When You Hit the Wall

What to do when you’re getting tired or overwhelmed?

This week of the WOMB program is a little differentโ€ฆ

A little less than half the program is left, and for some, participating became a little too much.

So if you’re tired, uninspired or overwhelmed – take this week to integrate, catch up and prepare for the nextโ€ฆ

But even if, for you, it’s all smooth sailing and youโ€™re still enthusiastic, committed and going for itโ€ฆ there might be another time – that you might find yourself tired, exhausted, uninspired, unmotivated and wanting to stop or quit (or slow down)โ€ฆ

So this week is an opportunity to learn and practice a tool you can always use, when you hitโ€ฆ the wall (more about it below).

If youโ€™re behind

Take this week to complete the assignments youโ€™ve missed.

Theyโ€™re important and if you just pull yourself together – you can catch up with just 15-20 minutes a day of working on your businessโ€ฆ

And for everyoneโ€ฆ

There is no success without completion.

Itโ€™s true that in order to have a chance to succeed in a race (as well as anything else in life) you need to start.
And you did start and if youโ€™re reading it – then you did give everything you had so far.

But you canโ€™t win the race (or achieve any success in life) if you quit in the middle and not reach the finish line.

My personal wall

As a marathon runner, I know how it feels.
I know how it feels to give everything Iโ€™ve got in training and preparing and then starting the race and giving everythingโ€ฆ untilโ€ฆ I hit the wall.

Every long-distance runner hit that wall, at one point or another.
It can be after 20km, or 30, or 40 (just 2km before the finish line).

And when I hit the wallโ€ฆ it looks like itโ€™s over.
I have no energy left, no motivation, no hope and all I can think ofโ€ฆ “it’s just not worth it…”

It looks very much like this:

But just like Dennis in this 2-minute clip from one of my favorite movies – โ€œRun Fatboy, Runโ€ – each time I hit the wall, I somehow managed to find an ounce of commitment, and with it, I broke thorough the wall and finished each marathon (in running and in life).

And now I invite you, if you found that you hit your wall in the WOMB program, to take this week to re-commit and go for it – so you can see whatโ€™s on the other side of the wall, which would allow you to reach the finish line.

On Friday – itโ€™s going to be 100 days to the end of the year (and the end of this program);

If you’re ready to go for it – I will be there with you and for you, every step of the way.

That’s MY commitment to YOU. I am not giving up on YOU!

Let’s start with your MINDSET…

What do you need to succeed?
In the WOMB program and in everything in life – business, relationship, education, growing a garden, cooking a meal… anything… – perseverance is the secret to success.

Or, simply…

Get in Line and Stay In Line.

Set your GOAL for this week…

Here’s a great goal for you:

I am going to re-commit and go for it – till the end.

How’s that for a 5-day challenge?

Choose the STRATEGY you will use…

Here is the 5-step process you could follow when you’re “hitting the wall” anytime, and in any area of life:

  1. Acknowledge what you DID and ACHIEVED so far
Look backwards, remember, notice and acknowledge any result, insight and success (big or small) you’ve already achieved.

(During a marathon, I keep counting the kilometers I already ran… celebrating each one in my mind).

  2. Re-focus on the main goal(s) you’re still going for
You have 100 days until the end of the year (and the program) – what is the main goal(s) you still want to achieve by then.

  3. Prepare to handle any wall coming your way
Knowing yourself – what might demotivate you, lower your energy, crash your focus, or stop you from giving your 100%?
And what could you do to overcome it if/when it happens?

  4. Look for help
You do not have to do it alone.
In life, as well as in this program, find who could support you when the going gets touch… and… ask for their help.

  5. Make a public commitment to go for it
Let the world know, and the world will support you in return.

PLAN your actions in your agenda…

Your next step is to physically plan this process in your agenda.

Plan toย invest 10-15 minutes EVERY DAY in the coming 5 days to follow the process above.

AND… If you are behind on your assignments… try to find some time to complete them… and celebrate each step along the way.

Now it’s time to IMPLEMENT…

Take 10 minutes, right now, and…

  • Day 1 – what did you get out of the program so far?
    Make a complete list of all your insights and actual resultsโ€ฆ Sharing this list in a comment will not only motivate you, but will also inspire others that might be struggling at the moment;

  • Day 2ย – what would you want to achieve by the end of the program?
    Focus on the one or two most important results you’d like to create in the coming 100 days;

  • Day 3 – make a list of any “wall”ย that might stop you in the coming 100 days from giving your 100%, and…
    write down for each “wall” what could you do to overcome it;

  • Day 4ย –ย make a list and share it in the comment: how can we support you – Vered, me, your buddies, the other participants…;

  • Day 5 – find a way toย make a public commitment – to go for it in the coming 100 days, and finish strong

Each day share with usย in the comment box your ideas, insights and actions.

My commitment to you…

  • I’m looking forward to read your process and ideas below;

  • I will be there for you on Wednesday to support you with any question, challenge or setback you encounter;

  • I’m looking forward to celebrate your progress and results on Friday (I’m curious to hear the goal(s) and plan you’ll come up with).

Live fully, stay awesome,

Nisandeh

  1. Day 5

I make a public commitment saying that I will 100% read, do and implement all upcoming lessons/assignments.
I feel the time is right.

I also want to make a WOMB program like that, and I'm going to do that. I've already brought it out on social media and mail, even though I don't have anything on paper yet.

I believe that I will (Nisandeh i wrote 'If i could - but I changed it into 'will') complete this WOMB . And because of that, my business will be at a higher level. My business fodmapfoodies 2.0.

  2. Day 4

    How can I be supported?

