Dear Nisandeh,
Because of personal setback, I was not able to post my question last Wednesday. I hope it is not to late.
Questions
1. What do you expect from us during these last 7 weeks at the WOMB program?
2. Given the time left and you knowing us better, what would you recommend us to make the most out of it?
3. Will you open a new WOMB program in January? So yes, what is the best way for us to do referrals?
Many thanks in advance for your reply,

To your questions, Maru:
1. I expect from you in the last 7 weeks of the program exactly the same that I have expected you from the beginning. Do the assignment. Post your progress, questions (on Wednesdays) and celebrations (on Fridays).
Participate in the Hot Seats (and ask questions).
And if you join the bonus workshops - do your preparation assignments.
Nothing more. Nothing less.
2. See my answer to question #1.
3. I will have an announcement during the YouTube workshop, and for those that will miss it - I’ll send an email to everyone on our mailing list on the 1st of November.

ask Nisandeh
I got the podium (asked as ambassador) for the scholarship https://worldofemobility.com/
The start of a new beginning. The world of the car and the bicycle are increasingly coming together, as we will show at this fair. I got a separate striking space with 150m2 and we call it WOE (world of emobilety) and you pronounce it as WHO repair! Who repairs!?
That fits perfectly with what I'm doing.
The brands that now support me as an influencer / ambassador. I had a workshop (in exchange for 25 videos from tool/workbenches company) A company that coats bicycles so that the bicycle lasts longer. A new drive that is sustainable and efficient. All those companies support me to do what I wanted to create an online learning environment. More and more brands are joining. So it's going great. To make the right choice for that consumer. I am getting more and more followers on social media.
A school (ROC) will be built in the workshop that we will be showing in that space at the fair. How nice a bicycle repair shop is and how beautiful our profession is. I have asked the companies to give a lecture / master class and, of course, that opportunity myself.
Now the question.
The fair next week is 3 days and I want the companies and myself to give a lecture / master class. And I don't know what topic I should/can discuss.
Which topic / topics would you recommend to present there and do you have tips regarding the way and the content.
Which topics can I also ask the other speakers to discuss
I don't know which visitors will come next. Colleagues (colleagues or more the consumer. Can my story be just as good to the consumer as there are as bicycle repair shops.
I invite you (everyone of the group) with the link for free tickets to possibly meet there.

Congratulations, Leo…
That sounds amazing, the progress you made and the opportunities you’re getting.
To your question…
In order to decide on your presentation - you MUST know who would be listening.
That’s your first task to find out.
The organizers should be able to tell you that.
When you know WHO they are, you need to figure out what they WANT to know that would make a difference for them.
If you can find it through asking THEM… that would be the best.
But since the time is so short, you might not be able to conduct a real survey.
So…
Think of titles like:
* The one thing you MUST know about…
* The little trick that would transform your…
* The xx mistakes almost every … makes, and how to avoid them
* The xx-step method to do/achieve/create/repair… in xx minutes or less
Etc… Etc…
Hope that helps…

Leo, I just found this website that gives you 700 titles for any word or phrase. Not all of them are useable, but it gives some great ideas!

Congratulations on getting the podium Leo. Reading your story it sounds like you've done a great job with the brands supporting you. I wish you a very succesful fair. And thank you for offering us the tickets. Just great.

In WOMB , we are asked to invest 10-15 minutes each day and a plot of more hours (2 á 3) in one or two blocks during the week.
The 10-15 minutes is most of the time to short for me to answer the task.
One solution is to invest more time.
Question:
Nisandeh, do you have advice about how to get most result out of 10-15 minutes?
Thank you.

There’s a reason for putting a time limit for your brain to come up with answers, Lucie.
It’s similar to the 5-minute Writing Machine we’re using when writing a book in my method.
And the same for limiting the size of the videos we record.
The mind tend to focus better when it has a clear (and short) deadline.
I’m sure you know it from life experience.
Most of the daily exercises in the WOMB are variations on using the Idea Generator.
Ideally you shouldn’t give your brain more than 10 minutes to brainstorm.
So, it’s a matter of repetition - until your brain gets the message: “give me your best stuff in 10 minutes, or I’m leaving…”
However, everyone is different.
And if, for you, you need double the 10-15 minutes for the daily assignment…
Then take that time.
We all can find an extra 10-15 minutes a day, even by just getting up a little earlier, or surfing the web a little less, or going to sleep a little later…
I hope that helps not just you, but anyone else who struggles with the 10-15 minutes.

