week 13
day 5
what did I get out of this assignment:
realizing how a wall feels and looks for me.
I was working with a website builder and he suggested things (probably good ideas)
but I felt big resistance. (as a wall)
His words against my words builds a wall.
interactions breaks walls down.

If there are any other entrepreneurs here who strive for 1M in the next 12 months without employees, i would be very interested in forming a group. If you know people who are doing it or have done it and who might be willing to talk to me, let me know!

I'm finishing a book on 1M businesses without employees. Even though my week was dedicated to helping my son move to Switzerland, including driving there even though driving exhausts me, I stil managed to read the book.
It describes case studies and general lessons from those case studies. I was in need of proof that what I want to build, can be done. For the first tome, I feld understood when I though about a no employee high revenue high profit business.
It was a good integration of previous WOMB weeks. It brought the topics together, and showed through cases how topics and choices can progress and evolve - as can the impact of any given choice 5 years later. The WOMB topics are clearly growth enhancing ideas that can lead to large revenue streams. No surprise there 😀.
I still need to figure out the business model of my automation, and time is running out as I need to hand in proposels this week. So no real celebration yet, i'll extend this weeks assignment a few more days. I need to figure this out before moving forward. I'll post when I have worked it out.
I hope to be able to spend another hour today on going through my WOMB notes and putting things in my agenda. Implemented most of batch 1, time for some nice to haves 😉.
Celebrating for now by having a lazy think sunday with the replay of the wk wielrennen on screen. Perfect combination.

What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
Big overview of what I (we) have done and what work still needs to be done.
What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
Sometimes you need to plan time to take a breather and watch back on what you did and where you want to go to. Maybe adjusting some goals or rethinking your strategy. So, hitting walls is not the problem, but how you deal with them is.
How are you going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
I have been very busy catching up on multiple things and still have to in the coming days. But I'm glad about where I'm going and I don't feel as lost as I did at the start of this week. So, in celebration of the progress, I'm going to clean my office today. Might not sound so much fun (especially if you know my wife keeps complaining about the mess I always leave around the house) but I just feel like it today and maybe it clears my mind a bit as well.

What I got out of this week’s assignment:
I got more compassion and patience towards myself.
What I learned from doing this week’s process
That to hit a wall is normal and even expected: I can be better prepared for when it happens.
How am I going to celebrate my completion of this WOMB week
I will go for a run… with no wall hitting!

What did I get out of this week's Programm:
I have to focus even more.
What did I learn from the process:
That evaluation needs rest. A fall time energy.
I am in full blast growing Summertime now.
Many building projects came to fulfilment. Or almost. Next week even more acomplishment
I feel very very proud and happy with what we managed until now. And with all the support given.
Celebration will be taking some valium and finally sleep a good nights sleep.

What did you get out of this week's assignment?
It's just now starting to sink in. That this week saved me from completing WOMB , that the space for summarizing, reflection and catching up was now desperately needed;
What have you learned from this week's trial?
That I have to make choices, I can't keep all the balls in the air;
and that I have to realize that the circle of influence, within the mainstream organizations where I work, is very limited for me and my colleagues. That it is an illusion that this can fundamentally change in the short term, say five years. So that for me the real change is really outside this organization.
How will you celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
Tomorrow my husband will celebrate his 40th anniversary as an accordion maker with a festival with four bands and many of his ideal clients and friends and family. Two English musicians have already arrived.
Tomorrow my brother is coming from Norway to the Netherlands with his wife, for a week. because of corona we didn't see him for a few years. so that will also be a small family party.
And this week I tasted a musical pleasure myself: after a year and a half of lessons I suddenly reached the highest note on the kaval. Pure and clear. My teacher said that is exceptional and promising. And that in a week that was definitely not my best.
On Sunday I'm going to an Irish session with my husband and the English musicians OR I'm staying at home on the couch WOMB -ing.
Have a nice weekend everyone!

My main insight from looking back on the past 3 months is that I really need help to get things organized so I can actually choose, focus on and finish the projects that will save me the most time and will generate more income. I learned very young to do everything on my own (my mother was hospitalized many times for longer periods of time) so asking for help is not easy.
I will look for (and hire) a VA this coming week who has experience with copy writing and creating email sequences. I don't need to do everything alone!
I celebrate by creating free me-time on Sunday (cancelled 2 appointments) to have 'doing nothing' time and read a book or go out for a walk in nature.