I think I'm doing well. I am happy with my buddy Maru.

I have the feeling that on Wednesday all the questions are about that week's topic, while I have not yet started that week or just did. So I feel the Q&A is too early. I would like to be supported that if I have a question (for me it usually comes at the end of an assignment) that I have the opportunity to do so.

What I have previously read from fellow WOMB members is that it is nice to spar with each other. To see each other 'life' more often. That's only at the hot-seat sessions now, but we don't speak to each other.

So what kind of support do I need? I think keep going on like this. Love this program ๐Ÿ™‚

PS1: I like that my actions / comments are being read.
PS2: I now have 3 stars. Would love to have a one-on-one life coaching session with Vered and Nisandeh ๐Ÿ™‚

    1. You can ask your questions even if you're a week or two (or 10) behind.
I answer EVERY single question that is being posted in ANY Q&A page...

  3. Day 3

What walls could hold me back in the coming days and what can I do about it myself?
    - I have some important presentations to give, and a team member of mine wants to step up in her career, so I can imagine that I mainly want to give my time and energy to that
    - I sign up quickly for free challenges and webinars to follow
    - I have something in my head, then I google, and get stuck in it
    - I'm looking for someone on social media and I keep reading and scrolling
    - I don't feel fit, don't feel like working on WOMB
    - I'm going on holiday to Cucracao for 11 days anyway
    - I'm 'busy' with other things that happen at the end of the year such as buying Christmas presents, creating new content etc
    - I make too many (unnecessary) appointments live and online
    - I stop because I think I already know enough

    What can I do?
    - Don't just think other work is more important than WOMB . This program is also important. So don't just put it in my agenda, also really work on WOMB .
    - Participate in free challenges and webinars as little as possible.
    - Be aware that scrolling is useless.
    - I can do something about not being fit. Eat healthy and keep exercising. For a good mood, listen to nice uplifting music.
    - Nothing about my holiday, I can make sure that I have at least done all the lessons that can still be done, so that I don't have to catch up on much when I'm back in NL.
    - Even though I'll be 'busy' later, I promise to keep working on WOMB .
    - If someone wants an appointment with me, think about whether it is useful. Or if I am invited to a training or a meeting, I also think about whether it really makes sense.
    - Do not stop!

  4. Day 2

What do I want to have achieved by the end of the WOMB program?

I'm going to finish the program anyway. And what do I want to achieve? In any case, even more clarity and separation in the number of hours and the ways in which I work aimed at my new ideal clients.

I want to partially complete my own new six-month program. I want in any case, the global overview written out, and completely the first 2 months full subsribed. By the way, the program will be called INFLATE, which I personally think is a fantastic name, especially in these times, while it is about a training program for dietitans who receive intensive training about nutrition and lifestyle in case of intestinal complaints.

And I want my funnel to be better filled with emails and to convert better. That was one of my struggles that I described when we just started with WOMB .

  5. I am behind, so for sure catching in and go on to finish what I have started!

What have I learned so far from this WOMB ? And what are my insights?

    - It is good to really look at yourself and your business in a new and calm way
    - Insight: I knew that I have many (potential) customers, but I thought not ideal customers. Through this program I found out who really could be my ideal customers/clients
    - I think this is a fantastic program because you really work on yourself and your business. This will make you work differently. You get more insights. And because of this I decided to start a six-month program for my ideal customers
    - I've started scrolling less on social media. I quit Twitter.
    - I often started implementing quite quickly. Usually I was like, 'That's handy. I'm putting that on my to-do list to do someday." Now I have often taken immediate action. Implement things. For example, I created an additional 'thank you email' in my free giveaway funnel. I immediately interviewed my potential ideal customers. I immediately made a summer deal and made a promo for it. I've sent thank you notes to my ideal clients. Etc.
    - By seeing what others could do for me and by also discussing this, I immediately did this. I think partly because of this (unfortunately?) my VA stopped because she couldn't keep up with my growth and what I expected from her, even though she said that the reason she stopped with me is that she is too busy elsewhere. I think mainly my honesty and what I expect from her. So that's also an insight: See what you can delegate. Discuss it. And if someone does not want to do something that you expect, then they will not suit you as a customer or as a business partner or team member.
    - And it is easier than expected to make videos and content about my expertise. It is mainly a matter of thinking about what my (ideal) customers want to know or see and use this as content.

  6. Day 5 โ€“ find a way to make a public commitment โ€“ to go for it in the coming 100 days, and finish strong

I am going to make (more) video's and make it a habit to make at least one video a week. And I really want to start with my podcast. So that is my commitment. I know it is important. I am telling myself all the time. Nothing will come out of it if I am making video's for myself to watch...

  7. Day 4 โ€“ make a list and share it in the comment: how can we support you

I love the idea of a business buddy. Someone you can share your ups and downs with. That was a great idea in this programme. It would be nice to talk to someone that also sells products. What is on my list is to find someone (preferably in Almere) that can help me with the day to day business. Very practical. Uploading products, help with orders, take over when I am on holiday or ill or whatever. So a short list, but also a challenging one.

  8. Day 3 โ€“ make a list of any โ€œwallโ€ that might stop you in the coming 100 days from giving your 100%
The biggest wall I have to overcome is that I have too much work. As I said before, I love my work but there is only so much you can do on your own. What I cรกn outsource I have outsourced. But there is much more I would like to outsource. Still looking for a PA e.g. And someone to help me with uploading products. So finding support is my priority at the moment. But I will do my very best, and I have done my very best to give it my 100%. Because I think it is really and truly important. Giving it my 100% makes me grow as a person.

