you could follow in order to develop the concept for (at least) 6 new products/services that will be life-transforming to your clients and prospects and very lucrative for you:

PLAN your actions in your agenda…

Your next step is to physically plan this process in your agenda.

Plan toย invest 10-15 minutes EVERY DAY in the coming 5 days to follow the process above.

Now it’s time to IMPLEMENT…

Take 10 minutes, right now, and…

  • Day 1come up with as many “lessons” as you can as I explain in the video above;ย 

  • Day 2ย – for each one of the topics you brainstormed yesterdayย come up with 3 stepsย as I explain in the video;

  • Day 3choose the top 6 “lessons” you want to start with; AND for each one of those choose your preferred format (e.g. a video course, a live training, a Zoom workshop, a book, a podcast, a PDF report, etc…)

  • Day 4ย –ย choose one product/service (from the 6 you chose yesterday) you want to start withย and write who exactly is the target audience for that product/service, what’s its purpose, how much will it cost, give it a title and a tagline, and include any other important information;

  1. Day 5
    This week was not the right assignment for me/my business. I tried to think outside the box but since I have a load of products in my webshop, I am not looking for services I can create. However, I did make some plans that I can maybe execute when I have people to help me with the shop. My customers expect me to deliver what they order and to come up with nice new brands/products. I tell them stories in my (future) video's and the blogs and socmed postings I write.

      I read how you went through this weekโ€™s process, and in the paradigm you live in now (owning a webshop and being alone - so need to sell, sell, sell) then you did it as best as you could.

      I do hope that one day youโ€™ll realize or could manifest the idea of a brand community - and thatโ€™s where everything we discussed and practiced will fall into place.

    My target audience is anyone that is interested in sustainable products/clothes and wants to make his/her life more sustainable. I want to show the fun of it and how colorful it can be.

    I took on some new brands. As I said before I sell actual products, so the steps I could take are: writing a blog, making a video and maybe a podcast about the different new products I have or plan to have. Eventually I will build a community but with just me, myself and I, I have to focus on the things I cรกn do at the moment. And that is selling, selling and selling (without actual selling). By telling the stories behind the products. It is the stories that 'sell' the products...

    I am not sure how I am going to do this. I sell actual products. So maybe in a newsletter or a blog I can tell about sustainability since that is what my webshop is about.     TA: companies with 100+ employees who can do most of their work alone and are doing their work partially (for at least 50%) at home.
    Purpose: How to make sure you create a team that, even though they're working on a distance, will stay connected with the company, feel at home, stay loyal and won't have a reason to leave.
    How much will it cost? oh... that's a tricky one... I was actually thinking in first writing the book so I can collect all the information and structure it, and only then turn it into a product. If I would turn it into a product, it would be a year program. Ohhh now I am turning on! Because I'm thinking about how I would create it and what type of meetings I would give, what kind of assessments, I would give them ideas for Friday afternoon drinks, this is actually FANTASTIC. I think I should do it the other way around! Epic. Then I would give it the cost of one employee leaving. Because that's a fantastic ROI I think for this company.

    1. It will have 6 monthly meetings with pizza in the office, together. They will all have the combination of learning something new (work/life balance, communication, working together, productivity, how to do effective brainstorming, a session on knowledge and how to quickly move it from one person to another) and play with lots of energizers and fun

    3. I will create a daily question that they can all answer together, a simple but exciting one, on a specific page where only their team has access to;

    First my insights from yesterday:

    -Come to get to know your clients, fall in love with them! Keep asking questions.
    - How to close a deal.
    - ALWAYS in your products: call to action, irresistable offer with scarcity and urgency.
    - "For free" will lead to no shows, don t. Always charge something.

    My product is a front end workshop (online in zoom lasting two hours). It is called: "Stress under control in your week".

    Tagline: Reflect, relax, recharge!

    Target audience: Adults (especially parents with kids) that struggle with time management, energy and stress.

    Purpose: Give them a few valuable insights, tips and time management-tools and give them a WOW experience in feeling relaxation. (Earning the right, building trust).
    I will tell them that in part two of this workshop they will learn to implement tools that will lead to more rest, fun and balance in their week. I will end workshop one with a call to action and an irresistable offer with a deadline for workshop two.

    Price for the front end: 15 euro s per person.
    Costs: my working hours to create and give the workshop.

    The first 6 are the most common weapons used in our martial arts. So, those are quite logical.   44. To be honest, Iโ€™m struggeling with the program. I like the lessons I learn and I do see all the potential. On the other hand Iโ€™m very tired physically and mentally lately so I can't get to everything in terms of assignments. I also feel like I'm letting my buddies down because of that.

    The hard part about this assignment is choosing the form, because I'm struggling with a payment system.     I am implementing this strategy a little different than asked.
    For the middle part of the book I am writing- I was not so sure how to bridge the first and last part, what information to give- how to be coherent, complete but not overly excessive in information.

    The chapters had 'catchy' titles already, but I will see how to catchy-them-up a nudge.

    I already made a chapter selection, header and structure, creating the main storyline.
    The last 3 hours I have been 'simply' doing this exercise for every chapter- and created the whole middle part.

    When these chapters are done, I will revise the first and last part of the book in this same way.
    This middle part is also supposed to be the main structure for workshops. That is set now also in essence.
    I am not sure if I will work-out the rest of the questions for this week, I think i will first want to write the chapters.