Thank you Nisandeh.
Then I will continue to train in the coming time to focus more explicitly, with a time clock,
and say to my brain, "Give me the best of yourself or I'm gone."

Day 3
What are my business strengths?
I am good at creating ideas.
I am good at social media. Create new followers.
I generally have a positive mindset.
If an order or taks is given, I make it and do it when I can (often quick).
I am good at internet marketing.
I am good at social media contacts.
I clearly have a schedule per quarter, per week and per day
I am very good at thinking out of the box.
I dare to show myself (more and more) on social media as well as who I am and what I stand for.
I can listen well to others.
I get excited
I give good webinars and courses
I usually go for something when I know I can 'get' / 'win' something

On November 1, I will be an entrepreneur for 12.5 years and I would like to do something fun, something surprising.
My idea is to make 3 nice secret offers of €12.50, €125,- and €1250. I already have ideas what I will give for these amounts, such as an Instagram course and a 1:1 trajectory. I just don't want to reveal that just yet. The value of these 'secret offerings' is much more. And these 'secret offerings' are new and don't exist yet. I am enthusiastic about it.
My question: how can I launch this in a nice way that my ideal customers become very curious and enthusiastic that they want to buy the 'secret offers'?
I got several ideas myself: everyday a story or a real about it, to make my followers curious. Every single day a mail to my mailinglists. A landingpage about it (https://www.fodmapfoodies.nl/125-jaar-feest/), a FB-live etc.
Do you have any more suggestions (or anyone else from the WOMB ) for a good launch?

Great milestone, Sigrid, and a wonderful idea with the 3 secret offers…
I think your strategy is great, so I’m just going to add a few tips (which you might already thought about):
1. Communicate the context, the WHY, from the beginning… “I’m celebrating my 12.5 years in business and I couldn’t have done it without you, so I want to reward you…”
2. Get the engaged… every single mail need to have a call to action that will get them to “raise their hand” metaphorically…
For example… “if you ever dreamt that I would guide you one-on-one, leave a comment and let me know what is the main challenge you’d want us to work on”, or “if you could have asked me only one question, what would it be?” Or “from 1-10 how much would you like me to work with you one-on-one… post a picture of you in the comments holding this number of fingers…” etc…
3. Get a special EXTRA bonus to the people that buy in the first 24 hours, communicate it, and tell them to opt-in to a special early announcement list… then one day before the launch send only to those people the same offer PLUS the bonus and tell them that they need to buy before midnight to qualify for the bonus.
4. If appropriate include scarcity… like 3 one-on-one sessions only for this special deal, etc…
5. Make sure that the offer is limited in time…
Just my 2 cents…

Hi Nisandeh
Thanks for your ideas. I immediately went into action yesterday by making a post with a question and that works! (only now I wonder what to do with the questions they have for me because I asked 'If you could just ask me 1 question, what would it be?".
And I already make an optin for a 'action-list'. So now I have to make it public I have this list 🙂 .
Thanks a lot. My brain is working....

Congratulation Sigrid. Well done. And good luck with the launche of your 12.5 year offering.
I love your suggestions supported with the additions of Nisandeh.

Dear Nisandeh,
Last week I wrote the text for positioning. Now the question arises how can I best use this text. I looked at your LinkedIn profile for that. I have previously adapted my LinkedIn text by questioning my Ideal customers. This text is now on my LinkedIn profile and if I compare this with your text, we both focus on our target group.
The question is: How can I best show the text of positioning?

I like your text Marcel. I think I let myself getting inspired by it. Also I can resonate with your question. I follow you in the WOMB and feel kinship in what we bring into the world. I would like to get into contact with you. Would that be OK for you?

Hello Maria,
Thank you for your interest and I immediately sent you a LinkedIn request to link. So with this I confirm that the answer is yes. You have 36 years of experience as a trainer, coach and counselor: WOW !!!

First, Marcel…
Please don’t look at my social media accounts.
I’m not doing social media (including LinkedIn for many years).
I needed to start a LinkedIn campaign a while ago to get in touch with 2 people I couldn’t get in touch otherwise. I put up some stupid text just to have something in place, and I forgot to delete the account after I got in touch with those people.
(Note to self: delete all social media accounts before the end of the year).
Now… to your question…
You can (and probably should) use your positioning statement everywhere - About Me page on your website, your LinkedIn and other social media profiles, in your self-introduction with new clients, whenever you’re getting up on stage before a new audience, in ANY media interview, etc… etc…
The text might change, become longer or shorter, and the words and experiences might change to fit the audience, purpose and most of all the medium… but this is the best representation of who you are, what you do, why you do it and for whom… so I’d use it as often as I can…

WOW nisandeh,
That's a crystal clear answer. Thanks for that. That makes it extra exciting to publish the text. brrrrrrr...