  9. Day 2 โ€“ what would you want to achieve by the end of the program?

At the end of the programme I want to have achieved feeling comfortable making video's. Taking the time to reflect and celebrate once a week my achievements instead of focusing on what I could have done better. Of course I have to work on improving myself but I need not forget that there is a lot to be thankful for and proud of. The brainstormingmethod, writing down (a minimum of) 10 ideas I want to start my week with. Not only because of the programme, but as part of my business. It has to become a habit.
Hopefully I will find someone to help me IN my business, so I can focus even more on working ON my business. With this training I am forced to do so but I want it to become a habit.

  10. Day 1 โ€“ what did you get out of the program so far?

I mostly work(ed) in my business. It is very refreshing (and confronting) to work ON my business. It helps me get focus and it helps me clear my head and see the pain points. I have done many trainingprogrammes, and most of them I did not finish because of the lack of time. Or because it was not what I needed. But with this programme I feel connected. Because I feel Nisandeh cares. Everyone doing the training cares. It is like a community. Before I started the programme I felt overwhelmed. I still do sometimes. Although I love my work, sometimes it is just too much. But an important insight I got is also to be proud of what I have achieved so far. Not being harsh by telling myself all the time what went wrong or what I can do better or feeling trapped because there is (too) much work. Doing the exercises of the WOMB gives me peace of mind and it let's me see that I am doing well. That I can get where I want, taking one step at a time instead of doing everything all at once.

  11. Day 5 โ€“ find a way to make a public commitment โ€“ to go for it in the coming 100 days, and finish strong

First, I commit to catching up with all the assignments in the coming 100 days.
So that by the end of the program I have crystal clear how I want to run my business in 2023 as an online wine trainer and that I've made the foundation for that in this program.

  12. Day 4 โ€“ make a list and share it in the comment: how can we support you

First of all, this is a hard question for me to anwer, because I found it hard to ask for help or support.

Iโ€™m grateful for participating in this program and to see how you structured the program and your and Veredโ€™s online presence in the group. Also reading everyoneโ€™s comments with process and insights is very valuable. This, combined with the Business University, makes it a very comprehensive program.

During the program Iโ€™m challenged by my availability to work on the program and my business. Sometimes, time between the assignments feels too short although I understand itโ€™s necessary for the progress of the program.

Iโ€™m looking forward to the one on one call with Nisandeh although I donโ€™t feel Iโ€™m ready for this yet.

  13. Day 3 โ€“ make a list of any โ€œwallโ€ that might stop you in the coming 100 days from giving your 100%, andโ€ฆwrite down for each โ€œwallโ€ what could you do to overcome it;

    - Procrastination - plan the new day in advance, keep it manageable and stick to planning.
    - Productivity - better time management
    - Lack of sleep - set health goals and evening routine and stick to it.
    - Too busy with my daytime job, kids etc. - plan everyday at least 25 minutes (1 pomodoro block) for working on my business.
    - Because of lack of time, working in my business, not on my business - Same as 3.
    - Limiting beliefs. What is my aversion to being visible on social media and Youtube? And not on my online academy? Explore this, look for coaching.

  14. Day 2ย โ€“ what would you want to achieve by the end of the program?

By the end of the program I want to achieve that I have crystal clear how I want to run my business in 2023 as an online wine trainer and that I've made the foundation for that in this program.

  15. Day 1

This assignment is like a mirror. Not that I feel I've hit the wall, but feeling overwhelmed and tired. Not because of the program, but because 'life happens' and a lot of personal circumstances were on my plate this time, including some health issues. So I had too little inspiration to work on my business besides 'life'.

It gave me time to think. Iโ€™ve reconsidered that both time and health are my most valuable assets. This gave me a new perspective on life in general and on the way I want to continue my business in wine education.

I remember it from all the trainings and had to hear it again: "Get in line, stay in line". So step by step I'm coming back to working on my business - and this program.

Day 1 โ€“ what did you get out of the program so far?
    My insights/results are:

    Week 1:
    - Awareness that I've been working on my business too little
    - Awareness that I have to work more structured and in a schedule.
    - At least 50 ideas

What idea(s) do you commit to implement (and when)?
    - Re-start with journaling
    - Make a daily planning the night before
    - Add health habits to my daily planning
    - Prioritize best ideas to get back in business
    - Work on 1 action every day

What did you learn from doing the Idea Generator process?
    - That I already know what to do to take the next steps
    - That I need to focus more
    - That I need to put myself (health, sleep, planning) first to maintain creativity and energy to work on my business, besides a fulltime job and parenting.

    Week 2:
    1. So much value in re-thinking what else can be delegated in business and private life.

    2. My delegation plan:
WHY: Other people can do it better
    WHAT: Renovating the house
WHO: This week hired a painter, now looking for other people
HOW: Just called him, he worked for me before
WHEN: Will be starting in august
    3. Delegation is not only for business. With a big project as a renovation of my house there's a lot that can be delegated.

    Week 3:
    1. I've found out I've already automated a lot. With a lot of thanks to Nisandeh for the Tenerife sessions in 2016. They gave so much clarity about delegating, automating and eliminating tasks in my business.
    2. This weeks automation plan:
    WHY: Expand customer experience
WHAT Create new follow up email sequence for buyers of online courses, using ActiveCampaign
HOW: Do some research about follow up email sequences (eg. Russel Brunson) Write a trigger based email sequence with at least 5 emails and one offer.
    WHEN: Next week
    3. It brought much value to rethink these processes again. What else can be automated, or what automations can be improved?

