Preparation #3

We’re almost there…

We will officially start the Working ON My Business program this Thursday (June 16) in our first Zoom meeting.

Before the meeting, please make sure you’ve completed ALL 3 preparation assignments:

  1. Who are you (7 questions);
  2. What are your destination, outcome and obstacles (3 questions);
  3. Your top priorities and urgency (one question – see below).

Failing to prepare is preparing to fail

Without completing the 3 preparation assignments AND showing up to the Zoom call on Thursday (8pm CET) – you will not be able to participate in the program.

If you have a technical or a practical problem to complete the preparation – please contact us – and we’ll help you out. If you have a “willingness” issue – please let us know – so we can remove you from the program.

Enough housekeeping… it’s time for the third (and last) preparation assignment:

What shall we talk about…?

In the program we will work on improving/transforming 7 main areas in your business:

  1. Your time management;
  2. Your online presence;
  3. Your expert position;
  4. Your profit margins;
  5. Your focus on ideal clients;
  6. How to work smarter, not harder; and…
  7. How to get the maximum out of every day.

Your assignment for today is simple, yet very revealing.

First – identify the 3 areas that are most IMPORTANT for you (from these 7).

Second – organize these 3 areas in order of URGENCY
(#1 would be the first you’d like to cover, #2 the second, and #3 the third).

For example, for me – the 3 most important areas – organized by “urgency” would be:

  1. How to work smarter, not harder;
  2. My focus on ideal clients;
  3. My online presence;

When you have the most important areas for you organized from the most urgent to the least – please post them in the comment box below.

This will allow me to structure the program to fit best your needs and wishes.

  1. Your top priorities and urgency

    Find someone or someones to help me run my webshops. It is too much for one person. And timemanagement is another important thing. How to efficiently use my time or divide my time between the businesses.

  2. My issues are in the following order:
    1. My expert position (too broad and not sufficient focus if that could be the issue);
    2. Easily distracted. Work hard and someday I can get a lot done but some days are minimum days (not always be choice).
    3. Think I have to build on my online presence, this is though related to my first from to brought for me to be visual for potential clients / audience.

    I’ll have a focus, millennials who need personal development/leadership, working by big companies.
    But I don’t know how to reach them.

    I have a website and use google ads, but it doesn’t give me enough leads, clients.

    I’am busy to write a book about psychoadaptiv psychology, but that time.
    I have been working with clients with a depression and who wants a transformation. The transformation method is now the basic of my training. But I don’t have reviews.

    Expert position: I almost finished my book and it needs to be launched with a Big Bang in September

    My ideal clients: I need more clients 😅

    How to increase profit margins: I’m already asking good prices but would love to get more continuity in it. So how to create more long term programs for instance, or a 25k product.
