  1. THIS IS WHAT I GOT OUT OF THIS WEEK'S ASSIGNMENT
I realize the importance on working on your business every day is a must in order to be succesful. There is so much to be gained by reflecting on my business on a daily basis either in appreciation or accepting that certain things needs adjusting. In order to keep the momentum and a conscious mindset I need to work on it every day.

THIS IS WHAT I'VE LEARNED FROM DOING THIS WEEK'S PROCESS?
I've learned that you can complain about having flop customers or not having the kind of customers you really like working with, but with the processes of this week, I really got the tools to actively reflect on how to get rid of the flops and actively attracting the ideal clients. The fact that we are talking about ideal clients, identifying what the ideal clients actual look like for my businesses are extremely powerful and add so much value to my business and the manner in which I think.

THIS I HOW I'VE CELEBRATED THIS WOMB WEEK
I'm home in my lovely country Denmark with all my family and wonderful life-time friends. So I've gone to yoga classes every day. Gone swimming in the see. Held friendsgiving with all my dear ones and simply just enjoyed life next to working on my business. And I've loved every minute of it.

  2. Day 5 29-07-22

    – come up with at least 10 ideas for dealing with your “flops” and choose your favorite strategy;

    Answer:

I already eliminated the flops at an earlier stage: no private individuals, no Border Liner and no ZZP'ers for coaching sessions.

In your 2-3 hour implementation session - put it all together:

    Prepare your communication to your ideal clients (let them know they are, and your plans for them) and promise HOW and WHEN you will send it;

In the new extra sessions of an ideal customer, I will ask him to think along about designing a product/training that he would find perfect for him. In addition, I also ask him based on his current experiences with his teams what he would consider a perfect training for them. As soon as my ideal client returns from vacation, I will start working with him on this. In this process I want to know everything about him. His frustrations, what he likes and what he finds most important as a manager.

    Prepare your communication to your "every other" customers (what steps you/they should take next) and promise HOW and WHEN you will send it;

As far as my target group is concerned, they have in common that they want to have control over people and the process and I teach them to let go of control by gaining more and more influence on people and the process. Plus the information from my ideal client, I will translate this to my LinkedIn profile and my website. Then I think about taking one of my two websites down to focus even more on my ideal customers.

Prepare your communication for your "flops" (whatever you choose to do with them) and promise HOW and WHEN you're going to send it...

I have no more flops and I will not attract them again.

How did you celebrate this? On Friday, when I got home from vacation, I noticed that being busy with this course hadn't done me any good. After the holidays I really felt the need to celebrate the weekend. I didn't feel like doing anything and looked up to Monday to get back to work. I had a busy day (Monday 1-08) today and got to work on my new work ethic. This works, but I did miss the holidays to really unwind. I think this is a point of attention for Nisandeh and Vered. So how did I celebrate: by doing nothing on Friday and Saturday! On Sunday I had to prepare Monday 😥

    1. Hi Marcel,

It sound like you've found the perfect way to celebrate your week. And reading everything you've implemented you've done a great job.

      1. Thank you Marie-Louise,

You make me blush 🤭. I 'am going you to call you today. I look forward to it. I put the phone on speaker, because my wife and I both interested in 'Mijn gezellige Boshuis'. See you!

  3. I got a lot of brain food. Still need to go through a lot of comments and Q&A stuff (was on holiday)
Finally, I put a timeframe and percentage of when and how many ideal clients I want. In 4 years (Seasons) I want 80% to be ideal clients.

Learned I need to communicate better who my ideal client is and why I want to work with them.
Also, notice myself not giving 100% in a sense.
My best products fits them better > Can deliver the best product on the market
Will attract more ideal clients > ideal clients attract ideal clients
Progress will be much faster for them > Will be the fastest progress for them
And so on... I speak too much with uncertainty which I probably transfer to prospects.
Have to change that in everything I do from now on!

I spend more time today than I planned but it was worth it! Gonna celebrate by playing an online game (7 Days to Die) with my wife, sister in-law and her boyfriend. Killing some zombies 😉

  4. The discussion, especially being challenged by Sin, gave me so much clarity. I already knew who was my ideal client, but I wasn't able to SAY it. and if I can't make it clear, how will they recognize themselves? I am very happy with my definition, and also happy with the potential clients that I see. Looking forwrd to start working with them.