    Week 4:
This week's assignment gave me the insight that I've managed to streamline my business processes in a nice way. After the lockdowns I need to restart the business again. Second trail in my business is developing the native app for IOS and Android, to support my students in their online courses.
Another insight is that, because my focus wasn't on the business for the last 2 years, it's easy not to do things and postpone tasks I know I should do.
    2. The productivity Matrix I commit to implement is:
NEW Planning the day, the night before, Include health goals in this planning (drink more water, exercise more, more sleep)
    MORE finish app development
LESS Can't think of anything to do less...
    STOP
Stop wasting time on social media (and thus postponing tasks)
Removed Social Media apps from my iPhone

    Week 5:
    1. What did you get out of this weekโ€™s assignment?
The Big reminder that time is your most valuable asset. In business, but also in personal life.
    2. What is the Creating Time plan you commit to implement?
Added working on my business as a daily activity in my journal.
    3. What were the biggest insights you got during the Hot Seat session?
The way of reading a book

Week 6 - 11: Have to catch up

Week 12: Did this process before.Insight: It is a great way to share knowledge by answering questions that are relevant to THEM. Now, I have to continue this with new free content instead of only recording content for paying clients.

Week 13: have to catch up

  16. Day 1 โ€“ what did you get out of the program so far?โ€จ
    * I am less on websites and social mediaโ€จ
    * I am serious about my health and prioritize it (fitness etc)โ€จ
    * I do not accept any new clientsโ€จ
    * I have more peace of mind, structure and focusโ€จ
    * Iโ€™m reinventing myself and set new inspiring goalsโ€จโ€จ
    * the power of commitment and buddies
Day 2 โ€“ what would you want to achieve by the end of the program?โ€จโ€จ

Day 3 โ€“ make a list of any โ€œwallโ€ that might stop you in the coming 100 days from giving your 100%, andโ€ฆ write down for each โ€œwallโ€ what could you do to overcome it;โ€จ
    * Lack of focusโ€จ/time
    * Procrastination โ€จ
    * distractionsโ€จโ€จ
Action: Plan every evening the next day, and take little steps. Bit by bit. Stick to the plan.
Day 4 โ€“ make a list and share it in the comment: how can we support you โ€“ Vered, me, your buddies, the other participantsโ€ฆ;โ€จ
    * Remember me to my commitmentโ€จโ€จ
Day 5 โ€“ find a way to make a public commitment โ€“ to go for it in the coming 100 days, and finish strongโ€จ
    * Have 8 participants for my training in Novemberโ€จ
    * have 50 participants for my new online training starting in January
    โ€จ* have a date/plan to make the movieโ€จ
    * finish the new book
    * start the podcasts

  17. Day 4. How can you support me?

I really like my buddy's who keep me engaged. I would love to have a page where I can scream though if I don't make it haha. For the rest I don't know... I like to be acknowledged when I still do something even when it's later- I know nobody sees it anymore. In a way that is even more powerful because I am still doing it even though nobody sees it. But a like or a heart would be cool:)

Day 5: I commit to do all the assignments also in the coming 100 days. Maybe not on the day itself, but I WILL. I commit to never run more than one week behind.

    1. Vered and I read all the comments regardless of when theyโ€™re postedโ€ฆ
      You go girlโ€ฆ ๐ŸŽŠ๐Ÿฅณ๐ŸŽ‰

  18. Day 1 โ€“ what did you get out of the program so far?
*So far I found a PA and manged to delegate a lot to her wich givves me free time
*I went on a vison week and got some good insights on how to create moren me toime wich I more and more feel I need.
*I now have almost all clients in a group, so instead of 35 hours a week direct client contact, I only work 8 to 10 hours a week and still earn the same.
    * I have a better sleep and wake pattern and eat healthier
    * I can better explain to my colleague what we should do with our joint company
    * I will go over the โ‚ฌ100.000 by the end of the year with my own company
    * I am less on websites and social media
    * I take cold showers
    * I do not accept new clients at any cost and monitor my energy level
    * Together with 2 colleagues we started setting up a new product where we will write a book and set up training sessions
    * I have more peace of mind when I dont do annything and just stare out of the window
    * Each decision I make now business as private is mesured by its ROI
    * I know now who my ideal clients are for all my company`s

Day 2 โ€“ what would you want to achieve by the end of the program?
    * Have the blueprint for the book ready and decide what information will be needed as 20 basis for the other two groups to bennefit from the book.
    * Start writing on linked in about the book subject and pre position as an expert.

    Day 3 โ€“ make a list of any โ€œwallโ€ that might stop you in the coming 100 days from giving your 100%, andโ€ฆ write down for each โ€œwallโ€ what could you do to overcome it;
    * Lack of sleep because the Nightsift nurse cant be there and I have to take the nightshift and work during the day as well and there is nothing I can do to overcome it. I cant hire another nurse.
    * Procastionation is always looking over my sholders and the best way to keep it away is to put the items from my tada list with the amount of time it will take me to complete it in my agenda. Plan every evening the next day.

    Day 4 โ€“ make a list and share it in the comment: how can we support you โ€“ Vered, me, your buddies, the other participantsโ€ฆ;
    * I could need suport by showing the tada list to my husband
    * Plan the one on one with Nissandeh and set a goal for it ( ask strategic questions)
    * Put my goals on the flipover to see theme every morning
    * Use the Buddy group

Day 5 โ€“ find a way to make a public commitment โ€“ to go for it in the coming 100 days, and finish strong
I prefer to commit myself to myself and reward myself at the end of the year by planning off in the last two weeks of January, without spending money on it and going to our land and house under construction in Algeria with my husband.
I also will reward myself to have a week off in the autumn break and do nothing. And the 2 weeks of Christmas when I have the nightshift and day shift again I will also not work.