Dear Nisandeh
What would Nisandeh do? We built up a beautiful place in Spain on the majic and unknown region the Altiplano of Granada.
Nature, silence, sustainability, harmony and basics are keywords here. It is an mansion with land and caves and space. We have 3 big fully equipped apartments and 6 individual dwellings and 3 clamping tents. Much more potentiaal to create. We did investments in money, time and a lot of work. Now we want to rent out. To individuals and to litle groups. To people who fit in this place.
My question is: what would Nisandeh do to get the ball roling? The place is based on a Ideal, on a calling, a dream and on the conviction that places like this are needed. Now we need to generate money to pay back the loans. What would you do? Thank you

I assume, Maria, that you first built the place out of love, passion and creativity, and not as a business.
If I’m right, then you built it for you… then enjoy it.
You can always try the traditional routes of renting space to individuals (AirB&B, for example), or to trainers to lead groups.
You’re not gonna make a lot of money, and it will be a lot of work…
But it might fit with a love/passion project… where you simply want to share your heart with like-minded and like-hearted people.
There is a way to make it more lucrative for you, but it will require quite some work - and that’s to rent spaces for specific people for longer periods for specific purposes… for example - people that need to take a 6-month off to heal and recover, people that needs a few months to write a book, people that are looking for a solitary retreat for a few weeks or months, etc…
Each of these “target audiences” will need a completely different marketing strategy, and a totally different “package” (accommodation, food, care, interaction…) but they might be willing to pay handsomely if they get exactly what they want/need.
However, if you envisioned in advance that this was going to be a business venture, then you fell into the same trap as almost all entrepreneurs I have ever met in my life - and that is falling in love with your business/product instead of falling in love with your clients.
A business ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS… Let me make sure it’s clear… ALWAYS starts with the target audience…
WHO they are, and WHAT they want.
And you always better develop the product to answer THEM and THEIR wants, and preferably sell them those products before you even buy the place or spend a cent on putting up a clamping tent, or whatever.
I do hope that it wasn’t planned as a business but as a love project, and that having some money coming in is a bonus, not a requirement…
Otherwise, what Nisandeh would do is sell the place, as fast as I can.
Another thing you can do is rent an accommodation in advance for 30 days a year for the next 10-20 years.
So, people would “rent” a clamping tent, for example, for €10,000.
And in return, they could come every year (them or their friends/family) for up to 30 days for the next 10 or 20 years…
Again… you’ll have to find the right people for it.
But you might be able to find some of those in your closer surroundings (family and friends).
I know it’s not the answer you were hoping for, but you asked… “what would Nisandeh do?”

Thanks for your reaction Nisandeh
Maybe you are right: a lot of work involved or better to sell.the place.
I take an other point of view though: I am not a seperate cell in the field of conciousness. Where I am toughed by or believe in is not only about me.
There are many out there who share my Ideal or dream or knowing. And needs.. I only need to find ways and platforms to reach them.
I just continue with our place.
If I would have operated the way you suggesting here I never would have been the person, the expert and senior in my field of conciousness. When we spoke about energetics, subpersonalities and the value of the unconsious in the 80th, many people could not cope with that knowledge and experience. Now everyone knows of different parts in the Psyche that are forming together your personality and the dynamic in it for instance. Many in this time make a living out of this work now. For the better or the worse I would say.
I see a rise and need in conciousness that these days involves contact with and in Nature and natural knowing. With our place we want to be part of this movement. Contribute.
Maybe I expressed myself not clearly enough in my question to you. Maybe you are right in your reaction I do not know for sure.
I think about calling for a brainstorm in the WOMB for ideas and platforms to make our place visible for people who can benefit from it. We need input and connections.
We go on as long that is healthy for us.

If you want to be part of that movement, bring the movement to you. Done. How can you bring the movement to you? Why would they come? What is your dream scenario, who do you or your network know that can make it come true?
I get a feeling the question was more about how to dare to want what you deeply want and not daring pick up the phone to make it real.
Beware, the answer might invilve selling or dealmaking..

I love your idea Maria and the fact that you stay true to yourself. Eventhough I do believe that when it comes to business Nisandeh knows what he is talking about. But reading your answer, I believe you did start with your target audience in mind.
You might consider publishing in magazines which support idea's like yours: Happinez, Seasons, travel magazine and undoubtly many other magazines interesting to your target audience. This match with what Sin's says: bring the movement to you. Good luck!