It was a week where I got confronted with how I am doing whatever I do for 50% instead of 100. I start enthusiastically, then life gets in the way and I give up. It was challenging to continue but I kind of managed, even though it's not in a way that I would like it to be.

It's not that I'm setting my goals too high I think. It still happens when I lower my goals.

Something to think about... it's a pattern for most of my life and it's costing me a lot.

One of the reasons I'm so happy with my buddies.

I find celebrating hard like this. I am doing what I am supposed to do but I find that I didn't give it as much attention as I should have. and then I feel like I didn't deserve the celebration.

    1. Dear Gerdy,

When reading just how much effort you put into growing your business and reflecting on how you go about it, you have every reason to celebrate. Celebration is not only about reaching your goals, it is also about all the conscious effort you but into changing your attitude to become the best entrepreneurial version of yourself as possible.

  5. What did you get out of this week's assignment?
I threw myself into it wholeheartedly and went ALL in. That gives a good feeling. useful to think carefully about my customer. I got a lot of energy, pleasure and clarity from it.

What have you learned from this week's trial?
ALL in the most fun gives instead of participating a little on the sidelines. That is the result I get. How dare I play along. To focus on what is so important to me. Energy in projects etc. is starting to flow more. As if I didn't fully believe in it myself.

How will you celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
Actually, this week was already a party. And looking back on it and looking forward enthusiastically to what next week will bring.
Tomorrow bio resonance appointment for my body to let go of everything that can let go and take what is new and relevant again. I enjoy cycling. 30 km there and 30 km back on an electric bicycle. Life's a party. You have to hang the garlands yourself. My godson and wife and kits are coming and going to have a nice day. Being Sunday with whatever presents itself. While walking I listen to the book by AartJan van Erkel, Fascinating and inspiring.

    1. Hi Leo,

What an amazing and energetic reflection of the week. I love how you say that you went all in this week and all what you've gained from it.
The bio resonance appointment sounds very interesting. As does the fact that you clearly understand how to turn everyday life into a party. Good for you and lovely to read. Thank you for sharing.

  6. 1. What I got of this week’s assignment
Several ideas to communicate to my potential clients about what they can expect from me and I expect from them.
    2. What did I learn from doing this week’s process?
That I am already working with 100% ideal clients!!! At least in my Mastermind groups, which are my current signature service. And I want to make sure that it stays this way now that I am about to launch to get more clients.
    3. How are you going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
Mocktail with lemon, ginger and vitamine D capsule (I need to take it weekly…)

  7. Wat heb je uit de opdracht van deze week gehaald?
I never before really dived into the concept of 'ideal customer'.
It broadens my mind about which type of customer I want to reach and that I want to set my goals very high regarding to that.

Wat heb je geleerd van het proces van deze week?
The proces is more aspects than only this WOMB -training:
    This week my mindset about the idear of leaving my current employer broadens;
This week I felt very calm and focussed in the meetings with my boss.
    The confidence about me being able to have a very succesfull business is growing;
    I stepped in the training of PersoonlijkeKracht.nl, had a coachingsession with Pauline van der Veeken. Gives me so much more insight in my Power, Desire, Impact, Blueprint. And about how to relate that to the focus in my business and how to use the concept of PersoonlijkeKracht in my own business with ideal cliënts;

Hoe ga je je voltooiing van deze WOMB -week vieren?
    A cardboardbox with materials for the training of PersoonlijkeKracht.nl is just delivered. It's looking at me and vice versa. I will open it together with my husband during a good cup of coffee. It's full of colours, hearts and happiness;
    We will walk in nature today and tomorrow;
On sunday we will have a family&friends&neighboursgathering at the orchard of the new small kind of stone lean-to-a-villa-shelter which my sister started renting to live in (besides her tiny house on wheels which she bought after her divorce when she had to leave her house).

P.s. I planned the working-on-my-business-hours on monday and saturday. I'll change that, because on monday we are invited to the new 'assignment' and on friday we should have put everything together, which I am doing today. But in the weekends I only want to relax and to party.

Best wishes and happy weekend for all of you!

  8. Got a bit confused, but that's not a bad thing.
Ready to fire questions at my clients. I have some marketing to do for the launch, will integrate it. It will fit - and keep me on track timewise.
I discovered I was looking at business automation as a solution, not as a tool among others. Automation is just 1 piece of the puzzle.
Did a, for my standards, crazy thing. 50% success but still a great experience.