  19. Thank you Nisandeh and others for the feedback on Wednesday.

I plan my work in boxes of x minutes (instead of hours) and ensure my phone or anyone else won't disturb me. My wife will manage the kids during certain times we plan for that day. Also, I'll use my brand new iPhone to help me not get disturbed as much by using their focus tools. Which seems quite good. (I'm totally new to iOS).

  20. Day 5 Public commitment
I publicly commit myself to my next launch on November 5, my goal is to make at least 1000 EUR andโ€ฆ I am going for it!!!

  21. Day 4 โ€“ make a list and share it in the comments: how can we support you โ€“ Vered, me, your buddies, the other participants...;

Actually, I have the feeling that I just have to make choices, so that I can invest more time in the WOMB in a well-focused way.
You get out what you invest. When I have more room to invest, I give others the opportunity to 'support' more.

There are already a number of supportive aspects:
the structure and intensity of the program; by sharing everyone's process online and meeting the buddy groups every week.
    with our buddy group we have kept the weekly agreements in a disciplined way. I am happy with our group;
The content of the Business University.

  22. I go from day 5 to day 1:

    Day 5:
I am going to complete the WOMB program maximally well.
    I never intended otherwise.
only in the multitude of balls in the air it started to slip out of my fingers in the last few weeks. this week I literally went through my back. That was not conducive to my pace this week. Like a mirror that I have to make choices.
the 100 days until December 31, 2022 are now extra marked in my calendar. Blocked an hour at the start of each day to work on it.

And 'Run, Fat Boy, Run' is on our wishlist now, my son is looking forward to see it together again.

  23. Day 5 - my commitment

I will trust the process of this program. I commit to doing the assignments until the end of this year.
I also commit to achieving my goal (day 2) and have an automated sign up process with amazing email sequences for my online courses!

    Thank you!

  24. Day 4 - supportโ€จ

I love the live hot seat and extra zoom sessions, so more personal interaction would be great. I get energized by them and move into action.โ€จโ€จT

he weekly body calls are supportive. Sometimes we just catch up on live and other times we can really help each other. I like the personal aspect of really getting to know each other. I would love to get to know some more people in this group and see how we can help each other.โ€จโ€จ

I like what Marcel and Rens are writing about tapping into the potential of the other WOMB participants and have collaboration or implementation weeks. โ€จ

  25. Day 3 โ€“ make a list of any โ€œwallโ€ that might stop you in the coming 100 days from giving your 100%, andโ€ฆ
    write down for each โ€œwallโ€ what could you do to overcome it;

    1. I'm starting to have a very busy time- with lots of work (that is fantastic of course, I'll make money! But the other thing is that it will be a lot harder to find times to execute the assignments.
Solution: I know it's good to do the exercises every day, but I might collect them and do them all in the weekend. If i don't make it: plan a time and date where I will do them.

    2. I tend to be good at starting things and not at finishing. The further I get into the program the harder it is to continue. Keep my eyes on the ball. Find the WHY. And one of my WHYs is that I want to finish it with a BANG. Idea: I should make a big poster with WHY I'm doing what I do.

  26. My most important result: I already had it, but there's another thing- I have so much more focus. finding the WHY behind everything that I do... it helped me to find the bigger purpose of what I am doing, and why it is so important what I do.

I would love to have my first customer in that area. And that should be possible.

  27. This first assignment leaves me blank, you know. I made it too big- wanted to look at all the things that we did making sure I wouldn't forget anything. And then I couldn't figure out a simple way to look it up and I gave up. Too easy? no... but it teaches me that for me it is super important to know on average how much time something will cost, me, and plan it accordingly.

    What did I learn?

    1. It takes time to find a flow with new people.
    2. The power of a group.
    3. Thinking about something myself gives me so much more results than asking someone else.
    4. Creativity doesn't stop after 5 ideas, on the contrary.
    5. I can improve in any area, and often it's not so difficult.
    6. I need to plan time for something like this.
    7. It really helps to only be a participant and not also responsible for the program.
    8. It is valuable to read others and think along with them.
    9. It is valuable to participate also in parts that I think I don't need a lot of ideas or a push
    10. Consistency is key.
    11. It is a lot easier to find time to do this when I don't have kids. I should plan accordingly.
    12. I get stuck when I make it too hard for myself. Only when I realized it wasnt about all the insights from the week contentwise- but about what I learned along the way, that I managed to make this list.
    13. Sometimes it's ok to think about it a bit longer.
    14. If I miss a week, don't start with the new week even though I can work with the others then which is super valuable, but make sure I do everytihng and try to catch up. And it's ok to be a bit later. Just keep on going.
    15. I am not a superhuman so it's ok to make a mistake every now and then.
    16. There is still sooo much to learn.
    17. And also lots to be proud of...

  28. Day 3 - the wallโ€จโ€จ

My main wall is my chaotic brain. I have many ideas but I can not focus and choose just 1 or 2 and finish them. Instead I start to look into several different options, donโ€™t finish any of them and get the feeling of overwhelm because I think I can never do it.

What can I do? I need to structure things! My brain needs small bite activities that I can actually finish. I need to CHOOSE and prioritize and also take breaks for my brain to get back into the window of tolerance. I also need to structure my desk, my paperwork, my to do lists (like my brain, my desk is chaos). Maybe I should even hire an organizer for a couple of days to get the paperwork all organized?

I also need more sleep. What I can do is NO computer work after a certain time. I stay behind the computer too late, my brain is still too active when I go to bed. I need to implement a โ€˜pre-bed routineโ€™ with meditation or yoga.