What I got from this week’s assignment is that I made a list of my insights and what I’ve accomplished so far. This is great, because it has given me the motivation to keep on going. And it makes me grateful to see how much we have learned from this program already!
What I learned from this week assignment is how important it is to stop sometimes and look back at what you have accomplished so far. This ensures that you stay committed to your goals, so you can keep going when things get chaotic or tough. And that it is important to take breaks now and then, to “reload your batteries”.
I am going to celebrate by making an extra nice home cooked dinner.

WHEN YOU HIT THE WALL celebration!!
What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
It was good to reflect on the 3 months WOMB . It made clear for me where I stand now, and this is halfway my marathon.....
I am still very motivated to create my results and will be fully playing THE 100 days GAME, creating a support team that will give me wings to fly to the finish.....
What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
I can only grow my business if I bring in more committed actions in my agenda and create more supportteam to create my realistic results. NOT doing it alone is the tin opener I found back recently in this program.
How are you going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
Enjoy a nice dinner with my partner and then watch THE CROWN series about the English queen Elisabeth.

1. I took some rest. rest in the sense that I have been writing a lot. Coming to closing. I set myself a deadline and am full force getting there. I kept my mind off of the program a bit.
2. Funny enough- I learned that that is oke...
3. I keep on writing this weekend. I bought myself a big box of lego- I am lego fan- for when the manuscript is finished. I have my eyes set on that price!
Furthermore, my mum is coming tomorrow, so I feel that this is a moment to exhale- it feels like a celebration to give her my full attention.
Before moving my full attention to writing.
Further I had a great brainstorm with my buddies- which I feel thankful for. and a great homework assignment from Marcel...:D
Also Gerdi and I spoke for the first time, she was so kind to offer me her videos as an example to make my own. Thank you!
So video's are coming, it is coming... I really need to implement taking/making videos, which will be the project after the manscript.

My main insight is because I was given time to implement things that were still open that I see a fishing net in front of me. By tying up all the ends, the meshes get smaller and smaller and I feel how the chance increases that I will catch customers in this fishing net.

Hope you catch a big one!

Nice insight, Marcel! I Hope you catch a "big fish", indeed. Keep us informed as soon as you do!

Very happy to be able to reflect and digest, this week.
To recognize the results so far and to get clear on the goals for the end of this year.
Celebration is in the 5 days of mini-holiday I'm having at the moment and doing whatever feels good in the moment.
Have a great weekend, everyone.

What a great topic!
And without knowing it - because I was in hospital - I did what was best for me.
I cared for myself, set stronger boundaries.
For a long time, my reaction to a lot of work was to push through.
Now I managed to react with a small brake to boil down to what is really important.
To me this is a huge milestone. But I need another 90 Days to settle it in my system 😆
I will celebrate this with a walk and my favorite chocolate

Wrap-up
1. What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
The enhanced awareness that nothing but me is blocking me from faster progress.
2. What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
That is was good to look back on the assignments and results so far, and that my initial answer to the preparatory assignment regarding what I was hoping to get out of the program, has become less relevant by now.
3. How are you going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
At a festival in Hamburg

Right - looking back is so powerful!
I did that yesterday for another program (Double your income) and it made me proud of what I accomplished.
I will do this also for WOMB .

Which festival are now? Sounds good- have fun!
How did the answers changed by now... did they become sharper, or wider? or both?
have a great festival fun!

Hi Bas, I'm at the Reeperbahn festival, hundreds of bands in dozens of venues, very cool.
Regarding your "answer question" (whereby I had been referring to my answer to the question in the beginning what I was hoping to get out of the program): that answer did not really get sharper or wider, but it is just changing (like "from coffee to tea").

I forgot to answer...! the festival sounds great. hope you had fun...
and yes, that makes sense in a way... I hope you like coffee as good as you like tea..;-)

Most kind to get back again Bas! Yes, festival was great, and yes, both tastes suit me!