  9. What did I get out of this week's assignment? That it is really important for myself to mainly work with ideal customers.

Untill now I have focused on the customers I have from my FODMAP Foodies company. My clients are consumers and healthcare professionals. I thought both groups are not ideal. But by making a list of ideal characters, I know that my ideal client must exist. Maybe she is already a customer? I do not know yet. That's a journey of discovery for me now. I would like to find out if she is already a customer.

I have learned, actually I have gained insight, that by doing what I can and what I am good at, I can help the right people. So by showing myself even more as an expert and by focusing even more on the clients I want to work with a lot more, it will ultimately only make my life better.

The ideas I have had since the hot seat session with Nisandeh are becoming clearer. I have also gained the insight that I have to follow a lot less of the customers who, for example, have payment arrears. Even though they seem like nice customers, I don't want to work with these kinds of customers. If they ask me something, I'm going to say NO from now on.

This week's exercise has made me much more focused on my future ideal client. For example, I have already scheduled 4 webinars (and gave 1 today), I made a nice summer offer, and I have already posted my plans for a six-month trajectory that I want to launch in January 2023 on LinkedIn.

I celebrated with a delicious cup of cappuccino and a chocolate truffle. yum!

  10. 1.What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
Focus and commitment and discipline to implement bring me further. I am training my implementation muscles!

    2. What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
I had almost foroten that I I have already worked with quite a few ideal clients. I used my intuition and used a selection system naturally. It helps me believe in the future of my business!

    3. How are you going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
Taking my family out for a Bretonlike lunch with crepes or galettes and enjoy the Atlantic seaview in Locmariaquer harbour here in Bretagne, France.

  11. I just finished my home work from the last 3 days. It was a short post. I decided to work with only 100% ideal clients. So no more everyone else and no flops. Makes my life unclutterd. Possible less business but even that is not sure.

What I learn here is that since this decision I feel lighter.

I am on vacation for a week now which is a celebration. Next week I'm at sea on a 46 feet sailing yacht. What a life.

  12. What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
    * deepening in my ideal client. besides money there is more that makes a client ideal for me (and them)

What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
    * the importance of focus on one thing, thinking time and generate idea's on that one thing. I thought so often about ideal clients but now something shifted.

How are you going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
    * make myself and my family an appel pie. (from new apples)

  13. Hey there,

it get's easier every week to generate ideas and to find the right ones. I am happy that I already have the right strategy in place as I cannot remember when a wrong client entered in my Zoom-Room. But there are the ones who have never bought so I will continue to improve my offers.
My celebration, my reward is a first class train ticket back home. Even if it is not as spectacular as I imagined but my daughter loves it. ☺️

Thank you for this week - it was great to review my ideal client and find ideas for the ones who have never bought!

  14. 1. From this week’s assignment I got aware of my “Savior complex”. Thanks to Rens question and Nisandeh’s answer at the Q&A, I realized how subjective (often irrelevant) is to try to help/save people. Do they ask for it? Do they really need it? Isn’t our attempt to help our own misconception of well-being?

    Real good food for thought…

I should focus in helping/saving myself 😅 And off course help if somebody asks.

    2. From doing this week’s process, I learned:
    - the qualities and behaviors I want to see in my ideal clients
    - the advantages of working with ideal client strategy
    - that less is more also in the client arena. Better to have less (good paying) ideal clients that many flop ones

    3. I am going to celebrate the completion of this WOMB week by having a Mexican popcorn-hot sauce cinema evening 🍿🌶🍻🔥🥳

      1. Thank you Sigrid! 🙏🥰 Am just back from Holiday so Wednesday I will be there. 😃

Yesterday we watched Hacksaw Ridge (2016) about WWII. Have you seen it? It was heavy but very nice!

  15. - What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
That thinking about my ideal client gave me a total different view about what an ideal client is for me. It gives structure and clarity how to communicate and reach them.

    - What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
I am more in charge and take leadership. I don't take any client anymore. I'm focused on my best products and the value of my time.
Work smarter in stead of harder. I'm looking forward to the next level in this. And I feel I can scale my business and sales, with confidence and joy.