I procrastinate and always do things last minute. I was still making my presentation for the webinar up to 1 hour before going live. The 'problem' is that I always manage to finish it just in time, but it creates stress every time. I think also here I need to structure how I work and create 'time' blocks for certain projects. It's something I have struggled with for many years though so it's a habit that's hard to change...

    โ€จ

  29. Day 2- what would I like to achieve by the end of this program

Focus on only 1 or 2? Really? Thatโ€™s the overwhelm part again. I can not choose, the list of ideas is so long, I want to implement so many more!โ€จโ€จ

Ok, I will focus on 1 that will safe me the most time (and create more income)

I want to have an automated funnel for my 4 courses with a lead magnet for every course and great copy-writing email sequences, giving value and sell my online courses (the 1-sale-a-day concept). No more โ€˜launchesโ€™. I want to have it mapped out by the end of Oktober and ask for help with the implementation of this process and have it finished by the end of November. I think I can double the sales of my online courses next year when this process is automated.

But I also want to write my book, create 52 videos for my YouTube channel (1 per week), create 2 more courses, start a VIP coaching group, give more value to my most loyal clients etcโ€ฆ

  30. Sorry I'm late, catching up on this week....โ€จ
Happy that there are no new assignments for this week!

Day 1 - what did I get out of the program so far

There are so many insights, but it feels that I can only just start to think about it and then the next week is there with new assignments. I know Nisandeh said before that he doesnโ€™t understand the โ€˜overwhelmโ€™ when we trust the process and just stick to the assignment, but my brain says something else. I can see so many opportunities to grow my business if I could implement all the ideas that I have generated, so it feels a bit frustratingโ€ฆ

    Some practical results:
I love the hot seats and from the VIP sessions. I doubled the number of participants for my retreat from 2 to 4. We had an amazing week! I planned 1 afternoon free (and I gave them several options what to go and see) but they wanted to work with me and the horses.

I also used the VIP concept with getting people for my webinar this week. I had 200 subscribers and about 110 live attendees from all over the world. It was still a free webinar (next time I will make it a paid one), but I made it the โ€˜first stepโ€™ of something bigger. I sold the online program 10x straight after the webinar (making an offer that would make them feel stupid not to take it) and I still have a full week to promote it as it starts October 1st. This is the last time I will sell it as a โ€˜groupโ€™ because I want to automate the whole process so people can start any time.

I get totally energized after a LIVE session and then I turn it into action the next day and get results. I notice that with the written assignments I tend to procrastinate.

  31. Day 5: commitment
I commit to develop more content and to make improvements in my administration process. To make more time to work on my business. And last but not least, to โ€œstay in lineโ€ and finish the program until the end.

  32. Day 4: support
I am already very grateful to be in this program with a small and highly supportive group, and all the extra hot seat sessions and extra trainings from Nisandeh. Thank you for organizing that, Vered and Nisandeh! And I am also learning a lot, from the successes and (often recognizable) doubts of everyone, just by reading the comments alone! That makes me feel supported too. But for me, more time in between the assignments would be very welcome, as indicated also by Marcel and by Rens for example.

  33. โ€ข Day 5 โ€“ find a way to make a public commitment โ€“ to go for it in the coming 100 days, and finish strong.

I shared my written goals for the coming 100 days with my buddies, my partner, my close (business) friends, my sister Eline, who had a business before.
I will organize a small support team for my goals in the coming week and will make a time schedule, using the pomodoro technique for concentrated blocks of work time.

  34. Day 3: My biggest wall is that I am working in my business and too little on my business, so I need to find more time for working on my business, in order to make it grow. For example in August, I had several peek weeks in my business, so I did not submit comments here in the program. Another wall is, until now at least, that the implementation of the program takes me more (thinking) time than expected, and I am reading here in the comments that I am not the only one. This is not meant to complain, because I have found the exercises and tools very valuable to think more about my business and come up with solutions! I just want to be honest and transparent about my experience. I also realize that the solution is: I have to think of more ways to free up time, and commit to my goals. I have to become more creative in coming up with solutions, I guess.

  35. Day 2: My goal for the end of the program is to grow my business with at least 10% (preferably 20%) for the next 3 months and find new clients or new orders from existing clients. And secondly, to stay in line and finish the program.

  36. ** EOY PUBLIC COMMITMENT **

My commitment from the start of this year was and is:

Get rid of my debts 100% (achieved) and reach my target for my savings/investments

I've had a slight setback as I miscalculated the amount of taxes I needed to reserve for 2021 & 2022, but can still reach the goals I had by working half a day extra in the last months of this year. If it's possible to extend the project into december, I will take that opportunity to finish even stronger.

Then from januari - april 2023, I have reserved 100% free to work on my skills and expert status.

Second commitment is to get FIT again, like I was in the beginning of the year (or even better!).
Sleep better, more relaxation in my daily work, bring back my yoga habits.
To motivate and implement, I will use the Idea Generator to get clearer on the why/what/how/when this weekend.

  37. Day 5 23-09-2022

โ€“ find a way to make a public commitment โ€“ โ€‹โ€‹to go for it in the next 100 days and finish strong.

This week allowed me to narrow down my list of WOMB tasks:

    - Sweet spot described from my ideal customer
    - Document created as a guideline to set up an association with my buddies.
    - A payment system set up on my website.
    - After three years broadcast finally another podcast with Alexander Meijer
    - My first campaign sent with ActiveCampaign
    - Another step closer to promoting the right way (time limit and limit number of participants) of the free training From Specialist to Manager (location, room and quote requested)
    - The first concept made from a case study

    My commitment
I am a diesel that got going and step by step slowly putting into practice all the learning moments and from every time I fall I learn to do better. I'll keep going until I find a new ideal client, my circular thinking program goes online, and I've delivered the free specialist to executive training before the 100 days are up.

