      We never had to deal with team conflicts in all my years in business.

      Partly because of choosing the right people and leading with a vision, and partly because we would do EVERY day the Clearing process, which cleared up any negativity, before it escalated.

  2. Systemizing:
    What I am systemizing is teaching process. I am in the process of making my own platform professional.
    It will help children, from all over the world helping with mathematics (being able to count and multiply till a 100).
    To make that happen I had to work out every single process in a way that the ICT people could make it into a system the way I invented that.

    What I realized is that I need more systems for marketing but also making an appointment.