    - How are you going to celebrate?
Be @ease and @peace with my family and have dinner and a glass rosé in our wonderful garden. Being grateful.

  16. Friday week 6
    ideal clients
I am more clear about my concept around ideal clients. I see ways to sharpen my thoughts more.
    I put it into action.
Ideal is not a fixed state: clients can hecome more Ideal or less Ideal. It is like a natural flow where I can move along with.
I can celebrate more my ideal clients and reach out to them.
ideal clients and grace can go hand in hand.
That even though I probaply am not an overall Ideal cliënt in this programm, I can happely be part of it. How I apreciate polaritys and contradictions!
My celebration will be a cool glass of white wine under the stars on this magic spanish warm evening in the lovely company of my man, my dog and my cat.

  17. 1) That I do't want to work with people that don't really want my help. And, that I have been very blessed with clients that I have a more spiritual/ human connection with. And I want that again, and more of.

    2) This week was not the best week strategy-wise. So I have to refigure last weeks plan. Or see how I can make it work better next week.
I also learned that having ideal clients is not just luck, it is a choice and a strategy in itself.

    3) First, I am going to finish the assignments this weekend. And I am going to write a part- I really feel for going to...
This is not celebrating- I will take tomorrow evening off(of everyone, including phone, tv etc) and build a new legobox. Just me, myself and I.
I feel for pizza in the bathtub also- that' ll be sunday eve.

Thank you all. I found it an inspiring week. I did a nice brainstorm, and read many interesting and ispiring comments and ideas... it sharpened my mind and my dedication.

    1. Hahaha I almost see it... you in a bubble bath with a pizza,..... what a great combination, it makes me smile :-).

I have the same as you, I realize more and more that I don't want to work with people that don't really want my help. Insight is one thing, doing something with it is another thing.

I had a practice for 12 years and 3 years ago I decide to stop working and helping 'all clients'. That was not easy. Now the first of may I sold my own practice. And my company. It gave me freedom. It gave me breath. And less stress.
I have another company so my next step is to think what to do with al these clients.

Paul, I don't know what is it what you do? What company and what clients do you have? And what are your plans to stop helping clients who really do not want your help? I am curious about your next step.

      Enjoy your bath with pizza!

  18. For our company is the best to start with "how to ‘transform’ your “everyone else” clients to ideal clients. That will be the most clients and the point where our influence starts. We almost only have contact via e-mail, sometimes a phonecall but never a meeting.

    We start/input/make a strategy/delegate etc. with:

This week I have made a number of nice/kind e-mails to connect (feelding good) with clients .
    - To give them nice tourist information. An automation serie 3 weeks before they arrive
    - Introduce their keyholder
    - Mail them the events, close to there rental, during their stay
    - Ask for feedback after their stay, in a very kind way.
    - Give a discount for a next booking. See if it works. Most of our clients are German, and a discount is not so important for them.
And last but not least we made a plan for a magazine, with beautiful tourist information. This is some kind of branding and hopely they see us as an expert
I order some presents for our guests, like toilet gifts.

My celebration is that we made a good start with this training. More new insights and a new way of working. And our team is also enthousiast. We have a lot of work to do, but we go on for the best results. Thanks Nisandeh.

    1. Hey Jellie,
Just had a thought, instead of giving them a discount, can you give a very interesting special present instead.
My boyfriend had a small business in cheese platters in Saoudi Arabia, and he started giving specialized Figg-presents (the name was Figgs and More). People felt very special getting this and he even got new clients based on these presents only.

      Bas

  19. What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
A renewed insight of my ideal client. And.. discovered a new ideal client.

    2. What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
How fun it is to work with ideal clients when you think about it. To stay focused on that and not "sway" to the not ideal clients.

    3. How are you going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
Enjoy my lovely glass of rose in the sun at the end of the day.