    1. Inspiring to read, Marcel, and I recognize being a diesel sometimes ๐Ÿ™‚ I just remembered I still wanted to thank you for sharing your video about dominant people earlier on. I was dealing with a very dominant new team-member at the time and your video was very helpful to learn from. Thanks

  38. WEEK 14, DAY 5 - Public commitment to go for it

[Let the world know, and the world will support you in return.]
[Find a way toย make a public commitment โ€“ to go for it in the coming 100 days, and finish strong.]

*I will post this on Facebook, on my personal timeline.*

July - September 2022. It was a summer full of self-reflection about myself as an entrepreneur. Unexpectedly, an idea presented itself, a dream that I am going to put into this world. I am going to develop something beautiful for women of 50 years and older, who have already achieved a lot in their career and now want something different, who are (highly) sensitive, want to live from love and are ready for a different outlook on life. Do you recognize yourself in this? For the rest of 2022 I'm going to work on this so that I can present something remarkable for you in 2023. You don't have to keep an eye on me yourself. If it appeals to you, just send me a message (mannymoerman @ gmail.com). Then I will keep you informed - with love, no obligations.

    >> I am going to re-commit and go for it โ€“ till the end. <<

[Let the world know, and the world will support you in return.]

  40. My insights until now:
โ€ข Using the tool โ€œthe idea generatorโ€ is really helpful to become more creative and solve more problems.
โ€ข The best way to win time is to automate and delegate tasks. I have heard of the thinking tool โ€œNew, more, less, stopโ€ several years before this, and I think it is a great tool to free up more time and do that activities that really are important in both business and private life.
โ€ข It is very important to define who your ideal clients are and what you can do for them. And you should see your clients as more than ideal clients, but rather as fellow travelers that you should guide and protect. Thais is why you should find out what they really want. If you ask them questions, make sure you have some kind of incentive to thank them for their effort of answering your questions.
โ€ข I can WOW my ideal clients by giving them more than they expect (overdeliver), expressing my gratitude to them, surprising them and giving them gifts and coming up with more ways to WOW them.
โ€ข In order to become known as the expert in your field, you need to ask yourself what specific and achievable goals will represent for you becoming the known expert in your field, and design a plan to grow your expert position.
โ€ข From your expertise you can develop lots of products and services, if you think to come up with topics, and if you structure all the knowledge that you have.
โ€ข And last but not least, my biggest insights from the hot seat session on 15th of September: The value formula 2. You should consider your knowledge as Lego blocks: you can re-use parts of it in different topics you are teaching 3. Dream results should always consist of 2 elements: both a long term result and a short term experience.

    My achievements:
I achieved more clarity on what I need to do to grow my business. I use the idea generator regularly now to find solutions. And a small but important achievement: I started a YouTube channel and I am experimenting with recording my fist videoโ€™s ever. Itโ€™s not great yet, but I will keep practicing.

  41. Day 4 - how could you support me
Thank you for offering, I appreciate it.
I would say in case you know anyone in my target audience I could ask you to invite them to my workshop on Nov 5 but my target audience is Spanish speaking so I am thinking perhaps Maruโ€ฆ
I will be reading the posts of everybody to see how I could support YOU.

  42. Day 3 - possible โ€œwallsโ€™โ€ and how to overcome them
I exceed the Mailchimp limit of monthly emails like last launch // I will closely monitor the email sends from October 16 when the limit resets
I donโ€™t feel confident during the webinar/workshop // I will practice 3 times in advance

  43. Day 2 what I would like to achieve by the end of the program:
1000 EUR or more in revenue with my next launch (that will take place on November 5)

  44. I hit the wall.
So happy with this week assignment.
Iโ€™m happy with the programme the insights the buddies the way the programme is build etc.
Happy with the results, focus, take more leadership in all kind of areas.
Love to start with a new book and movie.
Feels like doing other things first before I can do the fun things. But Iโ€™m transforming that.
Iโ€™m on my way and catching up.

  45. It was indeed a bit too much for the last few weeks. So I'm very happy with the program for this week.
I am gooing very well with the program, but still working too much IN my business, instead of ON my business. It is not always easy to implement as fast as the program ask. In fact I need mostly the double:)
But I am still happy and feel so gratefull for all your knowledge and support Nisandeh. It really helps me bringing my company to the next level.

This week is wonderful to look back and see where I am now.
I've had great insights and perhaps the first lesson was maybe the best: delegation. My mindset.
I do delegate a lot, but with a small team it is sometimes a bit difficult. We regularly hire freelancers, but sometimes you don't have the right ones right away and that takes a more time.
The use of time is my Wall and I can best solve that with freelancers and put my priorities well.
But of course I recommit and GO for it. never give up ๐Ÿ™‚

  46. ** SUPPORT **

Just participating in the program is already super valuable and helpful.
I'm happy to see so much results in just 3,5 months of the program.

What would make the program even more supportive for me is to allow for more implementation / processing time.

I notice things go too fast for me now, especially in this last block. I'm still processing ideas for a book daily, when I'm supposed to start working on a video. And when that's still processing, a next subject starts. My brain / body doesn't work that way...they need time to focus and digest.

And knowing I don't have the time to do it properly, makes me less motivated to work on it at all, even if I have a clear WHY for the subject.

Less = a lot more for me, in this case.

But again, that's just for this last block, I didn't experience this as much in the previous blocks.