  20. What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
    - A great mirror in the Q&A, that allowed me to get clearer on my subconscious intentions and desires
    - More insights on my direction with my business / investments / life

What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
    - That I'm actually supporting an 'almost ideal' client and what I can do to make them 'completely ideal'
    - That this program and the participants are very valuable
    - That it's important for me to separate (1) the process of learning something new from (2) the feeling that my current business / life is not okay already, so there can be change on (3) the result, which is currently that it becomes more difficult for me to relax

How are you going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
    - Swimming & sauna this afternoon
    - Spend the rest of the weekend offline and visit friends and nature

  21. Day 5

    - What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
That thinking about my ideal client forced me to think about my ROI regarding clients

    - What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
I learned that when I know what my ideal client is, I will have me time to do what I want, think of new products, new services, or simpel do nothing and that is productive to. I also discoverd that by making groups of all my clients I checked that it realy saved me 14 ours a week. I found myself suddently counting the ours and when I discoverd there was still missing one our I decided to stop working on saturday 1 our earlier. So i thought about creating more free time and checked if what I thought would be realy was as I thought. Next step for me will be to assure that I use the 14 ours in a productive way, not nessecary working but investing in me.

    - How are you going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
I am going to cook this afternoon all the vegtables that my husband brougth form his garden and make a nice courgette soup and allow me to do nothing in between or what erver comes up in my mind.

    1. WOW Claudia! You have won some hours, congrats! And what a great commitment that you will invest now in yourself, my compliments!
      Have a nice weekend.

        1. That is a great discovery Claudia. I think that we all know that we must put ourselves first but actually do so....

I know from myself in years I put my business first, and myself later..... But now I am also shifting in put myself first. Not everyday, but I am working on it also.

          1. I am also not doing it on an everday base, but it is starting to come more and more.
            No action, no change,
            Limited action, limited change.
            Lots of action- Change occurs
            (Cathrine Pulsifer)

    2. Love what you say about your found 14 hours. As a buddy I will support you in that!
And lets talk about ROI in our buddygroup first. It is good to discuss this I think, also in the WOMB group.

      1. Thank you Alma, the comming weeks I will think about how to make suren I dont waste the 14 ours and this morning I decided that if a client can not show up at the group time I planned I am going to let theme go and refer theme to a co worker instead of trying to fit around there schedulle.

  22. 1. What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
Even more reasons regarding why ideal clients are attractive
The insight that having/chasing ideal clients is of decreased relevance when you have a product that is [a] one/off, [b] requires no interaction

    2. What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
Sharpened awareness about appropriate approaches of the different client segments.

    3. How are you going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
Take a couple of days off for a fun trip to Berlin.

      1. The point here is the following. Some of the (important) reasons why having ideal clients is attractive, is that they are more inclined to buy more often and other stuff from you, plus that it is pleasant to deal with them. Both are not relevant when there is only something to buy that they only have to buy once, which moreover doesn't go with any interaction.

  23. WEEK 6, DAY 5 - CELEBRATION TIME

    1. What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
Getting prepared for being brave enough to focus mainly on ideal clients from now on.

    2. What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
That sticking it through and getting unstuck will push me beyond my fears

    3. How are you going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?
Together with my husband enjoying a nice cup of coffee with chocolate cake in our favourite place in Portugal

  24. 1. What did you get out of this week’s assignment?
    2. What did you learn from doing this week’s process?
    3. How are you going to celebrate your completion of this WOMB week?

1.What I got out off this week is that how good it is to go one step deeper after you get your Target audience clear. By defining your ideal client. And that going the extra mile a wonderful direction is for your client and your self.
2.That you have your ideal client that for me should get 80% of my time and everyone else 20% of my time for that I should not not give them the attention and that I can also learn from my flops and figure out how to turn those in to ideal clients.
3.I am going to celebrate bye Going to Rotterdam where are my favourite tea shop is TheeMaas where I’m gonna buy my Shinchi green tea that he is the first pick of this green tea.

  25. Week 5 - Day 5.

Last week I decided to start giving webinars.
I set up a brainstorm this week, in the brainstorm section.
We sat for 30 minutes with 4 people, talking about giving webinars, what the content could be in my case, how I could fill the webinar and what software to use.
It was a crazy valuable meeting.
I can advise everybody to start brainstorming with others about your ideas to get more clarity.

I will celebrate today by buying meself and my 2 sons an Icecream today.

    1. Yeah your brainstorm had an interesting topic! I prioritized a client, but if you brainstorm again....I wish to participate!

Enjoy the ice cream! I think that is a great way to celebrate... The inventor of ice cream should win a nobel price!

    2. Hey Paul, good to hear that you had a valuable meeting about giving webinars. I can also help you with that. I give online trainings. Contact me after my holiday, I will be back on 8 of august.