Apart from this, I'm very happy and grateful for the support so far, in the Q&A's, HotSeats, seeing eachother's contributions, the weekly buddy calls.

    1. I also agree with you Rens, that more time to implement things during the program is welcome, and that I need time to process things. I don't know if this goes for everyone though. But luckily we still have time during AND after the program to process and implement all the valuable information and tools.

    2. I have the same feeling. I was almost 3 weeks behind and want to do all the assignments but now I have the feeling of 'must do' in a running way. And not in a way as it was in the beginning.

  47. **END OF YEAR GOALS*

    * Finish the foundation for the coming years:
    - Reach my financial target for this year
    - Get back the fitness I had at the beginning of the year: work less, sleep better, continue healthy habits
    - Keep investing in a great relationship with my subconscious

    * Be open for what life brings (including whatever pops up in this program) and valuable opportunities that present themselves
    * Enjoy life every day

  48. **RESULTS OF THE PROGRAM SO FAR**

    * Lots of tools in hand that I use regularly in business and life (idea generator, delegation, reverse engineering stuff)
    * Freed up time in my business and life
    * Looking at relationships in a different way thanks to the ideal clients block

    * Increased my hourly rate by 10%

    * Clarity on my software business & how to optimize:
    - Scheduled a 3 month period to get my skills up from good to expert
    - Clear view on what clients I want to attract
    - Clear view on how to balance my time

    * Clarity on sharing my personal growth process and how this fits in my life currently:
    - Insights about the book I'll write are popping up daily
    - I've started to reverse engineer the techniques I'm using - with eye-opening results
    - I've gotten much clearer about context vs content and the power of small meaningful habits over big life-changing events
    - And how to distinguish what I offer from the rest

A big part of the value of this program, is in being a MIRROR to see myself, my business and other interests much clearer, creating valuable changes. For this, I'm very grateful.

  49. WEEK 14, DAY 4 - Look for help
[You do not have to do it alone. In life, as well as in this program, find who could support you when the going gets touchโ€ฆ andโ€ฆ ask for their help. ]

In this program I have dared to enlist the help of my buddies Marie-Louise and Nanda, and also of Vered, whom I am speaking to today. I'm going to look for more people I can turn to for help. We have a special WhatsApp group within WOMB . I'll be using that. I also check who in my personal network I can ask for help, Mariรซl for sure. And in any case, Claudia, who also participates in this program. And of course my husband.

    >> I am going to re-commit and go for it โ€“ till the end. <<

  50. Day 4 22-09-2022

    โ€“ make a list and share it in the comment: how can we support you โ€“ Vered, me, your buddies, the other participantsโ€ฆ;

What a beautiful assignment that I find difficult to answer:

    1. What supports me most is learning from the successes of others.
    2. That we may respond more to each other. There is a big difference between the most comments, 261 and the fewest comments, 82, during the WOMB . I get the most inspiration and support from the guidance and the reactions to each other.
    3. Working together and that brings us to an important point as far as I'm concerned. The implementation takes so much time that there is not enough time left to work together. What would it be like if you were given assignments for a week and you worked them out with others during the week? So a week of assignments - a week of collaboration - a week of assignments - a week of collaboration ect.

My conclusion is by getting to know each other better and by making use of each other's expertise, that would be a great support for me. There is so much potential in this group that goes too much untapped.

      1. I like the idea of tapping into the potential of the other participants. For me, I see that happening enough already, much more than any other training I've attended so far.

I value the Q&A days, the responding and readings responses of each other, the Hot Seats. I could fill two years of implementation with what I get from that already.

What could add value for me is making the interaction more personal - I value that a lot in my buddy calls, but can imagine this can be extended to a bigger group. I miss the human side sometimes, when I can only read text on a computer screen. (which definitely impacts the amount of replies I send).

    1. I also agree with you Marcel! I want to know the WOMB people better and now the implementation is during the process all by yourself. That is ok, but I also learn a lot from others. Love also the 'brainstormsessies' - hope there will be more of that

  51. Day 4. How I could be supported
I have sufficient support from my buddies, and from knowing that I have the opportunity to ask questions on Wednesdays.

  52. day 4
Untill so far the support works for me.
    Questions to think about.
The questions you give your thoughts about. It gives me direction and the possibility to make choices
My buddies are there to answer questions
So uphill now its enough support for me

By all that happened in the program I saw that I needed someone more close and asked someone to help me. I think that couldn't be done in the program.

  53. Day 3
    the Wall
technical stuff on comp that doesn't work
    doing things alone (no support)
    getting head age/tired/seeing no solutions
unfinished stuff and no time to finish it
the thought that I'm doing things wrong

    solutions:
asking help/telling my issues with technic
    asking support/ Myrthe (working together)
plan time to move (body) Plan time inbetween appointments
relaxsationtime AND worktime to get things done. finished stuff relaxes me

  54. Day 2
create an inspiring speech for 2 min - 10. min - 20 min - 2 hours for parents and use this content for public speaking, video, soc media. vlog.
Have a website to put it on and a YouTube channel

  55. Week 14
    day 1
    Insights and results
There are always more ideas with idea generator
There are things I better not do myself and delegate/I found help
Time is precious thing, I give away a lot/ started to make another priority. It works and provides another send of freedom
    My ideal client is 'sharper'
Its about the client and what he/she wants AND its about me...what inspires me and gives energie
    Show myself as an expert
the importance of my written 'business card
video as THE thing to be seen.

  56. My biggest wall is that I am too busy in my ongoing work.
    Getting too tired
My sense of failing as a mother and grandmother
Too much duty oriented instead of atunement oriented
